My family loves this place! We've been to many comparable restaurants (boiling crab, kickin crab, etc.) and Stinking Crawfish is our favorite. Their seasoning is delicious, and their service was excellent. They offered bibs and gloves for us to use which was great for peeling the shrimp. They even offer a free fried Oreo for dessert. Came here for lunch on Friday and it didn't disappoint. Got 1lb of the mild stinkin special tiger shrimp and clams. The shrimp were a tad bit over cooked but the flavor was amazing. I would probably like to try the garlic butter seasoning next time I go back! The free fried oreo and ice cream dessert was also a nice surprise :) The service could've been better. we had to flag down the waiters on multiple occasions to take our order, give us gloves, and give us bibs. Came in last Friday before 6pm and I was so happy to be seated right away! The service was terrible at the beginning, it took about 20 minutes before our drink order was take. By this time, we already new what we wanted to order so we placed the order together with the drinks. The server do apologize for the long wait, which I'm glad he acknowledged! After this everything went from 0 to 60 in no time! The beers came out iced cold, shortly after the fresh oysters, followed by the piping hot seasoned fries and calamari and finally the shrimp and clams... the best part of this entire experience was the piping HOT food, and everything was so GOOD! My husband and friend enjoyed the free fried Oreo with ice cream, nice touch, Stinking CF, nice touch ! I loved the HH items on the menu and the lunch specials, good to know. Although, the parking lot is small, we were able to find street parking. We will definitely return! read more

I've come to this place many times in the past couple of years, but it seems that the food quality is declining. The last two times we ordered the Crabby Lobsters and the sauce was very thing and watered down. It used to be thick and full of flavor. Now it's just a watery sauce that is not good for dipping. This time we tried the Butterfly Shrimp and fries. The batter tasted burnt like it was fried in old oil and the inside was really dry. The fries were not crispy as if it was just sitting under the heat lamp for hours. I didn't second guess on how fast the food was ready or why the place was empty. But now it makes me think that the food was just sitting there ready to be given to the next customer. I am not sure if I will be back. read more

Everyday they sell oysters for $1/piece so long as you buy x6 or more. Additionally, their $13 Stinkin' Lunch Special comes with a half pound of white shrimp (head on), andouille sausage, corn, and a potato which is absolutely unbeatable. A buddy of mine ordered a half dozen oysters, x2 lunch specials, and their Cajun fries which was the perfect amount of food for a quick lunch bite for the both of us. My picky husband loves this spot. The location is Stinkin Crawfish is interesting because you definitely can see it but it's on a busy intersection so take caution. During the dinner rush parking can be challenging, but if you're craving some crawfish then the search for parking is worth it. Now this place is structured to serve food that is to be eaten on the table with your hands and it does a good job at keeping up with cleaning. A good thing is that it does have a constant dinner rush so the food is moving. Now I have a sensitive stomach, so my husband gave me his insight on the actual star of the show (the seafood bag of goodies). My view will be on the food offerings for the kids and stomach sensitive adults. We ordered chicken strips for me and the kids, which came with fries. We also ordered some calamari, Cajun fries, and sweet potato fries. The dessert of a fried Oreo and vanilla ice cream was included which is so fun! Review of seafood bag of goodies: The bag was custom to include large shrimp, corn, sausage and potato with your choice of seasoning. I believe my husband ordered the first tier of spice for his seasoning. He said everything was cooked and seasoned well, he enjoyed everything in that bag. He did pair this with a mango cart michelada (which he says is the best he's tasted in our area). The Cajun fries he also enjoyed but he definitely over ordered lol. Kid/Sensitive stomach friendly: The kids and I enjoyed the chicken strips and fries. The chicken was prepared well and enjoyed even by my most particular child. One person in my group ordered theirs spicy and they said that about half way through the bag it got super spicy, that accumulative heat is no joke.
