The prices are absurd for eating in what amounts to a divey sports bar with slot machines too--26 bucks for chicken Marsala, and people pushing past your high top table to feed to video poker machine. EDIT: they also add 3% to your bill for using a credit card.

To make matters worse, just recently I had a business meeting and had It catered by Pasqualino's. They failed to provide any dressing for a 20 person salad and made another large mistake with the order. They didn't offer to refund and also refused to deliver any of the necessary items to complete the meal.
