Filled with multiple meats, avocado, a plantain etc. I don't know the specifics all the much but what I can tell you is that it is hefty, hearty, and down right delicious. Would definitely get again. Does it come with sauce... I don't know, but I got 3 sauces that either go with this or with the other thing I ordered, the Maduro Bakano. The Maduro Bakano also had a variety of meats, sauces, more plantain and other stuff. Again, don't know the specifics but really good. This one is more plantain heavy so a little sweeter than the arepa. Does it come with sauce, again, I don't know but it already has sauces with it so I wouldn't assume so. I wanted to try it as it sounded intriguing and different and it was a really good pick. Staff is super nice. One of them didn't speak English while the other did and he personally came out the truck to ask if I had any questions and if I had my order. He also apologized for a little longer wait as the plantain took longer to cook. Super friendly overall. There's some seating like all the other food trucks around. I got it to-go. Overall, a very delicious surprise that I would definitely get again. Go try them out!

I try to return when I am in downtown Mt View, Back in the 1990s when I lived nearby on Calderon I would come in here all the time, it was a quick walk, like 50 yards, if even. The place is spotless like usual, very friendly and attentive staff. I like all the decorations that they have up. Makes you feel like you are in Mexico somewhere. We arrived early and the outside and main dining area were jammed packed. I took pictures of the back room where the rest rooms are so you can see the great art work. By 7pm, it was complelty full. Had the Mole Enchilladas and it was very good. By the time you have the tortilla chips and chile and whatever you are drinking, you get filled up.
