Their butter chicken pizza is one of their most popular pizzas and I'd recommend this dish as a safe go to for your first order. This was my first time trying Indian pizza. I had never heard of Indian pizza before I tried it at Cali Pizza and I am so happy that I did. I had to try Indian pizza because I love butter chicken and it was one of the most ordered items here. There were no regrets at all because the pizza was overall better than Italian-styled pizza and had the greatest sauce, perfectly seasoned chicken, and amazing quality dough and cheese. I noticed the ratings and knew I had to go because of the reviews and I could see why. As a fan of the butter chicken meal, the pizza met all my expectations, and most importantly the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The staff who helped me was expressing their happiness that I had arrived to try Indian pizza for the first time and I really appreciated the friendliness. I went here because I noticed the fabulous reviews. The service was very kind, the prices were great, and the food was fantastic! Even better, they gave us ranch without even asking/charging us! So when I got home I thought "dang it, we forgot ranch" but when we opened the garlic sticks box to see the ranch, that was the cherry on top for the experience. As for comparison, I have never had an Indian-fusion pizza before so not going to compare that aspect but we ordered half chicken curry and half tikka masala pizza medium spicey. Both kids enjoyed the pizza and so did the wife & I. It was packed with Indian flavors and spices while not being too spicey hot itself. The crust was pretty pizza-restaurant typical so this was all about the topping which were chicken (over-cooked) and saute'd onions in a curry spice mix. Both were good but we enjoyed the tikka masala a bit more, I think because it was slightly less dry. The crust was just a tiny bit dry if I had any complaint but that could be my fault as I asked for it crispy when ordering. There was not a lot of cheese so the star was definitely the indian spices on top. This was certainly a totally fresh take on the familiar pizza and flavors were not muted so if you love the Indian-spices & curries, it would be hard not to like this pizza. This did not feel like it was muted for caucasion tastebuds but was more a powerful punch of spices without being overly spicey-hot. Our 11 year old ate it and he does not "do" spicey. I'd definitely be up for ordering again and trying some more of the menu. read more

This is my go to pizza spot when craving pizza. Love the Combo and the kid loves her pepperoni. . . So always 1/2 & 1/2 . Order is always correct. One time I ordered the jalapeno poppers and they quickly called and let me know they had ran out. They asked if they could make it right by making a jalapeno and cheese side for us. Of course I am game. WOW!! that was so good, I hope they add this jalapeno pizza bread delight to their menu. What am I missing here? I tried this place because of the stellar Yelp reviews. I purchased a combination and a pepperoni pizza and both were mediocre at best. The sauce was flavorless, the cheese was an odd combination of tough and gritty, and the crust had an extremely unappealing feel on the tongue, reminiscent of sandpaper. It's definitely a takeout kinda spot given the sad, lonely "dining room". Imagine a few sparse tables, fluorescent lighting, a small shelving unit with 3 bags of chips, and a beverage refrigerator humming in the corner. This pizza is on par with Little Caesar's or Domino's, even Costco pizza is better than this. Nobody was up front when I entered and the restaurant was empty, which I consider very weird for dinner time on a Friday night. A man emerged from the kitchen and brought out my order. He didn't provide any Parmesan cheese or pepper packets. I had to ask. I also asked for ranch dressing of which he brought me one small condiment container... for two large pizzas. Most pizza places offer paper plates, he did not. I'm sure they will provide them if you ask, but after already asking for cheese, peppers, dressing, I really didn't feel like waiting while he went to the back again. Perhaps the many Yelp stars are because of their Indian inspired pies, yet I assume they use the same sandpaper crust for those so the mystery of this place's appeal will continue to perplex me. read more

Wow!!!! So happy we went here! Had two different friends post on social media how much they love this place. We had to try it ourselves. My boyfriend is a chicken Fettuccini Alfredo connoisseur and absolutely LOVED it! He said it was delicious! I tried the Indian fusion pizza...had Paneer Tikka and LOVED it as well! I have never had pizza like this and will for sure be back. Being a vegetarian, I was very happy to see so many choices, but they also had a lot of meat choices as well for all of the meat lovers.
