I only came to get 2 brand new tires mounted. I only came here because it was down the street and I had no time to drive to my tire shop . I knew something was going to happen when I was there for 2 hours and they couldn't get the tire on . They finally get it on and by the weekend the tire was flat : I took it back and they tell me the tire isn't holding air because the wheel is bent . They tell me they can fix it for $90 and I said ok and tell me to come Tuesday and it will be ready . I call Monday to confirm it will be ready Tuesday so I can take the day off and they say yes . Tuesday comes and no call all day . I call the next day and they tell me they were getting the tire on as we speak to give them 10 min . No response after . Friday comes . Give them a call and they're telling me the tire is still leaking . So basically paid to fix the bend for nothing and now they're telling me I need to buy a tire . When the tire was brand new with stickers . Can't even acknowledge they ripped the tire themselves . Waste of money and time ! Still filing a small claim for my money back ,for my time , my work day I took off and for false advertising. They don't know how to stretch when they claim they do when I called . read more

Amazing service. The prices are fair and they get it done in a timely manner. Needed a stripped wheel lock taken off and my tire patched. They estimated it would take 45 minutes, when it ended up taking at most 30. Not only did they take off the one wheel lock I asked for, but they took all of them off (I had shared that Pep Boys stripped my key the day before). Took my car in this morning to mount and balance my front two tires and also get an alignment. The entire process took a little over 2 hours to complete. The gentlemen at the front counter who helped me was very kind and helpful. (5 stars for customer service) The reason I am giving this place 2 stars is for a few reasons. Reason #1 the technician working on my vehicle (young person) took my car for a 10 minute test/joy ride after the alignment was completed. I understand a test drive is necessary but 10 minutes is just ridiculous. Reason #2 when the technician pulled my car out of the parking lot to begin the test drive, I saw the car accelerate like he was trying to see how fast the car could go. I mentioned to the person at the front counter if that was necessary and that I don't even drive my car like that. Reason #3 I noticed that the technician didn't have any gloves on and his hands were filthy when he returned with my car. When I went to my vehicle the steering wheel was dirty and sticky. My car was in desperate need of new tires. I called around several places and no one had my tires until Monday. I called Cali Street Tires and they didn't have them in the shop but they had them in the warehouse. They delivered the tires to the shop within the hour. My Jeep/Patriot needed wheel bearings to be replaced, after the dealership (Moss Brothers on Indiana) themselves were the ones who screwed with them in the first place, they wanted to charge me $1,200 just to replace 2. At Cali tires I only paid about $460 for both front ones. What a deal right. 2 weeks later I went back to replace both back wheel bearings and paid $340. This place is great! I had a tire that had been leaking for a couple of months, but didn't have the time to go and get a tire change. It would always take a couple hours since lines were long at Costco etc. However, one Saturday I found this place and the owner Marco, told me it would only take 15 to 20 mins and to come on down. I took my 2016 Ram 1500 to get a 2" leveling kit, New rims and tires. I do not wanna go to crazy and they had exactly what I wanted. I end up getting the lift, 18" method rims and 33" Falcon tires. They had exactly what I wanted. I did not want the tires sticking out past the fenders and they were able to accommodate that. The truck drives just as good as stock and gets the same gas mileage. Service was great and the prices were even better. I highly recommend taking your truck there for a lift and new tires. A++ in my book read more

Don't purchase their stupid coupon vouchers they sell. They have a gentleman that goes around the local neighborhoods trying to sell them for this establishment. The coupon is for over $450 in services for only $40. Called in to get an oil change and I told to come in after 4pm. I came in right before 4pm and they said they were fully booked. What's the point of telling me to come after 4pm? The owner Marcos recommend for me to come in the next day, so I make an appointment for 8am. I show up before 8am and was told that they were fully booked and they would not be able to get to my car another 3hrs, but they have to go to lunch then it would be after 1pm. WTF? What's the point have making an appointment? Never have I had to wait over 3hrs for an damn oil change. The assistant that was working the front desk said he already told his boss that they shouldn't do appointments (I wonder why.....). Now its only $40 but its the damn principle! What a waste of my time. What a cheap way of trying to bring in revenue to this company who cannot fulfill their coupon promises in a decent time. You guys really need to get it together! and learn some customer service. You guys should also learn how to keep a clean establishment! clean your damn windows and make sure the waiting room is clean for customers. Got my tires done at Cali street tires off of hole back on July 11. My car is lowered so I also took it here for an alignment due to their ability to do lowered car. I was excited to get my car back. I do have aftermarket wheels that are custom sized and quite expensive. My first complaint is that when I got my car back I had damaged to 3 out of 4 lips. I got over that. The reason I am writing a review 2 months later is because I had to take my wheels off to clean them and 16 out of 20 lug nuts broke off because they were put on wrong. My brother also got tires done in august on his car so we went and checked if his lug nuts were over tightened and just on the front 8 out of 10 lug nuts broke off. This is very unprofessional of this company. This means they are rushing putting the lugs nuts on rather than getting 2 to 3 turns by hand to make sure they are on properly. They Have amazing Prices compared to other locals ! The Guys r Great on the phone & in person . already been there multiple times & definitely will come back . Down side of which i did not give them the full 5 stars is they need to be more organized . ive called for my tire (special order) multiple times ( i replaced 1 after another a few times) a day ahead they always said it would be there around 8am to give them a call of i made sure as the clock hit 8 i would call . i did . but then they changed it to my tired wouldnt be there till 130 or after . call again 230 . i call their not there . a few mins later i get a call its there and to come in . i went in and they had no spots open to work on my car said it could take up to 2 hours . they should have told me that when they called me to come in . ended up leave my car & it was done around 530 . if it would have been told to me from the get it would be ready at 230 i would have had no problem . i hate running in circles and that's all i did this last time. read more

This place is WORTH checking out! Very honest & they're very busy BECAUSE they keep customers happy! 8/17/2017 Need to apologize as I've been meaning to update my review here (again). After our last experience (which was the 1st negative experience we'd had among 4 cars & multiple visits) they were very apologetic and explained what had occurred (miscommunication and an employee that left w/out updating someone else). We've also since brought my son's car here (after an accident when he realized it was more work than he could handle) and will be bringing ours in for a service shortly. With my son's car, I won't give too many details just because it's long & they did some work they don't typically do, but they were fast, helped him understand why they needed to do certain things he didn't expect and showed him some add'l work his car will need in the near future BUT didn't push or make it sound dire as they know he's a college student that has to do things incrementally. We've also brought my son's fiancé's car here after she got a ridiculous estimate elsewhere. Not only did they fix the problem for far less, they discovered some other past work that created a safety issue AND notes a missing screw in the transmission mount (from when that was replaced) that another shop missed. We've had everything from oil change & flat repair to catalytic converters & other major work done and they've truly been great! As I've said before - make an appt, they're very busy but even my previous review where I was frustrated as to timeframe & communication, they apologized for the communication part and their work was/is always excellent! read more

My tires run nitrogen and my time runs short. Marco checked all four tires, fixed pressure (including on the one the LAST tire repair shop OVERinflated!!! ) and gave me a time slot for a rotation. I didn't even get out of the car, I was there less than five minutes. The shop and front counter were clean, though parking was scarce. I'm going to assume that's due to popularity.
