My tires run nitrogen and my time runs short. Marco checked all four tires, fixed pressure (including on the one the LAST tire repair shop OVERinflated!!! ) and gave me a time slot for a rotation. I didn't even get out of the car, I was there less than five minutes. The shop and front counter were clean, though parking was scarce. I'm going to assume that's due to popularity. Today, one tire appeared to have a very slow flat (which was actually some gunk messing things up), and because they were covered by the warranty, it was repaired for free. Incredible service here. I pulled in and they had two cars on the rack and a customer waiting in line with just 3 workers they had me in and out within 35 minutes with two brand new tires for a great price. I even asked the guy if he would hand tighten my lug nuts because they tend to snap when tightened with the air wrench and he said no problem and still had me in and out within 35 minutes because I was on a time crunch. MARCO always changes the prices HIGHER!!! It's crazy man! I would talk to Jerry and he gives me a good price then I turn around and talk to Marco and he raises the price on me. This guys is ridiculous! DON'T talk to this crazy guy. Just ask to speak with Jerry. Went here for an oil change and it was fairly quick...if they don't have other customers ahead of you. It took maybe 20-30 mins. Acceptable time for me. I brought my own filter and oil and the labor cost is cheap. Jerry hooked me up. Ask for Jerry he will take care of you. This was my second time at Cali Streets. We found them because someone came to our door selling a pretty awesome coupon for $40. It would cover 3 oil changes, 4 tire rotations, 2 wheel balances, and further discounts on oil changes, 50% off alignment, 25% off shocks and struts and 15% off any service. Quite frankly I was thinking I would try it just for the cheap oil changes and the fact that my 40 bucks was going to go a long way. Other bonus was that the coupon could be used by more than one vehicle. The first visit was super quick and pleasant. I got an oil change and Marco was very professional and helpful. I paid something like 1.25 for the taxes on the oil change with my coupon deal. My second visit was much more painful financially however I was pleased with the service. I needed new tires and shock/struts on my 2007 Saturn. Marco called and gave me the news but was willing to beat Costco prices and give all the perks that you can get with Costco tires. My car was washed when I picked it up ( which I was not expecting) and he even took the time to show me the old parts and tires. Even though I had to spend some cash that I didn't want to the experience was good. Its always hard to gauge auto places from the reviews because people always get disgruntled when they have to pay large amounts but I really think that this is an honest garage with a pretty stand up guy behind the counter. read more

I had my wheel fixed here and it took them at least 4 days to get it back from the repair shop, even though they said 2 days max. They send out the wheels to get repaired, so you really don't know who's repairing it and where it's at. As far as the repair, it looks decent. The salesman apologized and charged me less, but I had to really express my disappointment and ask for a discount. read more

Lovely service! Got an awesome quote for 4 new tires for my little Toyota Matrix. Barely bought our car and I knew since it was older and high mileage it needed some work. However, the guys here were able to run a diagnostics and were able to breakdown the maintenance needed to keep my old car running. I needed 2 new tires, called around for the best price. I dealt with Marco over the phone and he was nice and had the best price. We went on a Sunday to have the new tires installed, Jerry helped us that day. He was nice, friendly and went above and beyond with the service provided. He informed us that there was a rattling something in one of the tires they were not replacing, he offered to take it off the rim to see what it was, we all assumed it was my tire pressure gauge in the tire that the other tire place may have knocked loose and left in there... It was not it was the old stem from when the tires were replaced the last time that the other tire place left in there as a parting gift I guess, they were too lazy too remove. Jerry took the initiative to let me know there was a problem and fixed it... We were sold at that point.. Then this weekend, I ran something over that cause a huge 2 holes in my tires, not the ones just purchased from these guys, we went back to them to have them patch the holes, and they patched them quickly and did not charge, even though I tried to pay because it was not one of the 2 new tires I had just purchased 2 weeks ago from them... He would not take my money!!! These are what good business people are all about, we needed a good honest and reliable tire shop and we found it in this place!!! i just bought a 2017 Toyota Tundra and I had a 6 inch lift done somewhere else. (at stereo pros in corona) they gave put on the wrong lift and the truck was driving rough. i was on offer up one night and I saw CALI STREETS on there advertising lift kits so I messaged them and decided to go to the shop and see what they could do.. i stoped by the shop I was a little hesitant at first. i spoke with Marco and told him what happened and he said they could fix it. they ordered the parts I needed and soon as they came in they called me I dropped off my truck Wednesday at 10:30am and it was done Thursday. they did a awesome job and my truck is driving like the day I took it home. i wish I could have gone there in the first place and saved some money but what can you do. I spoke with Eddie and he did an oil/filter change and also gave me a quote on any recommended services that needed to be done. He also walked me to my car and personally should me a tire that needed to be changed and as a female it comforted me knowing I wasn't getting taken advantage of. They also drove my vehicle around to make sure and my tire pressure was perfect. This place is the worst ! I do not recommend this place at all. I had the worst experience ever and they have horrible customer service, I will not be coming here ever again! I came for an alignment, change of tires and suspension bushings. They had told me a certain time my car would be done, I WAITED FOR SEVERAL HOURS and the car was still not ready at all, it wasn't ready at the time they said it would be done. I waited for several hours and more just for them to tell me that the job was complicated and they couldn't fix it even though they had checked the car before and said they could. They lied to me and did not comply with what the contract had said! They promise you a price but then afterwards change the price to an even higher price! They charge you after the job is complete, If they don't complete the job, they charge you almost the same price it would be if it was completed and only give you 10% of what you paid for. Don't let them fool you! I do not recommend Cali Streets to anyone because they do not comply with what they say and didn't even complete the job. Don't fall for their lies! These people are rats that like to steal from you in front of your eyes!! As a client, I have my rights and even so they respond to you aggressively and have such a horrible attitude! read more

I had hoped to not go this route but I had emailed the owner over a week ago and got no response. This is the email I sent to the owner, Marco: Hello Marco. I'd first like to start off my email saying Eddie is a fantastic employee and he should be commended on the job he did this past Saturday, 7/1. He did what he could given the circumstances and all while being extremely professional and courteous. I called and spoke to you a little after 5:00 this past Friday, 6/30 regarding setting up an appointment for a new set of tires. After we spoke, you had told me that I had an appointment for 8:00 the next morning to install 4 new Delinte (spelling?) tires at a cost of $392 and change. I arrived at 8:00 the next morning to check in and Eddie told me that my appointment was not in the system. It was imperative that I get new tires since I drive a lot for work and I needed them that day so I said I would wait the 2 hours that Eddie said it would be. After about half an hour, Eddie told me that the tires were not in stock and asked if I could leave my car there. He said that the order was placed after cut-off time (I'm assuming the night before). He said that I couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday, since you were closed for the holiday. I told him that I had somewhere to be and I needed to go. Eddie then suggested that I leave my car there and that we could meet Sunday morning for my keys. I said that was fine, again, since I needed to leave. Just before I got picked up a little before 10:00, Eddie said he was going to have one of the guys go to Redlands to pick up the tires I needed and that he would have my car done by 12:00. I said that would be fine and that I would see him at 12:00. I called the shop at exactly 12:00 and Eddie told me that my car wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. At this point, I let him know that all these issues were unacceptable and that something would need to be done to remedy the situation. Eddie offered a free oil change and apologized for the inconvenience. I arrived back at the shop a little after 1:30 and then waited another 20 minutes for the car to be done. Then, when I went to pay, Eddie rang me up at $434.xx and I told him that you had quoted me at $392.xx, which he the then corrected. As I was leaving, Eddie then offered to do my alignment for $49.99 since I mentioned I needed to have it done but did not have time. I finally left your shop at 2:00. 6 hours after I first arrived. I didn't tell Eddie this but I needed to be in San Diego by 1:30 for my wife's birthday. That's why I kept mentioning that I really needed to go.Those plans went COMPLETELY out the window with everything that went down the way it did. Now, I am an extremely patient person and tried really hard to not lose my cool with Eddie (he was excellent. I was just frustrated) but the constant runaround and being pushed back really made me question why I chose your shop. If you were unable to make the appointment, it would have been nice to know that. If you didn't have the tires in stock, that would have been nice to know also. The plans for my wife's birthday were just about ruined and it 100% had to do with the inefficiencies in how your business was run that day. Having grown up around mechanics and garages, I completely understand that it was the worst possible time for me to go and get my tires changed, since it was a holiday weekend and all. But at the same time, I had literally no other option, as I drive a TON for work and my tires were falling apart as of that morning. I literally had about 2 and a half hours to get this done and it took six. I'm not normally the guy to complain about this kind of thing. Things happen and I completely understand, but after all that I had to deal with that day, I couldn't let this slide. I didn't want to put this on Yelp but I felt that you needed to know. As I was leaving, Eddie apologized for everything and said that he doesn't like to have customers leave unhappy and will do what he can to make things right. I would like to know how you, as the owner of the business, are going to make things right. Please feel free to corroborate this story with Eddie. I'm sure he'll remember.
