So in terms of that work I was happy. Their front desk staff was friendly, and the lead tech was always willing to talk and was nice about it too. He definitely enjoys diving into the work and communicating his labor and findings, which was super refreshing. That being said I did pay for a diagnostic for an ac related fault (electrical) and their final diagnosis was wrong, they recommended I replace a 250$ part. After replacing the part (work done myself because the labor cost was exorbitant by my standards) it became evident that the part wasn't actually faulty. And if they had done the work maybe the costs would have been backed by their guarantee to fix the problem, no way for me to know. After being upset/frustrated by the incorrect diagnosis, and not eager to trust a shop to figure this out for me I put my own time into it and found a corroded wire to the module. It was a hard diagnosis so I get them not figuring it out but when you spend a lot of money like this you kinda wish that they could've figured it out for you. All in all I think they're capable, and you can trust the work, but with me I think some more diligence would've made this less of a headache. Also understand the prices will likely be on high side, probably due to them establishing themselves as a quality team.
