I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. I appreciated that honesty and made sure to confirm the distance between us. We were assured our home was within range, which made scheduling easy. We set an appointment just a couple of hours later. When we received the text that he had arrived, my partner in crime went out to meet him, and he got straight to work. The whole process felt efficient and professional. When I finally went outside to hear the verdict, it turned out the issue wasn't nearly as bad (or as expensive) as I had feared, which was a huge relief.
