i had multiple holes in my exhaust only where they welded even had lose metal from where they did the welds, I had gone back for a refund on at least one and they refused even tho I was only there last week they blamed it on rust . no real care for customers, sloppy welding and bad detail to attention To the point they can't even warn u about it falling apart read more

They do fantastic work. I brought my Mustang to them a year and a half ago for a Roush axle-back install and resonator delete and their work was flawless. Now I brought them my Camaro SS and let them slap on my Corsa axle-back. i have taken my bmws to them in the past and was very happy with the service. so pleased that i referred my family and friends to them. not cheap but not what i would consider price gouging. good work. this year, I brought in my Land Rover. it was dying and feeding directly from the battery. they checked it and concluded that it was my alternator. they quoted over a thousand dollars for the alternator. i went back and forth with them over no possibility of the alternator costing that much. oh it's a special kind blah blah blah... my past employment in years prior working at pic n pull and autozone during my college years, i was certain that there was no way in hell that an alternator would cost that much. but hey, i needed my vehicle. so they fixed it and 1500. later. i got my car. it ran for about a month and started doing it again. i'm told that it's the alternator. well. i have warranty with Berts Motor Works. my car is sitting under my carport. i have gotten no response on replacement and now i'm afraid for them to touch it. any suggestions? trouble shooters? news people? attorney? i just want my car running. buyer beware... alternators do not cost 1500. read more

I took my car to get some exhaust leaks repaired and $200 later it's still the same plus the engine light is now on. Instead of taking off and replacing a broken manifold stud, they decided to be "creative" and welded an additional bolt to try and stop the leak. Instead of taking down the exhaust properly they thought it was easier to cut it and weld it back on. They didn't even tell me before doing this hack job. Every time I called them to check on it, it was always "it will be ready soon" but it never was. They didn't even replace the gaskets like they said and used silicone, which burnt right off. I took my car twice because the labor had "warranty" and nothing was done. Save yourself the trouble. The sight of the guys with their BudLight instead of a wrench in their hand should have warned me to go elsewhere. read more

I was quoted 120.00 for the install by Carlos, different mechanic stated 150.00. I paid 120.00. I would have rated 5 stars except for the effort to raise the price. read more
