I am so happy with caliber auto glass. Caliber Auto Glass (AG) experience I called my actual State Farm agent and they referred me to Caliber when another company did not come through (see below to compare my experiences). I called on Friday and they had an appointment set up at my home on Monday. The technician called me well in advance of coming and came on time. He was extremely pleasant and did the job by himself And less than two hours and the only reason it took that long is because of the shattered glass that got into the locking mechanism. He cleaned the car of glass. He cleaned the driveway of glass. He was extremely professional and answered questions that I had. I would highly recommend that you go straight to this company to get your glass replaced. Experience with a different AG company had an appointment with another "repair and replace" company last Friday I had made the appointment a week in advance and had to go to their location. It was scheduled for an hour and a half when I got there. The people kindly told me that it would take 3 to 4 hours because it needed two people. I got a ride home and then a few hours i received a call that my vans rear window did not come in that day on either the morning or afternoon shipment and so they couldn't fix my window. I asked the reason and they said they didn't know. They just said that it comes from their warehouse and that it would be ANOTHER 10 days for my rescheduled appointment. They also told me I needed a new windshield wiper replacement and should also pay for a glass treatment for an additional $130. I didn't really care about the extra money but I cannot believe that a company that large couldn't get my glass replaced before 17 days. read more

I've worked with Caliber Glass twice this year. First was when they came to fix a chip in my windshield, and most recently they came out to swap the windshield after it got a severe crack. Both times they were clear in their communication, on time or early to their appointment, informative regarding the care of the repair/replacement, and generally very nice guys. And the fact that I didn't have to go anywhere, they came to me for the repair & replacement, made things convenient, since I work from home. In both instances, Caliber Glass came up as an option when I submitted the claim to my insurance company, and the process was smooth and painless for me, as they seem to really have their system nailed down. I called Caliber myself to see if they could get my windshield replaced a little faster. Customer service reps Rebecca and Samaa went out of their way to get same-day service arranged, and that included cancelling my previous appointment. Needed my front windshield replaced which had a large crack Excellent service arrived on time as per the phone call letting you know that he was on his way Installing the windshield was quick and road tested the vehicle to make sure all functions that worked with the heads up camera was properly working. Good service as far as promptness and quality of fixing the window, however, the broken glass was not cleaned up very well. I was told to take it to a car wash to vacuum up any missed broken glass that wasn't vacuumed. Not the best customer service when it comes to thoroughly cleaning up the glass particles, so it will not be dangerous for passengers to ride in the car. Would have received five stars if enough care was taken to clean up better. read more

They were fantastic and the customer service went above and beyond to install the locate the right windshield glass AND to repair the calibration which was another ongoing issue. Caliber's technician, Michael, came to my home to replace the windshield on my JEEP Wrangler. My windshield was replaced with the same "Gorilla Glass" as was on before the damage. My Windshield on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator got hit by a rock while driving on I-95 and it cracked my whole windshield. I called Caliber Glass and they came out the next day.
