Once I got home I noticed a lot of scratches and swirls on my car. Not to mention my new $500 ceramic tint was scratched as well on driver and passenger side. I called and took it back immediately. We came to a resolution for them to "polish" them out but only after being insulted by the comments of "they come from the dealership this way" and "I've been doing this for 20 years and it has never happened before" and "we just fixed someone else's mess up". After their "polish" the scratches are not as noticeable but they aren't all completely gone:( I'm still kicking myself in the butt for not washing her myself. NEVER AGAIN.

They shampooed my seats. They cleaned my dog's seat cover very well. Vacuumed in between every crevice and whipped down every surface. The only thing my car was missing afterwards was an air freshener. The staff was very courteous. I was quoted 1 hour but it took 2 and the final result was fine with me. First, I drove to their location near Lenox, but since I was a bit confused on exactly where it was, I switched gears and headed to this location that I had gone to last time, on Marietta Blvd. I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff after a couple minutes of standing around by my car, once a AAA truck had pulled out of their line of view and they spotted me. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on (seat stains and dirty cup holder), selected the package I wanted, and waited in the chairs under cover that they have outside for customers. I believe I waited about 30 minutes but it went by quickly. When my car was done, I tipped 25% thinking that I was going to open my car door to near perfection, only to STILL see stains on my passenger seat from when I had spilled something on it and goop in my cup holders from when my hand sanitizer had exploded in my car due to the heat, last week. As I said, I had even pointed these out to the workers specifically before they started. Upon my disappointment, I got the attention of the worker who had helped me cash out and showed him where the hand sanitizer was still caked on. I didn't even bother mentioning the seats since I figured that could've been a lost cause at this point. He tried to wipe it out for a couple more minutes before shrugging and telling me it wasn't going to come off. I thanked him and left, knowing that I was going to have to try to work on it myself or take it to an actual dealership. Even if the seat stains may not, I have confidence that the hand sanitizer goop WILL come off. At least my car is cleaner than when I came in and smells nice. However, this was not worth the $50 that I paid. I'm glad at least that I hadn't spent more because I almost did. I don't think I would've gotten any better a job out of them though even if I had paid more. What they did for the service I selected was not up to standard. At the very least, they should have apologized and been honest and upfront with me before I paid to let me know they did their best (if they did) but could not fully clean my car to perfection. Sadly, they accepted my money and moved on with their day. I will not be returning for a third time.

The PPF I inherited when I bought the car wasn't quite perfect after a couple of years of wear, but they did an amazing job getting it as good as possible without having to replace it yet. When it's time to get the PPF replaced, I'll definitely be back here. I'm a pretty OCD guy when it comes to my car, and these are the only guys around that I'd trust to take care of this car.

I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. He was quick and did a good job for the amount of time I had to get it done. He gave my bike a nice buffing and it looked good after. It was a small detailing job And he didn't charge me much so I appreciated that as well. Another plus was his location was within minutes from me. So that is another plus. Overall good experience and I would feel comfortable bringing it back if ever needed another detailing.
