I want to preface this by saying that I understand there are a lot of unprecedented waits due to COVID and the shipping delays. my disappointment doesn't stem from the delays, but rather the miscommunication, or no communication at all. The only times I ever got an update about my car were when I called myself - sure, they send you a text message updating you about the completion date, but then the day arrives and something else happens without a single notice. You take matters into your own hands and call and are placed on hold for over 20 minutes, just to have someone hang up on you. To top it off, it seems like they only have two mechanics available and one is out of the business. Please send customers to another center if you are unable to handle the volume of work. If this isn't the issue, then I implore you to get a grip on your communication skills. It's understandable that you're busy, but you are dealing with peoples' vehicles. For some, this is more than just a mode of transportation; a car could be someone's lifeline and mine was placed on hold for over a month due to a rear view mirror. read more

This is the second time I came here and most likely the last, first time I had damage to the underside of my car due to a traffic cone kicked on the road, they were all over the place with estimated completion. Some days told me just a car wash is left and the next day they were still waiting on parts ended up a few weeks over the original estimated completion date. Overall they did an ok job but this time I was hit and came back here and service was worse. Only updates I got were when I called. Also I checked the estimate and saw not all parts were authentic, no asking if this was ok or my thoughts. Same thing happened again, close to the projected completion date Thursday was told that needed a wash, Friday said not ready until late afternoon. I work in the afternoon and they are closed on weekends so I get it today. Called confirmed it's ready, they said it was. All this time no calls telling me they are done or anything like that, all me. I return my rental, pay and all ready to pick up car, it doesn't start. Battery completely dead, keep in mind after the accident my car was still functional and battery was fine. Ask if they will replace battery they killed and get brushed off. They said someone mush have left the lights on over the weekend. So now I'm stuck here, they charge it but calibration is reset on the sensors so now they need someone to come in and recalibrate. So I need to go back to the rental place get another car for the day, maybe it will be done by tomorrow. This wasted my morning and lunch because in the time to get this all taken care of I need to skip lunch and go to work. Back at the rental place they are trying to pay for small car, making me wait even more since not the same as the car I just returned. read more

Our bumper was badly hit, and it seemed like an easy job to repair it and have us on our way. Caliber put on an after-market bumper after almost 2 weeks, and there were giant gaps on the sides and near the lights. Edgar explained to us that this was the best that could be done. We insisted that it wasn't so, and asked our insurance carriers for a new bumper. Now Edgar puts on the new bumper. Barely passable. Really, grade "c" work. Edgar is cocky and has no customer service skills. We take the car home and hear a horrific noise when we start it up in the morning. These bozos damaged the heat shield. Great. Our insurance carrier asks Service King down the road to help us. They did it for free-- fixed Edgar's mess. Put the bumper on right, adjust the heat shield, and did it for FREE just because they have a special relationship with the insurance adjuster. Five Stars for Service King, Zero stars for cocky Edgar and Caliber Collision. We know who to go to when we have work on our car. read more

We were referred by our insurance company but the customer service was really subpar. They had to change one headlight because of the bumper damage so when they put it back together, it was really obvious as one headlight was clear and the other was very yellow. We had to bring it to their attention or they would have done nothing. In addition, they left masking tap residue in at least three places. Hence, we had to leave it an extra day only to pick it up and realize they did polish out the yellowed headlight but they didn't do the fog light so now 3 of 4 parts are polished. When I inquired why they didn't call us to see if we wanted the yellowed headlight replaced (even if the insurance would. It have covered it) I got the response, "that would be a lot of work if we had to consult with the owner about all these little things." I couldn't believe someone would actually admit to knowing something was wrong and just leave it. Then he added, well most people wouldn't have wanted to pay for something like that so we don't call. I responded, well some of us would like to have had the choice because I would have definitely ask them to change it out so it wouldn't be obvious to everyone that looks at the car that 2 lights are new and two lights are old. In addition, we were told that our rep would call us back that day and that never happened. In addition to the calls, I also stopped by on two occasions and the rep was not available and I was told that he would call back which also never happened. This is really sad to me because I had a car there before and service was better.m with the same rep. Unfortunately, they probably get enough business that service is no longer important. This rep has definitely become lazy as he is not checking the work before calling the owners nor is he returning calls. I did let our insurance company know to check out their work and take a look at the recent Yelp responses as I see I am not the only one who had problems. read more

I took my car there for repair and just found out today that your technician did not put a light blub in the rear so ive been driving my car with only one side of my rear lights working. No brake lights were working on one side the side this place worked on . This is unacceptable i could have gotten a ticket cuz your technician didn't do his job right So people please check your vehicles out before you leave them. read more

I took my truck To get fixed and the day that I was supposed to pick up my truck from the repairs they gave me a call to let me know that my truck was crashed into under their supervision. When they crashed my car it was around 10: 30am they called me three hours later to let me know what was going on with my vehicle they did not call right away which was very unprofessional. Once I told them that I was gonna go to see my truck they had me waiting for about 30 minutes. They did not apologize not one time but had such a horrible attitude towards the whole situation. The receptionist of the bat was very rude to me and no one could give me an exact explanation of how this all happened. I do not understand how any insurance would recommend any of their clients to come to this body shop to repair their cars. My truck came out worse than when it was brought into this body shop. None of the staff was helpful, they are all rude, and they have the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't even bother coming to this autobody shop ever again. Besides getting my truck crashed under their supervision the repairs that they did to my truck wasn't even color match all they told me was at least 90% color match I would assume they would do the 100% color match to my truck. All I can say is that this is the worst place to take your car is to be repaired! This business is a joke and shouldn't even be a business they should learn how to have good customer service first in order to run a good business and know how to take responsibility and know how to apologize for their mistakes and not make the customer feel any worse about the situation when it was not their fault. read more

No one likes it when they have to deal with a body shop after an accident, but Caliber Collision makes it as painless as possible. Caliber did excellent work in a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. When my car was finished, it looked brand new. When I first needed collision repair, Caliber was not available. I went to another shop that didn't communicate properly with the insurance company. I left that shop and called Caliber. They were not available for a week, but the wait was worth it to get the professional service I got. You do need to make an appointment to have them look at your car and may need to wait a few days for that appointment The wait is worth it for the kind of attention they pay and the quality of their work. read more

We brought the car in for body damage after a hit and run, and inherited a ton of new problems. The only noticeable issue with the car when we brought it in was a minor scraping noise when we went over bumps from a small piece of the body hitting the tire, aside from the dents / damaged body that was an eyesore. The repair did take longer than expected, but it was because the part they got for us came in damaged - totally acceptable.. but once we got the car back, it was violently shaking on the highway. We called another branch to look into it, but they wouldn't look at it unless we brought it to a dealership to prove they caused the issue. Turns out, all of a sudden all 4 of our tires were physically damaged (when they were perfectly fine previously) and we had different and much lower quality windshield wipers. The issues weren't part of the original issue so they would not help us, but we then had to replace all 4 tires and get them aligned for an extra $1,500 at the Honda dealership. Cant prove they did anything unfortunately, but would encourage everyone to maybe mark their tires or pay attention closely to any issues that arise after pickup. Just feels like an employee swapped out our nicer parts for their personal car or mixed up our stuff with another vehicle in the shop. Either way horrible experience. read more
