The biggest problem I had with this place, though, was the fact that they could never give me a straight, honest answer. I understand they might not know for sure, but I would've rather them just said that than lie over and over again about it. I nearly got fired because they wouldn't honestly tell me when I would have reliable transportation again. When I finally got my car back, after a month longer than they originally expected, they gave me a bill for twice the amount. Blindsided. Their customer service is extremely lacking in my experience and I've never been more frustrated with my car. I'd give this place one star but, damn did they fix my car up nice. They fixed everything, even things that had no relation to why I brought it in to begin with.
