Had my vehicle repaired twice two different times. The first one my advisor was Connie and she was Wonderful. Second time I had to deal with Vicente and it was brutal. I can't remember the advisors name but the repairs were not done accordingly even though Vicente was in charge and told what the issue was. I had to take my vehicle back a total of 3 times. This last time I found out Vicente was gone. And had Connie and Haik help me and it was as such a huge difference and was very satisfied with the last repair. Caliber handles it! From the moment I came in, Jessica made me feel like she actually cared about getting my vehicle fixed and quick. She squeezed me in, totally last min before they shut down for the holiday, to drop off my car so they could start work on it right after they returned from Christmas. They provided me a detailed quote and a few days later I was able to start work. They texted me updates which was awesome, emailed prices and a clear breakdown invoice for the final cost to give the liable party who was fixing my car and was super attentive every step if the way. I wish I could leave zero stars. I went to Caliber Collision with my car after a hit and run accident, with rear bumper damage and expressing major concerns about the temperature warning light blinking on and off. I followed up on this when I picked up the vehicle as well. I was assured everything was thoroughly checked and that my car was completely safe to drive. On my drive home, the blinker was not working. So I had to go back the next day. Things happen. Shrugged it off. Then, not even a week later, my worst fears came true. My car broke down on the freeway--completely bone-dry on coolant! I had trusted them, but they clearly ignored my concerns. A breakdown on the freeway could have been deadly, especially with my young children in the car. We were so lucky this didn't end in a tragedy. Caliber Collision's negligence and disregard for my concerns were beyond disappointing--they were downright dangerous. If you value your safety and that of your loved ones, avoid this place. We had the car towed back to Caliber. Thinking they would solve this problem. Since this failure, they belittled me and told me they "would talk to my husband" when I was right in front of them. Then the manager avoided my husband's phone calls at one point leaving him on hold for 15 minutes with a voice recorded massage saying how much they value safety after just putting his wife and toddler in harms way. I had a rare but stressful incident with my car. A neighbor dropped part of his tree on it as I was driving. As a result, my insurance recommended Caliber Collision to do my repairs. In general yes, the repairs were done as requested. In the end, I am left somewhat uncertain as to how I feel. Yes, their customer service honestly was great. The people in the office very friendly. I have no issues with their staff and follow up. My issue is the body repair people/persons. I continued to tell the contact person that I am in no rush to definitely take their time. It was my first time with a car repair like this and I just wanted all the "I's" dotted and "T's" crossed. It had been raining when I picked up my car, but I did pick it up. The keys were given to me and oddly no one came out with me to check it out etc. I wasn't sure if that was customary or not. When I got home and garaged my car I noticed some things. First the weather stripping around the door they worked on was reused, which I don't have a problem with. However, it was ripped in one corner and sticking out of the closed door. It was also hanging in one section and not attached to the door where it should have had about an inch more with a space to attach to my door. Instead that section was torn and hanging. Luckily I was able to replace myself within 24 hours ( For free to them unwillingly). Next the body markings the body repair people made, as I looked, were still marked on my bumper and body of my car ( Yes, left to me to nicely get off ). After that I noticed that the passenger side of my interior and floor was just left with this dust, dirt, or something. I could tell and/or see it. I spent a day cleaning and taking care of my leather interior. The last thing that got to me was one section of my windshield molding that looked like it got sanded with a high grit sandpaper (okay procedure, I've dealt with prepping for clearcoat). However, it was simply left like that prepped. No clear coat. Additionally, she passenger side mirror turn signal worked prior to taking it. It is one of the things they worked on and now it doesn't work. And for that they gladly accepted my deductible to give me my keys. Again it was the simple lack of attention to detail that got to me. read more

This review is my last resort to get their attention, they did some work on my car after an accident I was referred here from my insurance fyi lesson learned I thought I could trust it because of that but wrong please do your own research and you are better off somewhere else. Anyway after they worked on my car and "finished" back in February I have two parts missing that were in back order totally understood that, they told me they didn't have a time frame but that they will stay in contact with me. Well wrong it's been over 6 months they will ignore any attempt to make contact with them including the manager and Connie. I had to call a manager at the north Hollywood location to see if she can help me out, she said she would get in contact with somebody and get back to me this was over a week ago and nothing. I was already not happy with their work I will attach photos of the sloppy work they did but this ignoring me and not letting me know when the work will be completed is ridiculous. I was recently in a fender bender and the person at fault was insured through Progressive who recommended Caliber Collision which is conveniently located down the street from my house. I decided to use them since they offer a lifetime guarantee on their work. I had to wait a few minutes, most likely because I was a smidge late for my appointment. Brian greeted me with a smile, we looked over my vehicle together and he also assured me that he would give me a quote the same day on additional work that I wanted done. We went over the paperwork and I hopped in the enterprise shuttle to get on with my day, literally in and out in about 20 min. I received text message updates throughout the week, and calls from Brian on the quote for the additional work as well as to let me know when my car would be ready. He quoted me $150 to fix each rim, I swear the curb just jumps up at me and the rims get deep gouges on their own...joking...Brian suggest until I learn how to parallel park again like back when I was 16 I shouldn't waste the money to fix them....I told myself If I can go a whole two months without running into a curb then...yaaasss...I'll be back to get them fixed. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was done by Friday afternoon. My car looks pristine and good as new...(aside from the rims...tsk lol) I highly recommend Caliber Collision!!! read more
