When I went to take my things out I noticed the wheels were different and when I put my things in my car I noticed the wheels to my civic were on an older civic in the employee parking lot. My experience with Caliber Chino Valley was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I came in for a fair price quote to the pick up of son's vehicle, Franklin P. was there to assist me. Franklin was very accessible throughout the process. Whenever I call, he was there to answer my questions. I am a bit disappointed with my experience here. I got into one accident one day and filed a claim with my insurance. Then a couple days later, I got into another accident filed another claim with my insurance. I bring the car in and all the damage was to my rear bumper only. Both claims got handled which you can say sketchy. The second accident had more damage and I felt like the first claim should've have been combined into the second one. But caliber used both claims as two separate claims. I felt like one accident should've overlapped the other. Once I got my car back, my gas cap wasn't locking. I was told they can fix it. I bring it home and after sitting on the offer, I call caliber back and ask them on the process of getting my gas cap fixed. I was told they can give me an invoice/ estimate to fix my gas cap. Which I was never told when they said they fix it. I am a bit disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this business. read more

Wish I'd heeded the negative reviews before getting repairs done here. Don't make the same mistake I did! On the bright side, they replaced my front and back bumper which looked great so there's that. However, they also agreed to fix a small scratch in the leather on my backseat armrest and replace it with the same type of leather. When I got my car back not only did the leather not match, but my entire door's plastic panel was damaged from whomever installed it. When I brought this up to them they deflected blame and told me they "went out of their way trying to fix this for me." The truth is if I'd known a small scratch was going to turn into non-matching leather and damage to my car door, I never would've asked them to fix it. A common through line in the negative reviews is that they refuse to take responsibility. If they'd owned up to their mistake, apologized, and agreed to fix it, I wouldn't be writing this review. I understand mistakes happen and appreciated all of their hard work up until I received their disturbing response. Zak and Antonio were upset, defensive, unprofessional, and tried to guilt trip me by saying they were trying to "do a nice thing for me since this isn't something they normally do." They literally said "no good deed goes unpunished" which blew my mind. I restated this is a job I'd paid for that wasn't done correctly. They asked me to send photos - I'm adding a few of them to this review. After that, they finally agreed to fix it and said they'd reach out when the new part arrived. To make this worse, that happened on April 24th and it's now July 21st. Three months have passed by and I haven't heard back from Zak or Antonio (the manager) since. It's been crickets. Do I want to follow up on this and ask them to do the right thing? Do I want to spend time arguing for a second repair when it could end up even worse than the first? Do I want to interact with staff that gaslit me into believing I was asking for too much after they'd damaged my car? Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I'm adding photos of the last email the sent along with the clearly damaged panel they tried to pass off as fixed. If you do decide to come here, I hope you're luckier than I was! read more

I called several times, the estimator could never take the call, I had to physically go to the shop, then was told it would be another week. This is my go-to auto repair shop via AAA. I like this location because of how polite and efficient the staff are here. This place also has an enterprise located inside so you don't have to worry about a ride when dropping off your car for repairs. You do have to check the enterprise hrs though because some days they are not open, but that's okay because they will send an enterprise van to pick you up and take you to their main location so you can get your rental vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience here from both Caliber and Enterprise. My only complaint is that you do have to wait long for an adjuster because this place is always so very busy. I recommend this place for auto repairs because they do a great job and the staff are very sweet. read more

I have been here multiple times and have always had excellent service. This time, I had thousands of dollars of work done on my car. Caliber communicated very well with my insurance company and even has a partnershio with Enterprise in Chino Hills to make rental and rental return really seamless. They also provide text and call updates as well as a tracker online so you can check the status of your vehicle at any time. When I came in initially this time for an estimate, I was told I should leave the car immediately as it was unsafe to drive. My insurance had approved the repairs but had not yet approved a rental so Caliber dropped me off at home free of charge. They also provide a lifetime warranty for all the parts they replaced. When I came to pick up my car, my paperwork was ready for me. I did have to wait for my car even though I had called ahead to say I was coming to get it, but they washed the car for me, which was a nice touch. I and my family will definitely continue to trust Caliber Collision with our vehicles in the future- thanks to the whole team here for making this as stress-free an experience as possible! read more

I had my car repaired in 2019 here after my accident. I had a lifetime warranty for any parts that were replaced or fixed. One in which was my AC. I called them this past week to let them know my AC went out. They had me bring it in that same day and checked it out. There told me what it was. They even dropped me off back at work on my lunch hour. And began to service my car. The manager Rudy was in touch the whole time and kept me posted. When they found it was a further issue he called me back to let me know. He gave me a great quote and found the part that was needed the same day. They were able to get me back in my car that same day. They even offered to pick me up from work. My service with Calliber Collision and with the assistance of Rudy, my experience was exceptional!
