Awful man. I got rear ended on the freeway and needed to get an estimate. The man took off his mask and started inspecting my car and goes on to say that my car is butchered and he refused to give me an estimate. Mind you I'm a Latina women and I didn't dress up because I was upset about the car. But i feel like he thought I was an immigrant and did not want to help me out. Somebody hit my car ! I called my Insurance and was given Caliper Collision as a reference- they make the whole experience easy. I arrived and in minutes had my paperwork completed and an estimate performed while I watched and had everything explained to me. The rental car was ready when we finished and after only a few more signatures I was back on the road. Later the estimator contacted me to say that the clips holding my bumper had broken and would need repair. I received a call again, in a few days, to say that my car was ready. I had until the next business day to pick it up and simply left the rental with them, and drove back to work. No hassles, no problems with the repair shop, no problems with looking for a rental car place and having to Lyft to the rental car place and miss work, no having to do the same with the return ...and the best part, my car looks brand new...every inch they worked on was perfection! They were no help in fixing my vehicle or helping me in anyway for that matter. There was some discrepancies with my insurance, but all they did was force me to get my car towed out of their shop out of sheer impatience and threatened to charge me storage fees, and that's AFTER They disassembled my whole front end and shoved all the spare & broken parts in my backseat. The car came back to me worse than I took there. So not only did they make me tow my car out for no legitimate reason, they gave it back to me completely torn apart & messy with dusty, dirty car parts spread out in my backseat, including my WHOLE FRONT BUMPER which was literally hanging out the window (which they said can't even be put back on my car anyway). What blows my mind is they STILL GOT PAID FOR THIS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR BY MY INSURANCE. The insurance company ended up resolving the discrepancies the day after I towed my destroyed car from their shop, but they proceeded to tell me my car won't be accepted at any Caliber Collision in the region. I meet Toni and the Caliber Collision team by accident (pun intended). My Jeep Unlimited Rubicon was rear-ended, my tow receiver took the brunt of the hit and bumper/rear-end wasn't damaged. The rear cross-member of the frame was twisted & bent pushing it into the muffler and I was really worried about frame damage to the Jeep. The Caliber Collision team did everything they said they would, from vehicle inspection, answered my questions regarding my vehicle, assisted me with the car rental, the repairs were quoted, approved and repairs were done very fast. Caliber Collision washed and cleaned my Jeep, is was so dirty when I dropped it off. I was on a work trip when Toni called to say my Jeep was repaired, my Friday return flight had to be changed to later time, and I thought I would not be at the office until after closing time. Toni worked with me and we made plans to pick up my Jeep after hours if needed due to change in my plans. I was able to make to the office before they closed on Friday. Had a fender bender and my insurance gave me a list of places to check out in my area. Am pretty picky so I went to check them out in-person. Frist one had OK reviews but when I went there they were rude and unprofessional, so I walked out with in the first 10 mins. The second one was Caliber Collision in Concord and they seemed kinda of busy but the two people at the front desk were friendly. I told them I was checking out places and asked them a few questions and knew this was the right place. Told my insurance company I wanted them to handle the repairs and they made an appointment for a Tuesday. Dropped it off and Caliber didn't have anything that said I had an appointment, I had someone drop me off so I was a bit worried. Alexa who was my estimator said not to worry that she would call my insurance company and take care of it. She took care of it and it was my insurance company that had messed up. So it was nice that they fit me in even though they were busy. Only took them about five days for them to get parts, paint, and reassemble my truck. Over all really impressed with the repair and the customer service I received there. I hope I will not them again but if I do I will be taking back there again. This place BEFORE Covid happened worked on my car repairing my side window. It took two weeks for them to finish and when they gave me my car back they had broken my trunk making it hard to open as well as reverting the sunroof hose making it to where it rained that water would come in and soak my floors in the back of my car! I called the supervisor and the guy over him and received no calls back! I talked to the manager there and they were of absolutely no help they broke my car and gave it back to me with water inside of it causing damage and mildew if it wasn't fixed! Forcing me to pay them to fix that again! Very untrustworthy, terrible business. I would give them less than 1 if I could. A friend of mine also had went there and he also had a bad experience with them breaking something else on his car before giving it back. Pick anywhere but here!
