I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to do their homework before trusting them…read morewith major repairs. In December, my Volkswagen GTI was repaired here, with over $4,000 worth of work listed on the invoice, including front-end repairs, cooling system work, air conditioning repairs, alignment, and wheel replacement. The vehicle was returned to me, and within one week the head gasket failed. Shortly afterward, my insurance company determined the vehicle was a total loss. While I cannot prove that every item listed on the invoice was not performed, the condition of the vehicle after the repairs left me with serious concerns about the quality and completeness of the work. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected the vehicle to be returned in a safe and reliable condition. What made the experience even more frustrating was how the situation was handled afterward. The shop advertises a warranty and states that they stand behind their repairs, but when I sought assistance regarding the mechanical failure that occurred immediately after the work was completed, I was given the runaround rather than meaningful support. In my experience, the warranty did not provide the protection that was represented. Additionally, the man working in the office alongside Laura was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional during my interactions with the business. He stated he completed the work himself and " knew there wasn't anything wrong " then proceeded to ask me " what's wrong " I gave him his tone of voice back stating " I'm not a mechanic but I can smell coolant " The shop revised their work and returned the car with me a second time/third time. Whenever I received the car back the 3rd and final time, I drove 12 miles before the coolant leaked completely out and blew the head gasket. Between the significant repair bill, the major engine failure shortly after the vehicle was returned, the lack of accountability, and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this shop. I hope my experience helps others make a decision.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop…read more I brought my car in for ONE repair. They did a completely different repair without my authorization and then tried to stick me with a nearly $9,000 bill. When GEICO's claim was "taking too long," instead of working with me, the situation escalated -- and my car ended up being repossessed even though I was making payments. Unauthorized work. Inflated charges. Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. Take your business somewhere else

I've now used C.A.R.S Collision AutoBody Repair Service twice, and both experiences have been…read moreoutstanding. Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, convenience, and professionalism are getting harder to find these days. This was our second time using C.A.R.S., and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing bodywork or paint repair. Five stars well deserved.

I was driving down the street and saw the auto advertisement on the car in front of me. I called…read morethe number advertised and we both pulled over. Tim gave me a quote right then and there and the next day he came to my home to repair the scratch on my car. Easy Peezy! He did a fabulous job! I then showed him my husband's car and asked for a quote to fix the back of his scratched side view mirror. Tim took a look at it and instead of giving us a quote, he simply rubbed a solution on it and it looked like new! No charge! My husband and I both really appreciate Tim's professional and excellent work and ethics. I will be telling all my friends that need a dent or paint repair on their car to definitely Call Tim at C.A.R.S

LESSON LEARNED. You get what you pay for. Went in and got an estimate, which the owner entered in…read morehis computer, and printed out for us. It clearly was for the entire back bumper and a chunk of paint missing from one rear door. Dropped off the vehicle...told it would be Thursday or Friday when done, but we get all call a day later saying come get it. First, we pull up, and the vehicle is backed up against the building. Odd since the rear bumper and one back door is what I want to see. I walk to the back door and can clearly see the damage has not bee repaired at all, they just slapped paint on it - not even the right shade and no clear coat. I walked around the back to see the bumper and it is ok...but then again it was ordered in the right color in one piece. I look at the back window of my vehicle and my political bumper sticker has been taped over. So they wanted us to drive away with their vandalism and not notice. I pointed it out and the guy says "HAHAHA I wondered if you would notice". YEAH I NOTICED. Not amusing. Also highly UNPROFESSIONAL and IRRESPONSIBLE. I saw their political affiliation in their shop - not my business, and certainly not something I would discount doing business with someone for - until now. If I see signs of the disease of liberalism, I will NOT do business there. The level of pettiness and lack of care for the work that was supposed to be done...ugh. They had time to vandalize my car sticker but didn't have time to read the work order and complete the repairs on their own estimate? But I digress.I pointed out that the door looked terrible and the first thing the owner says is "That wasn't on the estimate". No, sir, you are wrong. It IS on the estimate. Hubby and the owner head into the shop (I avoid because I am pretty upset at this point and I can see Mr. Perry is uncomfortable. He rarely makes anyone stand behind their word. Owner is grumbling under his breath as they go...well, I walk back into the office in time to see the owner reading HIS OWN estimate and eating crow. Door work IS on the estimate. So now he is being nice. Ok...mistakes happen. So he offers to keep the car and fix it properly...2 seconds later he says "Or I can knock off the cost of the repair" REALLY!?!?! Gee thanks for removing the charges for a repair you didn't do in the first place. WOW. At any rate, I said no thanks to further repair, give us our money, and someday I will get it fixed by a professional. P.S. - I have photos.
