Bought my 2012 Buick Regal from them in 2021, love my car so much, got a very good deal on my car as it's not a based model. Was a garage princess car with low miles, I have now a little less than 80,000 miles on the car, 3 years later. Still runs great, turbo charged. I have had to maintain and repair the car, but that's a given even when buying a new car! Very satisfied with my purchase, Richy sold me my car in the sales department, he's an amazing God filled salesman! I 10/10 recommend asking for him! Michael MacMillan in services department has been great to us, even with a packed schedule he communicates to get us in promptly but within the service departments means for efficient service. Doug in finance was kind, shopped around for the best rates for us when financing, good conversation. Very easy to talk to, understands his job and what you're needing as a customer if it's possible he'll make it happen! Kaisers crew works as a family type unit which made my experience with them impressionable, I own a business and will definitely also be coming to them to buy work vehicles in the future. This is a buyer-beware message: do not use the service department. If you must get your car here, find a different place to care for it. In short: spent $2k to get air conditioned (rear evaporator, hoses, and fittings) replaced per their diagnosis. Four return visits later - everything was "working according to specifications". Two of our favorite gaslighting quips: 1) Your sunroof was vented slightly - that's it 2) The system is only designed to cool the air 10 degrees less than the outside air [[HIGHLIGHT]]A call to the General Manager of the dealership referred us back to the service manager who still managed to tell us that it's working as designed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just spent $600 somewhere else to have the system serviced AND NOW it's working fine. Man has this place went downhill. I used to get same day oil changes, anything I needed done they fit me right in and did it, then the pandemic hit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The replacement crew they have now is horrible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dropped my car off in the morning, for them to read the dash lights. I come in at 4:00 PM and my car hasn't moved. [[HIGHLIGHT]]His excuse? "My diesel guy is backed up."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Here's an idea... if you sell diesel vehicles, maybe have more than one 'diesel guy'? Or, at least don't waste a customer's time by giving them an appointment, having the car all day, and never moving it. I had a nail in my tire and was told that they could plug the tire no problem. I was charged 40.00 and drove home feeling good. Only to wake up to a total flat and the valve was missing the cap! 4 hours later I was left with a ruined tire. Beware of the service department. They don't stand by their shady work. I took my car there for a tire sensor issue. We received the phone call from service saying what our estimate was, but added they did an inspection, which I didn't ask for, and said I needed to replace the cabin filter for $60. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I said no and the service advisor said sarcastically, "well that will save you $60".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I picked up my car and drove off the lot, the AC didn't work. I turned around and explained the AC now doesn't work. They said that they were not working by the AC unit. My response was "you were near the cabin filter right?". They asked to the keep the my car longer so I had to leave it. We then got the call saying we needed a new blower motor costing $250 and that is discount because they felt bad. I declined and I expressed my anger. I brought it home and found that when they checked my cabin filter, which is just past the glove box and next to the blower motor, they put the filer back in with a squirrel or rats nest bedding on top of the filter. That nesting material blocked the air intake to the blower motor causing it to not work. Once I removed the nesting material, my AC worked. They did an inspection without my permission, they were sarcastic about me declining the air filter replacement, they put the nest bedding back in with the air filter not even telling me there was nesting material, they didn't diagnose my AC problem correctly and wanted to charge me another $250 for nothing. They said they plugged a new blower motor up and it worked so it was the old blower motor. If they cared, they would have removed the nesting material before putting the filter back in when I declined or at least told me about the nesting material. read more

Emailed about a truck, salesman didnt read the email sent info on a yukon instead of the sierra truck. Setup appointment to purchase only to drive there and find out 2 1/2 hrs prior to appointment they had a contract on the truck. No courtesy call that it was sold till after showing up. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. As an old employee of a gm dealer we never did business like this. Very poor customer service. And find out there was no contract on this at the time we arrived. Pathetic business practice. read more

I brought my truck in to have an issue looked at. I paid 100 dollars for a diagnostic and the dealership is telling me the vehicle was modified and therefore will not cover anything. I insisted that nothing on the vehicle is modified and yet they still refuse to do anything for further assistance. I am never going back and dealing with their terrible customer service. I am working with GMC's actual customer service department to take care of the matter and have suggested I even go to another dealer since they are being uncooperative. I told the service manger Larry that I had no problems taking my vehicle in the past and that he would lose a loyal customer because of it and he didn't seem to care. read more

I found myself on the East coast of FL today in Deland with a flat tire. I am staying on Anna Maria Island and had borrowed my sister in law's car to visit an elderly friend in Deland. Thank goodness for the young man who told me I had a flat, as I was making my way to my friends home. I pulled in to Kaiser Buick hoping they could help. Thank you to Joe who found the culprit: a screw embedded in the tire. Turns out all the tires were bad and it was going to take about 2 hours to fix. Joe brought me the 10 miles to my friends home and returned to pick me up when they were finished. Thank you to Jeff who diagnosed the problem and made sure I was able to spend time with my friend. I went in to look at a vehicle just to see what I would be paying on a particular vehicle they have. I went in to talk to a sales rep there, and he asked if he could check my credit so he could give an accurate monthly amount. I said yes, thinking he was going to run it and give me estimated figures of monthly payments. As I left I looked at my phone and realized my credit had EIGHT hard inquiries on it. I have no clue why on earth they ran it 8 times! 8 hard credit inquires is absolutely unacceptable! Yes, run it and see what I have and inform me of options off of that, but do not sit there and keep running it until you feel like you shouldn't anymore. I understand dealerships have multiple different lenders, but I was not in there to walk out with a vehicle that day! I was simply trying to get some numbers to ponder the purchase, and now my credit is going to be majorly affected by 8 hard inquires. Will never go back there. read more

Purchased a $20,000 vehicle with 11000 miles on it...Beautiful vehicle. But found out there may be a safety recall on it, and after the $500 safety checkup for delivery ( on paperwork) they wanted to play stupid, saying they couldn't find anything other than a GM vehicle. Try the internet and the vin number. But the other dumb thing is I got one set of keys that with remotes and special keys cost well over $250 dealer costs. They said they only got one set of keys. But the original owner said "I put 2 sets in the dealers hands." Contact with the General Manager Deric Kaiser got me the reply that " I did review your deal and it does not say anywhere that you were promised an extra key." a $20000 vehicle and that was his thinking......I also did not ask for a steering wheel or the first set . If you go there, remember to write everything down, even on their new cars......cause how would you get it home without the tires you failed to mention? read more

Clayton was awesome and helped us trade in our Durango to get a new GMC terrain. He was very helpful through the entire process. The vehicle we chose didn't have leather but they have a company that can do it and we chose to have it done. Well worth the extra money they had it done in two days and it looks awesome. They even fully detailed the vehicle before returning it to us. While our vehicle was in the shop they gave us another terrain with half a tank of gas which was really nice. I will be buying from them again when it's time for my Sierra. Clayton and Kaiser GMC are grade A+. read more

Just bought a 2015 Yukon yesterday 8/17/18, test drove it for about 5 mins (my fault) it was a little warm in truck, but not too bad, it was 930am, I thought the ac was just was turned on low, We were in a hurry had an appointment around 2pm (my fault again) bought the Yukon, during the signing of the finance paperwork they have you watch a video about upgrades when your purchasing a vehicle. by the way they make about 50% of that price, and they push it hard on you. They also had me sign like in two places that the truck was as is. And if you don't buy the extended warranty they have you sign that I believe the third time maybe the forth. The finance guy, the general sales manager, and the sales manager are very SMUG. Anyway, driving home with the new purchase around 1pm we noticed the air was getting hot and the air wasn't blowing cool anymore. I tried calling the salesman without success. I finally got ahold of the sales guy around 530pm, he said to bring it in at 830 Saturday morning to get it looked at, they said nothing about cost to me at all, after they fixed it that's when they said it would be $238.83 for the repair. Not once did they ask me if I wanted it fixed or told me the price or told me I was responsible for the repairs. By the way the part expansion valve cost $69.00 and they told me they gave me a deal half off price. So, they charge everyone else over $500.00 for a 69.00 part and maybe an hour labor time. So, part of this was my fault for not taking our time and really looking at the truck or having it checked out. But they had 1) Very poor customer service, treating a customer with a smug attitude. 2) Not giving me an estimate or price of repairs (repaired it without my authorization) read more

I have had a horrible experience with a dealership in DeLand, Florida. I did some research online (apparently not enough) found a little car that I was interested in, drove to Florida to purchase the car. Fast track forward, I purchased a car drove it back to Virginia, realized there was a problem with the car took it to a dealership nearby and in fact there was a problem with the car. The nearby dealership actually gave an estimate to repair the car. I notified the selling dealership I would not be closing the deal on a car that had a previous issue. Fast forward again, the selling dealership said they would have the car picked up transported back to Florida since I wasn't willing to close the deal on it. Fast forward further this dealership is now trying to play games with my down payment so I decided to do this for them. Plus ensure all my friends and family never ever do business with this dealership EVER!! read more

I am unable post my entire story due to exceeding the limit on this review. Here is my review in a nut shell. I brought my vehicle in for service for an oil leak & it had been overheating, it was determined that the oil leak was caused from when they performed their previous oil change on my vehicle. They left the old oil filter O-ring on & installed the new oil filter with the new O-ring on top of the old O-ring, thus causing a severe oil leak due to not having a proper seal. They slapped on a new oil filter & added oil and told me they cleaned the engine & sent me on my way. My car still smelled like oil so I looked in the engine & the engine was not cleaned as service department Jeff Caruso stated. At my 3rd visit from the incident & having driven almost 2000 miles leaking oil & overheating Jeff cleaned my engine upon my request, even though he stated it was cleaned when I picked up my vehicle. Long story short, I have requested to have my vehicle's engine thoroughly looked at to ensure no damage was caused from this negligence but I was denied having the engine inspected to identify if any damage was done from this negligence. Jeff Caruso & the GM Derrick Kaiser have assured me that no damage could come from this. I called the owner, GM Derrick Kaiser & informed him of my concerns which were dismissed as not a big deal, he also stated that "we do not change the old O-rings out at every oil change as this would cost the customer additional money"- like he was doing me a favor. For those that don't know, there is an O-ring attached to every new oil filter (standard) and the proper practice is to "REMOVE THE OLD OIL FILTER O-RING", there is no additional "CHARGE" for the O-ring that comes on every new filter. But when an old O-ring is left on & a new filter is installed it will not seal properly causing oil & antifreeze to leak and spray all over your engine & your vehicle will overheat potentially causing damage to the engine. To sum this up ( I have left out a lot of details overlooking many other points), I have written a formal complaint which I had notarized & certified mailed it to the Deland GMC dealer & the corporate office in Detroit, MI. Overall this was a horrible experience & I never once received an apology for their negligence. I was dismissed by both the service person Jeff Caruso & the GM Derrick Kaiser in this incident & they could care less that I was unsatisfied with their service. I am now fighting to make sure that if any damage occurred due to their negligence that I will not be financially responsible. My vehicle is a 2011 GMC Acadia, fully loaded & I paid $55k for it new. I never expected to get this type of below standard customer service from any GMC dealer. I would not recommend this dealership for any sales or services. I have given this dealership every opportunity to make this right but I have been denied my rights that I am entitled to due to their negligence. read more

Fred "Rocky", I've been in Orange City for 35 years. I will only own a Buick. All of which I have purchased from you and your family. Your tradition of respect, concern and caring has been lost. I am a reasonable man and completely understand the "As-Is" Policy. Yet on my most recent pursuit to solicit some consideration for a presumed minor issue, I was met with a Sales Manager whose reply was to blame the Service Department for their incompetence ("I pay them a lot of money to prepare each car for sale"). The Service Department Manager was obviously annoyed by this suggestion and I felt very uncomfortable being a party to this type of animosity. I agreed to leave the car for further assessment. The Service Manager said I would be informed as to the presumed issue's status. The following day, an Assistant Service Manager informed me my Fuse Block needed to be replaced at a cost of $640.00. I felt it very necessary to pursue a second opinion. After detailed discussion with 2 subject matter experts, I retrieved my car and had it repaired for $75.00. I am sad to say, as a result of this treatment I will do my business elsewhere and suggest to others they do the same. read more
