This review is long overdue! February 4, 2019, my parked vehicle was involved in a very minor parking lot accident. I was inside the vehicle when it occurred, and I was devastated when I saw the damage to my one month old new vehicle. The other party's insurance provided locations for repairs, and I am so glad I chose Caliber Collision. Fast forward to January 29, 2020, because between life, full time school, and full time employment, the repairs were set aside and forgotten. I called Caliber Collision because they were in a location most convenient for me. From the very first phone call, they were nothing except professional and friendly. I was able to set up an appointment, receive an estimate, and have it approved very quickly. I brought in my vehicle February 5, 2020, and got it back in brand new condition February 12, 2020. In addition to completely removing and restoring basically the entire right side of my vehicle, they even repaired suspension damage that most likely happened post accident. In that time, I realized I had left a birthday card in the vehicle that I needed before the repairs were schedule to be finished. They were so understanding and accomodating. I was able to retrieve the card and even take a peek at the quality work in progress. I left to pick up my vehicle when they notified me that it was finished as they were closing soon. It was like getting a new car again! After arriving home, I found some residue on the roof of my vehicle. I brought in my vehicle the next morning, and they immediately removed it, no questions and no problems. I was back home in no time with a spotless vehicle! Was referred here after someone hit my (parked!) Car. Their insurance co listed this location which was conveniently close to my home. From the 1st phone call I made to them, until picking up my car today, I was experienced great service! I had lots of questions and they answered each of them without hesitation. My Vehicle was sent there on behalf of my car insurance company, it was picked up on a Thursday morning. The tow truck driver arrived at my house after I show him the vehicle and handed him the key I specifically told him that the vehicle cannot be driven because the vehicle tire is flat and can damage my expense rim, he still try moving my vehicle. Around 2pm they call me to tell me they needed my signature, just for them to say they cannot work on my vehicle because it has to go to a custom collision center, they told me I had to contact my insurance company and let them know the situation, but they could've done that themselves because they work together my insurance company with that collision center. Okay I found a custom collision center, my vehicle was then transferred to it, now I need Caliber to do an estimate on my vehicle so it can be sent to the new place. It took 4 business days for them to estimate the vehicle. I'm very unhappy with Caliber Collision Center. read more

My girlfriend and I just took our car to this shop recently. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Also not forget to mention they take all the precautions due to covid19, cleaning and sanitizing all every time a new costumer come in. I got rear ended last month and originally took my car to the location in Monrovia. They called me to tell me that my car would be transferred to the Duarte location. Eddy always kept me updated on my car. They did a wonderful job. My car was in pristine condition when I picked it up and cleaner than I had left it lol! One minor thing was there was a glitch in the sensor for my hatch when it was replaced. It was a quick and easy fix - not an issue at all. Brought in my 2018 Dodge Charger to be fixed at Calliber Collusion 1718 Highland in Duarte. I was greeted by a friendly and nice Adjuster Richard Carillo. Throughout my the whole experience from the time I came in to drop it off to the very end come time to pick up, he kept me well informed he was through, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in good hands, well taken care of and most importantly done right. Richard kept me updated on the status of my vehicle at all times whether it was a delivery of parts or something good like the delivery of the vehicle if on schedule. What I especially appreciated was the fact that he will not do anything half fast. I wanted my vehicle Friday because I was leaving out of state and had turned in my rental that was my fault because I made a pre-mature decision and actually he had said the date it would be ready but I called spur of the moment and told him I was leaving and had turned in my rental he says let me see what I can do. He calls me back and says I'm sorry but it won't be ready we discussed the following week and I don't feel comfortable rushing your car. Come time to pick my car, Richard delivered exactly what he said promised, my car looked great it was as good as new. He even took the time to detail my car inside and out. I have been here twice on the recomendation of my insurance and both times I have been blown away at how good a job they do. They deal directly with my insurance company as far as money is concerned so there was never any stress there. They gave me daily updates with my car and time estimations. I have got my car back in under a week both times I have gone in and the work they do is superb! My car looks like the day I first bought it and I could not he happier with the work that was done! I had backed my car into a parked truck, denting my bumper quite noticeably. The dent was vertical in nature and spanded across body lines. When I took it into Caliber Collision, it was my first experience with them. I was treated professionally and given the option of having them work the dent out or replace the bumper. I own an expensive car and was a little leary that working the dent out may be noticeable. But I was told that if they couldn't do an exceptional job at working the dent out, they would call me to get authorization to replace the bumper (at no additional charge for the attempted repair). So, I went with option one. Two days later, I picked up my car after having the dent repaired and was amazed that you could not tell the car was ever in a collision. The repaired bumper was like new.
