I was incredibly impressed with the service and the repairs this place did on my car after getting in to a fender bender. From the front desk assistant to the service advisor, everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and were all very pleasant. At one point, even one of the repairmen from the garage inquired if I was being taken care of. The service advisor, Kevin Miller even offered to stay late to accomodate my work schedule if needed so that I could pick up my car after hours. When I went to pick up my car, they not only repaired the bumper but repaired two other spots on the car that weren't related to the accident at no additional charge. And the quality of the repairs was superb. They also had washed my car thoroughly and had vaccumed the inside as well. My car was returned to me in better condition before I had the accident. I haven't received this kind of quality workmanship and service in ages. Bravo to this place of business and to their fabulous staff! read more

I took my 2015 Toyota Tacoma there to get an estimate after I backed up into a friend. Let me say this, I got off of work a little later than I hoped but after calling them they told me they would wait till I got there. I was met immediately by Robert Gaxiola upon pulling in and he informed me that I did not need to do an insurance job for my truck and he could have his detail guys fix it "FOR FREE". It went to the back and came back in about 15 mins and it looked amazing. I cannot thank these guys enough for the job they did and the courtesy in the manner in doing it. Do not go here as long as Tanya is working there. Either this lady had something against me or she just hates everyone as much as me. I was so nice to this lady even though I had to go back a couple of times, and each time she treated me like I was trying to rip them off or get something for free. She was rude and not even nice 1 time out of the 7-10 times I had to deal with her. Even the times they did mess up she made me feel as if I was making a big deal about coming back and it was a hassle for her to have just my cars bumper fixed. I feel bad because I so tempted to take this to the BBB but everyone else at this establishment even the mechanics were very nice and willing to get things done to make me happy except this lady who didn't want to fit anything. Keep in mind I wasn't asking for much just my bumper fixed after getting rear ended when I was stopped at a red light. So going into this I was told by my insurance and the gentleman that rear ended me's insurance that this will be an easy process, it's not your fault, and your number will be the same as before the accident. That's not trues once I went to this place and dealt with Tanya. I was treated like it was inconveniencing Caliber and Tanya by bringing my cat here and having them fix it. My car is actually worse since I brought it here. They took my car apart and put it back together but forgot to put multiple parts, washers and bolts back creating new annoying noises and ugly missing aesthetic parts that Tanya is saying I removed and am just saying they did it so I have to be the one to pay for parts they misplaced. Also please keep in mind the gave me my car back with an opened bottle of paint thinner that just happened to be hidden under my seat where my 16 month old daughter sits in the car and of course when I mentioned it to Tanya she not only didn't apologize but once again acted like it wasn't them or there fault. Seriously my car smelled like paint thinner for over a month and she acted like I was making it up they would never leave something like that in a car. Just because you ran a tattoo shop probably treating people bad like myself and had no complaints doesn't mean you can treat everyone like they are below you because they are nice and don't have any tattoos or are younger than you. Times have changed there are plenty of people with tattoos some of which are felons and very bad people but they still act professional and respectful regardless of the customers age or the way they look. If I wasn't the same ethnicity as this lady I would seriously think this had something to do with that. The only reason I used Caliber is because I used a different location like 5 years back and I had a great experience but not at his location. bad experience, really bad one, i don't usually write reviews only when i have to, anyways i took my car (2018 ACCORD) to Caliber Collision as it was recommended by my insurance (AAA) so i was like ok if they are good why not, i left the car there, with minimal damage in the rear end and they checked it and said it will take 8 to 10 days max so i expected the worse and added 2 days so 14 days i was like ok no problem and they promised to keep me updated on the status of the car, but eventually i got my car after a month of dropping it there with no follow up and no calls not even a rental car because they couldn't finish it by the time they promised and i called them more than 4 times for updates every single time they will be like they guy responsible for your car he is not here and he will give you a call back when he will be available and i got no calls from them until the day of picking up my car which is today and i dropped the car on Oct/14 , and when i dropped the car everyone seems stressed and rude!! but anyways that was my experience with Caliber Collision, it was my first and last time to do business with them. read more

I used to work at this Caliber and have seen the work on the inside, which is why I made sure my car was brought all the way from downtown san diego to this center. Chris is the best shop manager I have ever worked for and truly cares about everyones well being. The estimators Rob & Robert have always given awesome customer service, making sure cars are repaired right and look good when done. This shop is run very well, from the great customer service up front...All the way to the back to the detail service, where they are polishing your wheels, detailing the interior and doing anything to make your car look perfect. My car looked so good when finished I felt like I was getting a new car! If I ever get in an accident again, this is the only collision center I will ever take my car. i was sent to Caliber by my insurance company. I called for an inspection and estimate on my car and they had me in that same day. Very friendly staff, David did the inspection and seemed very knowlegable and professional. I was told the repairs would be done in 11 days but upon the disasembly of my car they found more damage. I was kept up to date on everything and the car was ready on the 11th day as promised. I would definetly use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Highly recommend taking EVERYTHING out of your car, change, aux cords, phone chargers. Never thought someone would need some of those items so badly, a bag full of phone and car accessories along with my 3 dollar emergency toll road money was stolen. My experience at caliber collision was excellent. Starting with Vicky at the front desk who was very professional and accommodating. While I waited for my car to be finished she made me feel right at home. The repair to my car was done rapidly and with beautiful results. Joseph and the other mechanics went above and beyond what they needed to do. I had mentioned that the cigarette lighter was not working and even though it was not part of the required repair they still went ahead and fixed it. David Warren was terrific! The shop did great work, and even though it was a dent/chip repair to my hood, they even cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. Everyone took great care of me and my baby. They even went ahead and opened a second ticket for an oil change, which they could have said no to, since he had to take it over to Goodyear to do. Take plenty of reading material if you have an appointment, They will get to you eventually, When the guy gets down to looking at your car and says he will be back in 15 or twenty minutes, start up a movie on your phone, I left after more than half an hour.
