I brought my Range Rover Sport SVR in for front-end collision repair. The original repair was extensive and took longer than expected, maxing out my 30 days of insurance rental coverage. Upon pickup on November 28, 2025, I immediately discovered a severe, spreading clear coat delamination on the carbon fiber hood that was not present before the repair. The shop's own receipt confirms they performed no authorized work on the hood, which strongly indicates this new damage was caused or accelerated by repair processes (heat, chemicals) on adjacent components while the vehicle was in their care. The General Manager has acknowledged the issue but is attempting to classify it as a manufacturer warranty problem rather than correcting the incidental damage that occurred at the shop. Due to this unresolved defect, I am without transportation, as the car is now garaged to prevent the clear coat failure from spreading further. Caliber is currently refusing (no communication) to provide a comparable loaner vehicle. I now have outside legal involved. I will update this review once this liability issue is resolved and the repair is scheduled. read more

Caliber Collision - The damage caused by Caliber - Body Shops Near Me - Kirkland, Washington

Don't have enough bad things to say about this place. Caliber Collision kept a fully drivable vehicle for a week without doing any work, and in total took over 10 days and 4 trips back to complete 6 hours worth of quoted work. They did not order the parts prior to scheduling the service so the car sat on the lot untouched for seven days before we picked it up and told them we'd bring it back when all parts had arrived. Keep in mind all work was for the right side of the car. Upon receiving the car back, the fender flares on the rear driver side quarter panel were not sitting flush to the vehicle. They had damaged it during the previous install and allowed it to be picked up like that. I brought the car back to caliber for a third time for them to look at. They tried to push it back into place to no avail. They had to order another replacement part. When it arrived, they did not call us to let us know. We had to call them and see if it had arrived. Fourth time's the charm I guess? Brought it back again to fix the broken part. Only positive about this experience is that they provided part invoices upon our request which is appreciated. However, If you value your time and a business's word to meet delivery dates, I would steer clear. They work with the insurance companies so they seemingly have zero motivation to complete repairs in a quality and timely manner. Work on my car was sloppy, communication was sloppy, overall process is a nightmare. The cherry on top is the automated message they respond to unfavorable reviews with - email address is undeliverable when I tried, so no chance of positive recourse after a bad experience. Brought my car here as it was a recommended location by my insurance company. There was a bit of a delay to get my car in because they were busy, but scheduling was easy. Once I dropped my car off, they kept in the loop via project tracking link, and also text messages. Chris was very attentive and let me know whenever they started a next step, or when parts came in, etc. Pickup was a smooth process, and they were accurate in the estimated completion date for repairs. The office staff is kind, and walked me through the paperwork and warranty process once everything was done. There's also free popcorn in the lobby if that's your thing! Buyer Beware, I would not return here. Quality of Work (see photos of poor panel fit), missed delivery dates without any communication and then delivering a car with a broken wiper system that they pushed off onto a subconctractor as "not my job at Caliber Collision" left this customer holding the bag, yet my insurance paid Caliber collision $7,348.96. I got into a low speed fender bender with no airbags deployed, sent the car to Caliber Collision for a fender repair because they were approved by USAA. At first, things seemed to go well, Richard Forrest appraised me of their actions and set a delivery date and also a scheduled update promised for the following Wednesday. When there was no update and then the delivery date came and went I sensed something was wrong. Patiently, I waited for a week and finally called. Richard had "moved on" to a new job, my cal routed to Ben who said the car was "ready". I responded "that was great, but what type of ppf replacement film did they use on the fender" as I had seen the $437.50 quote to replace film on one fender. Ben responded "Oh, that hasn't been done yet" I asked "So the car isn't ready?" Ben responded "The car is not ready" I rolled my eyes and recalled that communication with Caliber had left me in the dark. I arrived to pick up the car and drove off only to find the windshield wiper washer system was inoperative. I turned around and Caliber Collision's tech spent an hour trying to diagnose it behind the fender they replaced. After an hour Caliber refused to take responsibilty and said it was "Not their Job' pushing it off on a subcobtractor, leaving the customer to deal with it. I have complained to USAA that Caliber Collision needs to be removed from their approved list immedately as they are inflicting Diminished Value on cars they "repair". read more

Sent here by my insurance company after getting rear ended. They were impolite at first. I figured that was because they were "busy". Nope. Service staff are surly, and may the gods help you when/if anyone calls you. No details to be had, just a repeat of the initial statement. Like they don't actually have any information to give you, they're only calling to have you do something for them. General management isn't any better either. Just more diaherra of the mouth "um", "um" being the most frequently used word. If you say "um" as often as the GM here, it can be assumed you know nothing. They take your insurance company's money, and then demand you pay them for the same amount, just in case... You got paid, but you're not doing the work.... "um", "um," "um" was all the GM could say.. I rarely ever write reviews or complete surveys. I am making an exception for Caliber Collision because their customer service and workmanship were beyond excellent. In a day and age when customer service and honest business practices seem to wane what a pleasant surprise to find a company that treats the customer like they would a friend. On a dark rainy night, I hit a post and damaged my left front fender and my door was hard to open. I got an estimate at an auto shop close to work but they were booking appointments 2 weeks out. A coworker recommended Caliber. I called and was able to get in right away, Everyone I had contact with was very professional and nice. The work was done swiftly and looked amazing. They even completed the work early which was fantastic since I needed my CRV to move that weekend. I gave them a damaged and dirty car and they gave me back a clean car that looks new. We had a bad experience here. Our minivan was side-swiped with significant body damage to the driver side of the car. Caliber was on the list provided by the insurance company of the driver that hit us. They mentioned to my husband the were short-handed so it would take longer than usual but around 3-4 weeks. Luckily, we only used the minivan for road trips and it wasn't an everyday car for us. 6 weeks later, the car was finished but then an employee scratched it up and they needed more time to touch up the paint. Finally, after 9 weeks, they delivered the car to our home. My husband immediately noticed the monitor was not working (which had been working perfectly fine when we brought the car to them). So we took it back and they fixed it and delivered it again. Less than a month later, the automatic sliding door on the drivers side (that had been repaired by them) stops working. I told my husband to take the car to a different repair shop since I didn't trust Caliber. read more

Had a great and quick experience here! They got my car done in basically 24 hours, were super responsive and so friendly!! 100% recommend!!

My last review was removed so I'll repost it. 1st off I had to buff my car out myself once I got it home because the damaged area along with the door had severe swirl marks. 2nd My privacy screens in my rear window no longer work and the response I got from the manager was we didn't work in that area. They had to in order to access the quarter panel. When they accessed the quarter panel through my trunk & back seat they didnt put the interior clips back so I had loose interior panels. Car went in with a full tank of gas & came out empty showing that my car was driven & driven hard because it also came back with a valve cover leak. I drove 15 miles & smoke was pouring out of my hood. 1 of my rims was damaged in the accident and they replaced it with a used rim but didn't install it in the position of the damaged rim. They didnt even wash my car before returning it. So who would be happy to have their vehicle repaired at a collision center only to pick it up and have to spend 5K-6K out their pocket to get their car back to its original condition. What angers me the most is not the money but fact these people will look you in the face and lie to you with the proof right in front of them. Once they got the money from the insurance company I was left to do all the items they caused myself. Trust is all we have in conducting business. read more
