Our car was repaired by Caliber Collision Summerlin. The level of communication about the repairs was totally unacceptable. Even the manager agreed with me. I believe they repaired items that did not need to be repaired and ran up the bill to a completely outrageous number. Original repair cost $3000. Final 15,000. I hit a big huge diesel tire that was smack dap in the middle of the freeway. It was too close to swerve so I had to hit it. It did a number on the left side of my front bumper. Caliber collision did an excellent job fixing it. They were awesome from making the appointment, to the final product. The gal at the desk is extremely nice and helpful. They had set it up for me to get a Rent-A-Car. When I got there she made sure to call Enterprise right away so they were there within just a few minutes and I really appreciated that. Carlos also took very good care of me, and my car. They were very professional and efficient. My car got fixed quickly and it looked beautiful when they were done. Unfortunately it's the second time I've had to take my truck to them for vandalism. It's the second time because the first time they took such great care of me and let me know where they where with the repairs the entire time. This time Max (my service advisor) was amazing. He talked me through the process, gave me a timeline, and got me my truck back a day early, cleaned and vacuumed. All I can say is WOW. Hard to find this type of customer service these days. Amazing customer service with Abraham! I hit some road debris and brought my car in to be checked out without an appointment . Thankfully it's relatively minor damage that does not require work at this time. Abraham went above and beyond and helped clean up some unrelated previous paint transfers from other minor collisions without being asked. 10/10 would highly reccomend! read more

I came in with a simple evaluation of my Honda Element. Side bumper was faulty and I needed a tech to check it out. Front desk was very helpful in dealing with my walk in inquiry. It was brought to the attention of GM Abraham immediately. He then took the time to walk out and check the issue in hand. He went ahead to clip a few parts (no charge) and on the way I went. I was rear ended and this shop was recommended to me by my insurance. The whole process has been so dysfunctional and annoying. Communication is awful, always claiming they were going to call you or give you an update. I could never get a straight answer on the status of my repairs. No one was consistent or responsive, including the estimators. Somewhat rude front desk staff who don't take you seriously. My insurance waived my deductible because I wasn't at fault and caliber still couldn't manage to update any of my paperwork to reflect that. Even after having my car for 4 weeks lol I still had to have the same conversation with yet another person at the front desk when I came to pick up my car. I picked up my car and everything seemed to be ok. They were confident with the finished product and sent me on my way. I walked outside a few hours later to find the back windshield was shattered and glass was falling into my trunk. This was after Keverynne informed us that the glass did not pass a quality control inspection the morning of my scheduled pick up. First, why are you doing quality control inspections the morning OF? Don't text me to tell me my car is ready to be picked up when the final inspections aren't even done. Second, maybe don't send a car home that you aren't sure about? Just an all around unpleasant experience and a major inconvenience. I turned in my rental today when I picked up my car too, so now I'm without my car again for who knows how long AND my rental. Terrible service and questionable work. I think they do a quick sloppy job and put cheap used parts into cars to turn them around quickly and get paid. Even at the expense of your safety and time. I don't trust the quality of their repairs. Don't go here. read more

It always worries me when an insurance Company recommends a body shop to have my van fixed. However this shop did an amazing job. When they recommended Caliber, I had no idea who these guys were. When I arrived this was ultimate collision old place where I had my van repainted a few years back and they did and excellent job. So I ask Roland why the name change and he told me they bought out ultimate. Then he tells me the old crew are still here, which puts me at ease. Btw Roland did a fantastic job keeping me inform the entire time and the crew deliver a flawless product back to me. Check out the pics. I'm not usually impressed by businesses, but I was unexpectedly impressed with this one. The building was clean and the employees were all friendly. But it was my advisor, Keverynne Roy, who really wowed me. She was friendly, very knowledgeable while also being professional. Every promise as to 'next steps' was met. My car was repaired (beautifully!) in the timeframe I was given. Updates were provided daily. And Keverynne went above and beyond by noticing my fob needed a new battery and then rectifying this problem for me. She did everything with a smile. I never once felt like I was 'just' a customer. She was efficient while also ensuring that I was treated well. I cannot praise this company - but especially Keverynne - enough! She was really wonderful to work with! read more

My husband had a minor accident that involved a ladder on the 215, and we noticed that something was dragging underneath the car. We took it in same day to Caliber Collision, and Abraham looked at it within minutes of us walking in. He inspected the car and told us that it was nothing major - just the bottom shield and some cosmetic damage. Repair took about a week to do. The repair was very good and everything was fixed. We had a dent inthe left rear quarter. The dents in the quarter panel were removed and repainted to like new condition. The price was a little bit more than I anticipated, but the quality of work was good. read more

From start to finish, my whole experience was more then I could've asked for. Someone took out my side mirror and I was quoted by one shop over 2k and they would have my car for almost 2 weeks! I used to brag about this place and the work they did but this third and last time I used their service they stole all the change/money out of my middle console. So low down and despicable. I get that my car was going to be totaled but you still knew I was coming to get my belongings and you steal my change container probably only containing about $30 in change? Due to parts unavailability for my vehicle, the repair process took right around four months. During this time, Chris went above and beyond his duties. Not only did Chris scour the country to procure the parts I needed, he also served as the go-between with my insurance provider and did it all with a smile, making sure I was informed throughout every step of the repair process. Chris went so far as to search for parts for my vehicle over more than a few weekends. Chris is, without a doubt, a tremendous asset to Caliber Collision and I'm so glad he handled my claim. Had my pathfinder backed into two weeks ago and my insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. I dropped it off on Monday morning with no hitches. Enterprise insurance picked me up and all went smoothly. Received two calls to update me on the progress. They had to replace corner panel, back bumper, backup sensors, light and fix the back hatch. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! First this place had my car over a month claiming they were waiting for parts to come in. Four times was there a problem with the decal guy either he left early, he wasn't in that day, and the best one yet the decal shriveled up. They claimed to have done a wheel alignment one my vehicle, yet my wheel was still crooked. THEN once the decal supposedly shriveled I was informed that they would have to order another decal and it wouldn't be in till next week. Frustrated isn't even the word. I advised them to call a dealership locally to see it they have it. They finally find a dealer ship IN LAS VEGAS they said it would have to be shipped....why does a small decal from a local dealership need to be shipped. I explained to them since this was such a unprofessional service that they should go get the decal so it will be placed on in the morning. After Chris kept going back and forth with me about it being delivered I finally asked to speak to the general manager. Once I spoke with Peter or whatever his name is he advised me that they will call the dealership to pick it up and they will call me back shortly. I never received a call back and now they are closed. Even from the general manager it is unacceptable, unprofessional service. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow to report this, as well as file a complaint with the BBB. If you want your car fix right and in a appropriate amount of time DO NOT GO HERE!! read more
