No they don't do estimates he replied. Well why the hell is a body shop open on a Saturday with 7 employees and none of them can do a estimate? Obviously wearing polos and khakis they're not fixing cars so what are they here for? He was kinda standoffish at this point.. so I said you know what Nevermind I'll take my truck to someone who wants my business and walked off. While leaving a customer that was standing outside informs me that he's been there for a hour because they told him to come pick up his car and then lost his keys.. yeah not the shop for me. We explained that a 3'x4' piece of plywood flew out of the back of a hauling truck on the Chesapeake Expressway and hit our front windshield on the passenger side and then flipped and sheared off our passenger side mirror. Even though we hadn't asked for a formal estimate, they went outside and took a look at our car and then started making calls to see if they could locate the parts. They went out of their way to help us. So, they replaced the windshield and the side mirror and they both look/work great. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service that we received. This dealership stole several items from our vehicle while it was in their possession. What is most disappointing is that when we brought these concerns to management's attention, they did nothing to address the situation. We received no compensation for the missing items, no apology for the inconvenience, and no effort to make things right. Entrusting your vehicle to a dealership should come with a reasonable expectation that your personal belongings will be respected and protected. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I showed up for the estimate, and was told I had to pay the deductible before any parts were ordered. I said that I didn't have to pay the deductible and was told again parts would not be ordered if it wasn't paid. When I dropped the truck off for repair, I took a picture of my mileage. When I picked my truck up, I took another picture of the mileage. You leave your vehicle for repairs and someone drives it 11 miles. Parts were already there. Is it just me they treated like this?
