Their office manager Emir is the most professional, knowledgeable guy I have ever dealt with and is super nice. He is very good at explaining with what they will do and how much it will cost as well as calling you with any updates etc.... I recently had a big project to do with my old 2005 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab truck. It WAS faded sun rot burgundy, with Stock rims and tires with chrome mirrors, chrome bumpers and every piece of rubber lining anywhere in the truck was rotting. Rather than paying tens of thousands for a new truck, I decided just to revitalize my old, great working truck and make it LOOK new. I bought rims and tires from Americas tire Co and then took my Truck to Ruben's to completely paint it and install all new rubber pieces around the window, the wheel well lining etc.... I wanted them to take off anything and everything chrome and replace it with black. They installed a new black bumper, black side mirrors, headlights with black inside casing, and black side steps as well as a new shorter black antenna. They also painted every thing black such as the Toyota emblem as well as the chrome strips that are on the bumper. They also put in a new TRS Decal on the bed. They were the best price around but more importantly, they didn't rush it and took a little more time (which was ok with me) to take off the bed the doors and other parts to completely paint the ENTIRE truck. They truly dismantled it which took a lot of time but allowed them to give me a factory level (and more) paint job. The Truck NOW looks new and the paint job is the best I've seen. I get compliments a lot and I tell everyone where I got it painted. I've owned a lifted dodge 2500 diesel 4x4 with huge off-road tires and rims as well as a Ford F-250, diesel lifted with off-road tires and rims and THIS truck has been the one I am the most proud of to drive thanks to Emir And all the guys at Rubens auto. He is very kind, considerate and compassionate about his customers, well-being, and any dilemmas that they might have with their vehicle. I recently had a trash truck back up into my Tesla. As bad as that may sound, I called him up immediately and he said he would take care of it. There was zero doubt in my mind how the final product would turn out. He fixed the vehicle, not by spackling Bondo in place but actually by cutting out and replacing the quarter panel order directly from Tesla, which is the correct way to do it. He also had the rims re-powder coated instead of just fixing an area so the whole car look like I just purchased it off the dealership by the time he was finished with it. THIS...This is why I come to him anytime I have any issues which seemed to follow me everywhere I go because I know that the final product will be perfection. I will admit I have OCD, which is troublesome, but he understands this and the work speaks for itself. I had a prior estimate just one week before from a different MAACO on hand and didn't tell the owner I was shopping prices. I brought my kid's honda civic which had paint rotting / peeling off the entire car. It was so embarrassing to be seen in it. THE OWNER IS HONEST AND THOUGHTFUL I gave the owner Aria my budget for full car paint and not only did he meet my budget, while he was doing my estimate, he noted that Maaco had a promotional coupon that I didn't know about and shaved a couple hundred bucks off, all without even me ever asking for any discount. He went out of his way pointing out every single issue in detail that would be addressed and their costs. He even pointed out that it would be cheaper for them to order a new bumper than to do the body work like I had asked them. Again, he didn't need to do that, but looked for genuine ways for me to save money. He was direct and up front on the different options just so I knew what the advantages of each paint price tier was and NEVER once pressured me or tried to upsale me getting something more expensive. He simply laid out all the options and let me decide. Their final estimate was several hundred dollars cheaper for the same work from than the other MAACO shop. His shop was super transparent about things they found during the paint process that were not identified on the initial estimate just to bring them to my attention as the work was being done. Their manager Jerry was straight with me. There was some damage to the front bumper clips BUT he said they could work with what was there and said the job could be finished with the clips as is. Jerry just wanted to point it out in case I wanted to replace the clips. No pressure, no sales pitch to buy more stuff, and gave me the option to decide. The shop gave a realistic time for the full job and was done exactly on time. THE OUTCOME My kid LOVED the final paint job. It was really nicely done and above expectation for the money I paid. Lastly, I'd like to address some of the negative reviews I saw here on yelp. I don't know what the hell those people are smoking. Maybe some angry Karen who expects a full paint job for free / unrealistic price? I didn't experience a single issue those negative reviews were supposedly claiming happened either with workmanship or with staff. P.S. I ASKED the shop to NOT put back on the civic logo on the back left. I think it just looks cleaner. Bottom line: The shop is honest, did solid work, and I whole heatedly recommend them.

I wanted a pastel color, we looked at various samples and they even offered to search for custom formulas for me. I settled on a nice pastel blue. I wasn't expecting much since I've heard of Maaco paint jobs but I'm extremely satisfied. Just FYI there is a disclaimer in their contract, they're not liable for things stolen or missing, I made sure to take anything valuable (I never leave valuables in my car) I cleaned my car out and left what I wouldn't care to be taken, but my car was disheveled when I got it back. I keep it clean but I noticed someone went through my things or moved things. Nothing missing other than a few window decals but just FYI! I don't blame the staff that helped me or have been there for a long time but there might be some new staff causing trouble. Great quality work for the price!
