They kept in contact with me to ensure that they'll have the parts on-hand once I received my rental car and can start repairs asap. Dropped off my car on a Monday and it was ready to go by Friday! I had a fender liner replacement, bumper replacement + paint, and fog light installation. Anything extra that may be needed (such as ordering a new emblem), they contacted me. They were super easy to communicate with and were very professional. Once I picked up my car, they had me check everything to ensure it was all good. It was fun talking to everyone here. They have a lot of experience and knowledge in repairing and maintaining vehicles, specializing in JDM cars, too. It was a quick turnaround, ready for pickup the same day. We prepaid for the part and expected to pay for labor at pickup. Instead we were surprised to be handed a check for $200. Turns out that we had paid for the wrong part and what we needed was actually cheaper. They had every opportunity to pocket the difference but instead they did the right thing and earned a returning customer. This level of integrity is rare. Highly recommend.

I should have posted a year ago (first car in), but been slacking off. I will have a third car in for Mike and his team to work on again. Impressive quality work is done here and nothing below that. Paint matching is spot on and the they will go further as to repainting it multiple times to match the color right for you. I had a Porsche 996 in recently that needed a body kit installed. Instead of attaching the side skirts/rockers on, Mike insisted on molding it in. Mind blown with how it turned out and it looks like it came from factory OEM! The customer service is awesome and they will very personable people that will keep you updated throughout the progress. There are no shortcuts taken here! I have not and don't plan on switching to any other auto body for a long time. There are many choices out there when looking for custom work, but when you see what Mike is working on as his hobby (ask for a tour of his classics), you know you found the right place for your investments.
