I won't going back back to this Collision place anymore because like Victoria said I never got a call back. I even went in to talk to Mr Diego and said he was going to call but I got no call They don't return messages nor answer your calls. I thought that they were awesome because they were so efficient the first time I brought it in but now that I have to bring my car back I get no response and that's not good business and I don't recommend this place of business any longer Just an update. So, I was pulling into a parking space when the car parked opposite suddenly backed out and slammed…read moreinto the right rear corner of my Yukon XL Denali rear bumper, leaving a huge dent in it and wrecking one of the proximity sensors located in the rear bumper to warn of approach to an object while backing up. She was insured by USAA so I took her insurance info and filed a claim. I can't speak to how it worked on her end but on mine it was great. I had expected that I would be put off and they would try to send me to a low rent repair shop where they would use cheap knockoff parts or parts salvaged from a junkyard. NONE of that happened. USAA sent me to Cavender Collision Center, the body shop department of my GMC dealer, Cavender GMC Buick North. This is a good as it gets for body work in San Antonio, Texas. Cavender made the repair using new GMC OEM parts; replaced the bumper, including the step and the decorative chrome strip, painted it with a perfect color match, and it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They also replaced the damaged sensor. The little plastic trim item in the driver's door that covers the bolt that holds the latch mechanism together had broken and fallen off. I had intended to order a new one but hadn't gotten around to it. They replaced it for no charge and didn't even mention it. Yes, I know the little part was not expensive but it was a kindness that I didn't expect. The driver-side low beam headlight was out and I had bought the replacement bulb but hadn't installed it. Cavender installed it with a smile; no charge. The bumper repair was flawless; beautiful job. Paint is not easy; especially automotive paint. Whoever painted my bumper is an artist. It looks like factory. Kudos to Samantha Romo, Cavender Collision Center receptionist, and to Conrad Muth, my Cavender Collision Center service rep. Well done. You guys turned a potentially miserable experience into a trip to the supermarket with my wife; not an experience I look forward to but one that's necessary and you made it as painless as possible. Sometimes the right people turn a potentially miserable experience into an opportunity to meet them. If you need body work, I highly recommend Cavender Collision Center. I would recommend them to my mom.

Went in for simple fix and they made my bumper look worse than its original damage. Took two weeks to accomplish this. Now it's taken them a day and a half to try and correct it but cant be bothered until after the weekend to attempt the second delivery. Week 3 for a minor fender bender. STAY AWAY! My car was full of dings from 8 years of driving to include someone bashing my driver side door with a shopping cart, which I originally had PDRd. I asked him To install a new front bumper since the original was so beat up from those parking bumpers it was pitiful. He got me an upgraded one which was so much better looking. The spoiler he recycled from one he had to save me money. In the end Hamed and his artists did a fantastic job. The car looks new in spite of its age. Hamed was a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back to get rims sand blasted and painted black, cheaper than new rims. Hamed is flexible and will listen to you and make sure you are pleased with the results. I sure was. Hamed just completed bodywork on my 2006 Dodge Durango. From turn in to finished product it took 12 working days. The Durango suffered minor damage from a front right collision with another car. Since my experience with my Camaro was great, I asked Hamed to throw in a repair for the rear bumper of the Durango as well from a previous rear end collision. The final product was outstanding. The Durango looks great and he even had it cleaned inside and out, even Armor All to the wheels. This is my wife's car and she was very pleased with the results. In this day and age when new car loans and comprehensive insurance are so crazy expensive, I long decided to just repair and refinish my cars as they age. Yasmein has been key to refinishing my cars and repairing them when accidents occur. He's all about customer being satisfied and has proven to me he delivers quality and tries to get your wheels back to you as soon as possible without sacrificing quality. He continues to be my go to body shop for a long time to come. I have already referred family and friends to his shop.
