Our 2011 BMW convertible had a wrestling match with our push broom in the garage and left a quarter size dent and another small ding right in the middle of the hood. I was warmly greeted by WILLIAM (service writer) and took care of the estimate. I was never rushed but assured me I would be happy. I asked to repair the damage and repaint entire hood. The car was brought in MONDAY and was ready after WILL inspected his work and it was washed and ready ON WEDNESDAY. My 13 year old would do a better job. They made major mistakes and told me it was my fault. Gabby the manager is patronizing and wouldn't even listen to my concerns. Look at the bubbles, drips and completely MISSED the section of interior of the tailgate. I had my car repaired here a few years ago because I got rear ended and had to take it somewhere. This place was highly recommended and so I brought it here. Overall they were very friendly and got the job done well, or so I thought. I did have to take it back after the fact because they didn't put the seat back fasteners on, and forgot a couple other things as well. But all was good after that. Fast forward to now, I took my car in because all four of the door locks are not working anymore. The mechanic asked if I ever took the door panel off in the rear and I said I didn't but I did have work dons when I got rear ended. Well it turns out the guys at caliber collision sloppily reinstalled the door panel without putting the plastic moisture seal back on. Moisture got in, the actuator got fried. Which lead to all four dying eventually from the over power sent to the other three over and over again. After hearing the cost to replace all four, I was furious. Knowing I had never taken off the door panels myself and this being the only explanation. I would never recommend them and highly suggest that others stay away. read more
