My wife brought her Jeep Grand Cherokee for repair and they did a pretty good job except the steering wheel was not properly aligned and we had to take it in for an alignment which should have done prior to giving us the car back. My daughter then brought her Mustang GT in for repair and they did not put on a new lower engine cover and when we inspected there was still grass and dirt jammed up in there. In addition, it is not properly secured. My daughter brought this to their attention, they said they were working it and we even placed follow up calls and nothing. There are other items that should have been addressed that were not and it has now been several weeks and a couple of follow up calls and nothing. read more

Lucky i did not give them the 5 star review they begged (until I drove the vehicle). soon discovered AC wasn't working. brought car back. They inspected and told me it was working. week later, brought back again, same problem. This time, I didn't know how to operate the ac controls (after owning car 3 years), but a/c working fine. During recent heat wave, clear a/c not working. Brought to car dealership. They found an aftermarket compressor that was busted and a thermostat that looked like it had been installed with tape. I had my car repair here a year ago. My car was rear ended and they did a great job on the repair. Last week I couldn't get the trunk open so I took it back to them to see if it was something that might have been related to the accident. Since I got there at 5:30 pm they asked if I could leave it over nite and they would look at it the next day. Early am the next day I got a call from them telling me that they had fixed it and I could come and pick it up. Found these guys because my vehicle was hit in a parking lot and Caliber was one of the recommended body shops by the other persons insurance with guaranteed work. Since they are located in SC like me I decided to go there to have them evaluate the damage. It turned out my vehicle had a bit more underlying damage than what was visible. Caliber estimated 5 days of work on my vehicle and they ended up getting me out of my rental and back into my vehicle restored complete back to factory in just 3.5 days. When someone hit us in the rear, we took the car to this San Clemente Caliber Collision, they fixed it while I was out of town, and when I returned it was ready, totally cleaned and it was perfect. I also mentioned my truck, which was fixed at another Caliber Collision in another town from an earlier insurance job, the bumper they fixed ( twice ) was rusting. Reagan, the boss, looked into it for me and got a new bumper. He took me home after I dropped the truck off, and even came to pick me up to get the truck when it was ready!
