What a great experience! My mom went in to have her bumper repaired after a small fender bender. After being quoted over $2,000 from another shop, Jesus took amazing care of her! He fixed the problem for literally a fraction of the cost! I felt compelled to write the review as my mom is a demographic that is often taken advantage of which we saw at other shops. One of the drip rails attached to my front windshield snapped in half and flew off while driving on the highway. Apparently, this is pretty common on older Honda Civics. I was able to order replacement parts online, and the fine folks at Caliber Collision took care of the install. The entire process was as easy as it gets. I brought the replacement parts to the shop, and a half-hour later, the broken drip rail was replaced and looked like new. I also had the shop replace the drip rail on the other side of my windshield since I had the extra part. Everything came out great and the folks I worked with were super friendly and fast. I brought my car here for repair and from the moment I stepped in the customer service was amazing, they have drinks and snacks for you to have while you wait. The whole team goes above and beyond. The estimate I originally received was lower than what they were charging, but they handled the rest through the insurance, which meant I did not have to deal with the administrative things behind it. They worked very quick and the quality of their work is top-notch, they went above and beyond and even gave my car a nice wash. Tyler was so kind and it was so great working with him in the team. Gave me some crucial advice about a liability claim. I didn't know to much on payments for me. I thought that had been taking care of by the claim office already. Walking on the door, the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, gracious and helpful. They offer customers a drink (soda, water in fridge) and are easy going and nice to talk to when taking care of a stressful situation. You can tell the staff enjoys working together. My car was hit while it was parked and had to get it fixed. Ended up going to this location as it's close to where I live. It's a small Caliber Collision which is why I'm very impressed with their speed and service given that fact. I was quoted with two weeks but they were done in one and when she came back it was like nothing had happened which is very shocking considering the dude that hit me rocked the hell out of my bumper and even my rim. Ended up coming back same day because I heard a noise coming from that area upon driving but they were so fast to accommodate and ensure everything was perfect. Caliber North Park is a very professional, and well run collision shop. They made me feel like I was in the best hands. Tre in the front was very upbeat and hilarious. Adrian was so transparent, honest, and knowledgeable with cars. "Jesse", the GM was so kind hearted and charitable. Even offered me a ride back to my house because I didn't have a rental. I should've written this years ago, better late than never I guess. Between 2017-2020ish I had a good amount of accidental issues/collisions with my vehicle. Long story short, Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle every single time--they made the whole thing so easy. I think they work directly with my insurance, so between the two everything was buttoned up. MY FAVORITE PART..........They clean/vacuum your car after they fix it--and they do a REALLY good job! So because my car was there so frequently I really didn't have to do it myself. I didn't notice this until there was a length of time when I DIDN'T have any collisions and I was like WHY is my car not clean?!?! I took my Mini Countryman to the Caliber collision on University Ave in San Diego. They elected to transfer it up to their Escondido shop that specializes in European auto body work. Boy was I impressed! They contacted me twice a week to give me updates on their progress. My service advisor Kenny was excellent and helpful. They beat their expected completion date by a full week (taking 3 weeks rather than the projected four weeks). When the tow company arrived on Friday night at 715 pm with my car the remote wasn't working. He drove to Home Depot to replace the battery for me. (I currently have a broken shoulder and can't get around, so that was invaluable.) If I ever need bodywork again, based on this experience I'll call Caliber Collision! Great job! He also took some pictures and got some information and will send me an estimate shortly. Unprofessional and uncommunicative. Take your business elsewhere! Was told by AAA insurance to go here. After getting a quote appointment I was ghosted for over a week by an employee (Joe V.) He freaked me out by quoting an insanely inflated $5k in repairs PLUS another $4k for out of insurance claims to fix prior damage, YET sends my official insurance estimate at $2.5k. And then refuses the repair because of prior damages. Notice a discrepancy? Cool. He also saw cosmetic scratches on my bumper (it's a used car) and insinuated that I need to get it completely replaced and that my insurance wouldn't wouldn't be happy with the state of it and my vehicle. This was an oblivious ploy to attempt to inflate the repair and charge more money. Every point of communication I've had to initiate and follow up - each time I was given a "oh I was just about to email you" "I was just about to call" It's obvious by their actions that this location is not interested in helping people or respecting their time or wallets. My rear bumper was damaged in an accident. Joe was very professional and attentive with my repair and the bumper repair came out amazing!

I had some damaged done to my car door. The estimator Joe was great and honest. Often times I hear of auto body shops trying to take advantage of people by telling them they need to fix more than is needed. This was not the case, in fact, the complete opposite. Joe came out and saw the damage and said give me a minute. Came back, buffed out the paint marks on the door. Then said, look we can certainly fix the minor door dent which will cost a lot more than if go to a dent repair shop. If dent repair shop can't fix it or they end up splitting the paint while pulling out the dent, come back and we will handle it from there. It's great to know you can still find honest people who are looking out for your best interest and not theirs/the business. Thanks again Joe! read more

I went to Caliber Collision yesterday and had such a pleasant experience. Everyone there, especially Angel, was spectacular. I walked in a little confused because I wasn't sure where to park, who to talk to, and I was early for my appointment..."no problem" they said, "we go you." I was offered coffee multiple times, a seat to unwind in and they said they would handle everything, accommodate me early and send me on my way. And, that they did. All there men working there at the end of a long day were beyond kind and helpful and reminded me of how customer service used to be all the time. Five stars to them for me stopping by 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday to ask them about an estimate to do a simple mirror replacement (I had the mirror) and they looked and said we can do that right now. And they did. It was done in about 10 minutes as they told me it would be, no fuss no muss (that's a phrase from yester year) and I was thrilled. I wanted to tip for the quick response but they wouldn't take it. Compare this to the Caliber Collision on Vandever who I had called a few days before and let's just say they weren't helpful.
