There are not enough wonderful things to express about the folks here, workers and front desk receptionist. Today I had spent $420 on my car outside of this visit, a big hit financially for me, and anxiously came here to ask for a quote on repairing the bumper that is dented which doesn't allow for me to fix my brake light (which I have been ticketed for already) Three folks here spent 20-30 minutes putting in so much effort prying the trunk open to avoid me having to spend another $500 to repair it but to at least access the brake light to fix which we did!! My insurance company (Farmers) suggested using their preferred auto body collision experts which happened to be Caliber Collision. I chose the North Park location on University Ave as it was the closest to where I live. The process was easy, came in on a Friday two days after my accident for the estimate and the following Tuesday, I dropped off my vehicle to be repaired. My service advisor was Joe, super professional stand up guy. Joe estimated two weeks to have it back to me and was pretty accurate as it was just a couple days over two weeks. During that time, I was sent 2-4 text messages a week from Joe updating me on the progress and status of my vehicle. When the time came to pick it up, I was extremely surprised at how well it turned out. They had to replace the hood, headlight, fog lamp, fender, door, mirror, and buff out some minor scratches on the rear door. All the electrical worked perfectly for the power door locks, window, mirror, headlight, and fog lamp. The car was completely washed and detailed when given back to me as well. Upon getting home, I noticed what I thought was some left over dried wax on the door that was replaced and painted but it just wasn't buffed right in that area. I immediately called Joe who said to bring it back in and he'd take care of it as he knew it just needed to be buffed which I did. I also mentioned there was a missing clip that held the windshield wiper fluid reservoir in place and my front license plate screws were black and not silver like the one's they put back on. I went into this location originally back in July for some repairs from an accident, I had to go back-and-forth because the sensors that they installed were not staying in place. And had to go back again for a fourth time today to get them repaired. Needless to say, I was quite upset to be in there again, and a less than ideal customer to deal with. I took a bit of the frustration regarding the situation, as well as just some personal life that was going on out on the person that was helping me. And he was still so kind, so gracious, and so helpful through the whole situation. Isaiah was kind enough to explain the situation, what they could do, as well as just reassure me, and comfort me through some of the things that were going on. He truly turned the experience around to a complete 180 saw through all of my frustrations to help in anyway he could. My car was fixed. much faster than I expected, everything is working perfectly. I came here before quarantine because my car had minor dents all around and some scratches to get an estimate. But mainly because my left mirror was having issues adjusting automatically with my interior button. Part of it was also not aligned properly and it looked like it was starting to detach. IDK how that happened. I was given an estimate and although it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, I decided to wait on it since the repairs weren't too major to the functioning of my car. Dropped the car off about a week later and Ivan was great about updating me as to its status. I called in on the day he said it might be done and he informed me I could pick it up by 430.
