After a stressful car accident I am so glad that I chose this Caliber Collision on West Palm St. From beginning to end, the prompt and friendly service from Alex and the team was incredible. He kept me consistently updated so I never had to wonder what was going on and whenever I did not understand any technical terms, he would explain everything clearly and respectfully. They replaced a full door, some glass and my bumper and did a beautiful job on the paint matching. Alex was amazing from start to finish! He exceeded my expectations right away by noticing that the area I brought my car in for had been repaired before .. I had actually been hit in the same spot about a year and a half ago. When I picked up my car today, I realized getting hit again was kind of a blessing in disguise. Alex also helped me out with my rental at Enterprise Rent A Car conveniently located across the street. He truly made the experience smooth as possible and I can't thank him enough for his hard work. I had a fender bender on February 14 2026 and took my car (Mercedes GLE350) to Caliber for repairs (and the car I hit in a parking lot also went there for repairs). They replaced the hood returned my car after about 10 days and the hood was misaligned so I returned the car later that day. The manager noticed that the hood wasn't aligned so he apologized and took the car back. When it was returned a few days later, there was still a misalignment so I went back and they fixed it one more time. The fact that they didn't run a simple quality control on their job left me wondering how good their mechanics really are. They also promised me a gift car to cover the 2 extra Uber rides I had to take when I returned the car twice. They never sent me one. I followed up almost a month later and they made yet another promise to email an Amazon gift card which they never did. Poor customer service is just the beginning. They are definitely overpriced and the quality of their service unfortunately doesn't match the prices they charge. Beware! read more

This is the 2nd time I've taken my car to the Caliber on W. Palm Street and they are the best. Tre was my representative and made what I assumed would be an annoying experience of having to get my car fixed.... easy and painless. Not one time did I feel inconvenienced! He was very communicative which I loved because it can be hard to track people down for an update, and he always seemed to call before I even had to wonder. I was referred here by my insurance, AAA- best place to come down to for any repairs. The location is enormous, very clean and they strictly follow the covid regulations, everything is distanced six feet apart, all staff is wearing a proper face mask that covers both nose and mouth as the CDC recommends. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, America. She helped me make an appointment to get my car evaluated. The specialist, Victor- was straight to the point and helped me out with my broken shattered mirror. He worked up my estimate within ten minutes, I had all the details on how long my car repair would take and how long it would take for my car parts would take to arrive to the facility. This Caliber Collision is the best experience I've ever had with the automotive repair business Alex Acosta, their manager, walks you through all the possibilities after an accident, keeps you informed and updated at all times, works the ups and down with all the insurance companies. In addition to that he's friendly and respectful and chock full of advice and information. The place itself is spotlessly clean and offers snacks and soft drinks while you wait in their waiting room. My car came out of their shop looking twice as good as when i bought it from a dealership. I was in a pickle, my car was transferred here. I was just frustrated with my car suddenly having another problem after they fixed the initial problem. Hence my car was with them longer. And I utilize other modes of transportation to help me get around SD. All parties involved were diligent and quick to respond so I appreciate that very much. After Caliber Collision asked me to drop off my car. It took a week after I dropped my car to even start working on my car. After the repairs were completed I picked up my car and told Steve I will return the rental car. Steve told me, Don't worry I Will return your rental car. My insurance company called me because my rental was due back the day I picked up my car. I wonder why Steve wanted to return the rental. The rental was returned a week from the day I dropped it off. I've used this company in the past with no problems. Service have changed. They contacted me with an email address to address my experience that does not work. They have my email and phone number. Just was in an accident. I literally came by to make an appointment and ask my questions and the individual would not even let me get my good morning or questions out. My car is driveable so I would've been ok with an appointment. But now I just feel Embarrassed and unwelcomed, like I I was supposed to know everything.
