So helpful and responsive. My vehicle was involved in an accident and the insurance company had me bring the vehicle to Caliber Collision. I was immediately greeted and assisted by a the nicest gal at the front desk. She got all my information and then had me wait for the gentleman assigned to my case. After, Brandon came out and looked at my car with me. He was very transparent about repairs maybe taking up to a few weeks due to a back order on parts, which I understood. Ultimately the insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss and Caliber Collision helped me get it all squared away to be out of my hands within ONE BUSINESS DAY. From the time I dropped the vehicle off to the time I returned to collect my belongings and released the vehicle to insurance, it was roughly 24 hours. After dropping my vehicle off, I advised that I wasn't getting a rental and I would be ubering back to my home. The gal at the front desk actually arranged for one of the workers to give me a lift home. I was so impressed with that! Let me just say, "Thank you Brandon & team for taking care of my Rav 4." I brought my car in on a Thursday and Bradon came out to assess my car. Lucky the damage was to my bumper and tail reflector. He let me know he could have the part in by Monday. I opted out and scheduled it for the following Monday as it was a holiday off for me at work. The Secretary helped me get my RSVP with enterprise next door. The whole time they were sending me updates on my car and let me know it would be 3 days since the part they got was damaged. After 2 days my car was ready. I picked it up and it looked great. Again staff was nice & professional. I don't know if I would rent from enterprise next door again as they tried to charge me for an extra day which was not the case. If I need another fix for my car, (hopefully not) I will be coming back here since it was easy to do & my insurance USAA recommended them. read more

Great job!! I came to this location after another caliber collision had quality issues. I had an appointment for 9 am. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and welcome from Nancy. She gave me my enterprise reservation number and was so sweet to my girls. I spoke with Adrian, showed him the issue and he assured me that they will take care of the issue. We headed to enterprise for my rental and Caliber took care of everything with enterprise and I didn't have to worry about anything. Got a call at 1:04p same day that the issue was fixed. This is the second time they've repaired damages to my car and I can absolutely say they did a wonderful job. I hit a rock and they fixed my car so well that you can't tell it was damaged. They kept in constant communication and I always knew the status of my vehicle. We're still experiencing shortages and delays which impacted my turnaround time but it was outside of their control and I was always looped in. I work with Brandon and found him to be very pleasant. I have had to have my truck repaired here twice. Both times, they let me know an estimated time of completion, that was reasonable given the damage, the same day I dropped off the vehicle. They offered me a shuttle to work or home without me prompting. Their estimated time to complete were 5 business days the first time and 8 business days the second. In both cases, they had the vehicle ready on the date they promised when I dropped off the vehicle. As for the quality of the repair, it was perfect. They did all the of the work with my insurance and everything was easy. I recently had some damage to my bumper and decided to try Chapman Collision as it is right down the street from my house and Caliber is further away. That has been a decision that I am regretting. It has been four days and I am still waiting for an estimated time of completion. There was no shuttle when I dropped off the car. I have a feeling that my vehicle is going to be there for a looooong time for a bumper replacement and some minor paintwork. What a difference! I should have just gone to Caliber and driven the extra three miles. Hopefully, I never have to use a collision repair company ever again, but if I do, I will only use Caliber Collision in Tempe in the the future. read more

So I was supposed to get my car back Thursday February 6th, and they never contacted me on the status except that the grill came in late and they'll keep me posted! I called them the next day and found out when my car was in getting calibrated at another facility the staff there backed into my car damaging my rear quarter panel. They brought it back to Caliber and didn't put it as first priority, because they said they were completely busy. The general manager told me on February 6th my car should be completed by Friday the 14th. So naturally we called and Marty told my husband the car was not ready and because they were so busy they cannot get my car in line but it might be done by Monday or Tuesday. Our thoughts is if our car got damaged in this company's hands they should have put our car priority before any other car. We are thoroughly disappointed at their service. read more

Worst experience repairing a vehicle ever. They lost the key to the car and claimed they never received it. They said we never gave it to them and delayed repairs. The key was in the vehicle the entire time; no apology when they finally found it. They over charged for repairs that were not completed successfully. Kept my vehicle for more than 2 months with very little communication and when it was "fixed" parts continue to fall off. I will never use Caliber Collision for any work and could never recommend it anyone. I am writing a formal letter to my insurance company who sent the car there in the first place urging them to stop using Caliber. If I had the option I would not even give them one star. read more

Had minor rear end damage to my bumper and thought to immediately go to Caliber Collision on Priest in Tempe to get an estimate. No waiting and Martin examined damage and said he would write up an estimate and send later that day (which he did). He also said he wanted to try using a thinner to erase some of the transfer that occured because of the damage. They kept me updated throughout the repairs and gave me an estimated date over the phone along with text message updates and links to show what the repair costs are and what is due at the end of it.
