I had to come back two more times because they couldn't get it right. While "fixing" it, they broke my bumper clips and used zip ties to hold things together -- without telling me. I was sitting inside my car the entire time, and they clearly hoped I wouldn't notice. It gets worse. They poked a hole in an OEM headlight component that was specifically designed to prevent humidity from getting inside. When I questioned it, I was told, "It's fine, it won't get wet," and they slapped a sticker over it like that somehow made it acceptable. This isn't just poor workmanship -- it's careless damage to factory parts and a complete lack of honesty and accountability. If you don't know how to properly fix something, say that. Don't experiment on customers' vehicles and destroy OEM components in the process. Completely unacceptable.

He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it. I would say that's my only regret now because I definitely feel the difference when the sun is in front of me. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. When doing my research evolution was the only one that had nothing but great reviews so I trusted my gut and sure enough they did a fantastic job. Additionally, I waited for my car in the lobby and got updates on the progress of my car throughout the entire service. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

I had two cars that needed cameras. One car was a very straight forward install. The other car had a 2 generation old Blackvue dual camera system. Both cameras were burned out because the previous install left the packing plastic on them. Johnny only charged me for the one install and came back to do the other unit after I got a replace. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. When doing my research evolution was the only one that had nothing but great reviews so I trusted my gut and sure enough they did a fantastic job. Additionally, I waited for my car in the lobby and got updates on the progress of my car throughout the entire service. Will definitely be recommending people here and returning to get my front windshield tinted.

Frank (the owner) took a look at my car and gave me options and pricing. He's a professional who has lots of years in the business. We agreed on the price and his workers who are amazing took care of me and offered to have me watch them if you wanted. I stayed a bit as they took apart my vehicle and showed me all the shoddy work the previous installer did wrong which was MANY. They did everything the right way and got my sound system sounding amazing. They are not the cheapest but do it once and do it right.
