I usually go to brightwood dental in Atascadero but recently my insurance changed and iv paid out of pocket to come to Paso Robles dental before and thought it was great besides this visit There was also no real patient care. No check ins, no communication.. nothing. At one point I had saliva/water running down my face down to my neck and the hygienist didn't do anything until I was trying to stop her so I can clean it myself, then she proceeded to give me this 2x2 piece of gauze that was clearly not enough for the amount of spit that I had come up . That alone says a lot about the level of attention here. The biggest issue is the cleaning didn't even feel finished. The backs of my teeth didn't feel cleaned, and there was no mirror check or any effort to confirm the job was done properly. For $199, this felt rushed and low quality. I won't be back. If you're paying out of pocket, I'd think twice before coming here. I was going to book an appointment after this one to do their teeth whitening package but after this experience i will be going elsewhere.
