From start to finish the experience is very professional. Highly recommend this business for closet needs. Arturo came for measurements. Following this I visited their office to look at the closets and door panel samples. Met Maria there who explained the technical details to me and helped me pick doors. Had another zoom call with Maria to review the design of the closet. She had a software which does a digital twin of the closet organization which gives a very good feel of what the closet will finally look like. We finalized the designs in this meeting. In about 3 weeks time the installation was scheduled. The team came on time, removed the existing system. Did a touch up of paint and installed the new system. The covered the floor to protect the floor. After installation, they cleaned the closets and vacuumed. They installed 3 closets in about 5 hours total. No chipped paint or botched workmanship. We bought our place in 2020 and it came with basic closets for all rooms. There was one hanging bar that runs throughout the closet and shelf above it. As a result of the minimal infrastructure, we had to buy organizers for the closets and dressers to arrange our clothes. On the day of appointment we met Maria, the designed from Q Closets who showed up to inspect our exiting closets, discuss ideas and measure the closets. Maria spent a lot of time on each closet and the main questions she had for us were: 1. How do you plan to use this space? 2. What do you find lacking with the current state of the closet? 3. What would you like to see or have? She was smart, attentive and inquisitive. She was keen on understanding the customer's needs and ideas for the space. Her approach was simple and clear, what do you want from us and how can I make it happen. The interview/ consultation took a good 1-1.5 hrs for a project of 5 closets. Once the consultation was done, Maria came up with the design and sent us those along with a quote for the job via email. We set up a zoom call to discuss, understand and make changes to the project that we felt will work for us best. Maria was always quick and clear in her communications with us. Once we all agreed on the design, then we setup an installation date. The installation team showed up on the day of appointment at the correct time. They immediately got to work. Installation manager Rudy was also on site. The installation went without any issue, the team was quick to dismantle the existing hardware an install the new one. Once the installation was done, we were very happy, and we still are. Very pleased with Quality Closets! It's been 6 months since the installation and we are still loving all the functionality for walk-in closet, sliding door closet, hall closet and mini pantry. They set up an appointment to measure everything, and came back with designs. I had some back and forth to optimize the space and design to my specifications, and they accommodated it all. I really liked: - having a split hall closet to accommodate a vacuum cleaner - recessed shelving at the top to make sure things were reachable when the doors internal closet height was above the door height - removing a shelf to work around a wall light - pantry drawers really enabled us to double the existing space by packing things really deep They got everything down within a day, were very careful with removing existing sliding doors, and even touched up the paint (using our existing paint, since the closets don't come with backing). They cleaned up and left the closets immaculate. The drawer mechanism works really smoothly, so much better than our old IKEA dressers! Highly recommend! read more

After deciding that we will continue with the master closet project, just took only 2 weeks for them to install the closet. Communication through email with them is very fast too. On installation day, it only took about 4 hours for the workers to install the cabinet, they didn't leave any mess behind. I loved that the cabinets smelled like citrus after the installation and not the new sour furniture smell. Recently one of the drawers in one of the built-in dressers would not close all the way. I could not get my hand behind it, nor could I figure out how to pull the drawer all the way out. I was sure something had fallen behind it. I recently reached out to them to see if they could come and fix it and if it was covered under some kind of warranty, and they promptly scheduled a site visit. When I asked my husband if he would be home during the window of time that they provided (apparently I hadn't mentioned to him that the drawer wasn't closing), he told me to hold off and he would check the drawer himself. He was quickly able to find and retrieve the item that had fallen behind the drawer, and now it is closing find. I did a walk in closet design with Quality closets and it turned out INCREDIBLE. If you were like me and were looking at all the custom closet options out there, from Cal closets to Container store to other custom makers, stop looking, these are your people. No-one else will beat them on price (not even come close), and they truly do care about customizing it exactly to your taste. The team worked patiently with my many design idea updates and alterations and custom requests, such as LED channel cutouts. While they don't install LEDs (though they did offer to after working through my design, so maybe they would consider it? Though, this closet was part of a renovation so I had all the wires in the walls already placed by an electrician. ) they were perfectly happy to route channels so that my LEDs could sit flush into the panels. Lastly, after installation, there were some minor tweaks and fixes that I wanted, and they did not hesitate at all to come right back out and fix everything to what I wanted to. Their communication could be a bit more prompt, but none the less the project turned out amazing, and we're very happy.
