    Sink countertop, and backsplash

Thank you to Nina from the beginning of our search for culture, marble shower and sink units. All the employees that we dealt with were very kind and professional. Installation was done very professionally.

I could not be more disappointed with the counter top I received from this company. I worked with Roni, who I VERY specifically told that I wanted white countertops and NOT off white. after 4 weeks of anxiously waiting for our install date , come to find out the countertop is a BROWN COLOR. The countertop is so far from white that it's actually comical I called her to let her know how extremely disappointed I was and she basically told me sucks to suck and that in her opinion it is "white" I trusted her when I told her what our needs were, but that was my mistake trusting her to meet the client needs. These countertops have absolutely ruined the look of our bathroom. I truly don't even know what to say. It looks absolutely horrible. If the countertops were actually white, then it would've looked amazing. Now I have to look at these ugly BROWN countertops forever but I'll let you decide if these are "white"

Extremely dissatisfied with California crafted Marble, after visiting Home Depot for cabinets in my kitchen Mike at Home Depot talked me into going with Home Depot for granite countertops. I Mike, who assured me my peninsula my kitchen would be one piece after talking to Lorenzo at California crafted Marble in Santee at his assured me four times in our conversation that I would not see a seam in the and he gave me three different excuses as to why he could not do the peninsula one piece even though my wife and I got three separate and all three estimates assured me, I would get a one piece but it was Nearly $1500 more. Should've gone higher bid because not only can you see the which the installer used color that was not in the pattern when they cut the two pieces that together, they chipped both edges all along the seam and then Adhered the two together, so you see chipped edges, extremely dissatisfied with both Home Depot and California crafted Marble very work. We had California crafted Marble send a different installer out to fix the seam and then installer look me dead in the eyes and said we can't fix this. We don't know how they chipped the edges. All they could do is make the surface smoother so we are stuck with these new granite countertops that we see every day. my recommendation is that you do not choose Home Depot because they will choose a lower end install . Please do your research and look at the looked at the reviews before I purchased through I would not have gone through Home Depot. It seems like this is a reoccurring problem with California crafted Marble and seems.

CCM made our kitchen and bathroom counter dreams come true. They helped us pick our slabs and maximized the use of the material leaving us with little to no waste. The measurer and installers were professional, courteous, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Veronica is great and helped us from start to finish. We would 100% recommend CCM!!

Quartz countertop (super white via terra) freshly installed

CCM's remnant program saved us a considerable chunk of change on our project. There were tons of off cuts available to choose from, so it didn't feel like our options were limited by much. If you do stop by the yard to check out their inventory, BRING SUNGLASSES. The yard is hot and bright, and the surfaces are very reflective. The whole project went so smoothly. Rebecca helped us pick the right surface, which we desperately needed never having picked countertops before. Mike used laser measurement to ensure a perfect fit. Jon and Kentreall were super clean, efficient, and professional during the install. I'll definitely use the remnant program through CCM on the next project.

I needed quartz remnant for a bathroom vanity that would match my shower and floor tile. So glad I found CCM. Nina scheduled me for a walk through the remnant yard and she even helped me choose a piece in the rain. She had a great eye and was able to let me know whether a piece was larger enough to use. They had a great selection and glad I brought my bathroom tiles to compare. I choose MSI smoked pearl which turned out perfect. Rebecca followed up and got me scheduled for measurements and install. The man that came out to measure was very condescending and there was a delay because of a broken machine which was out of their control. However, the office kept me updated and went above and beyond to get me scheduled asap. I made sure the vanity was level and secure for install and had my sink and faucet on site. Jonathan and his partner did a beautiful job installing the counter and sink and were very kind and professional. CCM afforded the best quote and had the best selection remnants in the area. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased and had installed new quartz countertops in the kitchen. We went with California Crafted Marble because we had used them in the past for bathroom countertops and we pleased with the quality and installation. Countertops are gorgeous. Installers were excellent. Roni was very responsive and patient with all my questions and concerns. An overall wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with our new countertops! California Crafted Marble did an excellent job from beginning to end. A true five star ranking is a company that not only performs when all goes right, but a company that follows through when "Murphy" rears it's ugly head. This company along with Lorenzo, Ruben, Moses and all others involved exceeded expectations. A big Thank You and God bless!! Belinda and Brian

    My new granite vanity!

I found California Crafted from Home Depot. Lorenzo was my point of contact. He was a joy to work with. He was on top of everything. When it was time to choose my granite, they arranged that I got exactly what I wanted...the perfect cut in the perfect slab. They made it all so easy. They even arranged the plumbing changes. When my vanity was installed, I was overjoyed. It was more beautiful than I had imagined. I highly recommend Lorenzo and California Crafted.

    Before

We had went through Home Depot when we were deciding on updating our kitchen. Home Depot had contracted with California Crafted Marble. After the estimate we were told it would be about 20 working days until installation. I had always wanted a durable kitchen area after having ugly white four-inch tiles with grout as our countertop for many years. We had black quartz counter tops installed yesterday. Ron and his son James were the installers. They were on time. They were professional, courteous, explained everything that they were going to do, and respected our home and dogs. They wore masks the entire time. They cleaned up inside and around the areas that they had to do construction. Both were very friendly, like old friends, and they wasted no time getting everything done. Ron asked questions about faucet placement and made sure we were confident with our choice before he cut the holes. It took about 7 hours for the whole job. The gentleman that did our estimate was great too. The counters are beautiful. I've attached photos - the rest of the kitchen isn't done yet. We thought this was a quality company with quality people.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because things started off well…read more The staff initially seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.

I hired them to install a waterfall-style counter back in June 2021. Barely a year later, the waterfall cracked for no clear reason. They came out again in July 2022 to repair it, but the job was subpar. I noticed that between the waterfall backing and the side of the cabinet. It wasn't flush at all. Which I'm assuming that it allowed the water fall to slide inward more than 90 degrees, thus putting strain at the joint. But I am not a professional installer. It took them until August 22, 2022, to actually address this crack and I was assured the issue wouldn't happen again, however nothing was done to fill the gap with sub board to prevent inward movement of the granite. Unfortunately, it did again crack. A third crack appeared on April 22, 2023. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, only to be completely ignored. No callbacks, no emails, nothing from their receptionist or customer service team. Then, in May 2025 -- the worst-case scenario happened -- the waterfall slab literally fell off the counter. It nearly injured my child, grazing his arm as it collapsed. This wasn't just poor workmanship; it was dangerous. I've given them multiple chances over the years to make this right, but the lack of accountability and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone if this is still their current practice and to avoid at all costs.
