They cooperated with arranging a pre-purchase inspection at a local garage I chose, and worked very fairly with me to address a few findings; which wasn't unexpected for a 13 year-old car. This included replacing the alternator, which was working, but "iffy." They covered the labor and I provided the part. When the new alternator I purchased arrived damaged, Hadi sourced a replacement by the next day and kept us on schedule to pick up the car for my wife's 50th birthday. He even took care of sending the faulty alternator back to my vendor for the refund. I had a terrible experience several years ago buying a car sight-unseen, so I was a bit apprehensive going into the deal. But they prepared the paperwork exactly as we discussed, with no hard sell on add-ons or other services to push up the price. Would not recommend coming here. This is your typical used car dealership with terrible service and unsavory employees. Waited 30 min for someone to even acknowledge my being there. Finally, when I talked to the heavier set Hispanic man he was very rude about me asking to see the interior of a car. When I did ask to test drive it, I was told I needed to submit a credit app, implying I could not afford it. First of all, I drove there in a car of similar value. Secondly, the "dealership" was in a rough part of town and far from glamorous to say to least. For them to treat me like I drove to a Porsche dealership to joy ride a $200k car was laughable. Lastly, I would never submit a credit app with a place like that because god only knows where my social security number would end up if I did. Stay far far away from this place. read more

I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac CTS a few months ago from this dealer. They offered me an extended warranty which I'm glad because the check engine light had come on soon after purchasing, but as soon I contacted them regarding this, they did not hesitate to inspect my vehicle even though it was "sold as is". The owner assured me they would take care of the issue and they did right away. Although they do inspect their vehicles prior to selling as do most dealers. but you know how things go, things happen that was beyond their control. They stood in communication with me and assured me they had certified techs who inspect their vehicles prior to sale. All in all, I am a satisfied customer, and my car runs as good as new for being a 2015. They even delivered the car to me once it was fixed and I didn't spend a penny. I spent several days communicating with Peter about a vehicle, only to find out later that the out-the-door figure we had been discussing had never actually been presented to management for approval. He later increased the OTD price and tried to justify saying that it was because "taxes" That created unnecessary confusion and made the negotiation feel inconsistent. Buyers deserve clear and transparent communication. Had the process been handled differently from the start, it would have saved everyone time. The vehicle I purchased was at a very reasonable price, compared to what else was on the market. Peter took his time to explain the CarFax since our vehicle had an accident report.. No red flags. He also gave me the space to check out the car inside-out. Testing every button, feature, lights, door, seat belt, popping the hood, even checking the air filter and fluids... Nothing to worry about! These guys are awesome. The car did have imperfections, but that's what you expect from a used car! Still, the condition was pretty mint. They even washed, cleaned, and made it smell like a new car. Obviously, they did offer some premiums such as extended warranties, but they were respectful and were doing their jobs. They weren't peer pressuring. No tracker fees, hidden fees, basically just Taxes and DMV fees as usual... They did have an accessory fee that raised a red flag to me, but Peter was upfront and explained it in depth. We were able to agree on a price. No problem. They honestly earned it. After a test drive and checking out the car, we were out within the hour! Don't ever go to this dealership they will just rip you off. I bought a Chevrolet Cruze from them and didn't know it had engine problems because had had erased the codes. When I brought it back to show the codes that came back on had had said it was because of how I drive. Did business with HADI to check out a Suburban 07 with fairly good mileage unannounced by Hadi the owner the left mirror was cracked. Hadi was hung over from a Mexico trip and when I test drove the car a bunch of check engine lights came on the car wasn't even ready at the moment before I test drove the car because he let his coworker use it to drive to the airport. He saved the car for me to fix the issues and promised to fix the cosmetic issues after I saw the car but after a week Hadi said he had to replace the catalytic converter and he said he's only making 300 from the deal so he didn't want to fix the cosmetic issues. Horribly disappointed Hadi is not a man of his word he values money over the customer. I ended up buying a Honda from a family friend all is ok but never doing business with Hadi again. Anything Hadi reply's with is a lie. I did not cuss any employ. Out and the car was not perfect he had to replace the catalytic converter and the car wasn't priced cheap that's the market value for a car with tons of miles. I will not make up slander he can have the right to take me to court if he wants for defamation lawsuit I'll tell him to bring it on. His beer belly shows that he's an alcoholic. Peter, Ryan, and Hector YOU'RE THE GREATEST! Alright sometimes my reviews can be long winded, so I will try to make this short. Unfortunately, it won't be. So for those who like to read a lot, here you go. And, to those who don't it was a pleasure meeting you briefly. Peace.  Now, I was looking for a car to replace one I already had. What car did I have? A super reliable Lexus IS 300 with about 47,000 miles. As we all know those means of transportation will drive forever. But, I'm not gonna live forever. What do I do when I am ready for a spirited drive? The 4 cylinders and a turbo in the Lexus just didn't magnetize me. It was gray and the seats felt wonderful, Fluffy like a pillow. But people with road rage will run you off the road if you sleep on them. I need something with Power. I give you the 2017 Corvette Stingray 1LT Torch Red. It has a 6.2 liter V8 engine and 460hp which is a huge step up from the Lexus don't you think? Around the beautiful black rims are Michelin Sport 4S tires and inside black interior with Carplay. Oddly, the Lexus did not have Carplay. What? Yes, no Carplay in my luxurious Lexus. What crime? Also, I can't take the top off the Lexus. My new to me Corvette can go topless. Awesome! To shorten this review I will talk Performance and Sound together because they go together like peas and carrots. How many times have been by a Tesla and cringed knowing the car is so lifeless? I have never driven one, but I was in one when I ordered a Lyft and ironically the Lyft driver had a light blue Porsche model on the dash. He had a dream. I am living the dream. The sound of the horizontally opposed flat six Porsche engines demands a head turn. Well the 6.2 V8 Corvette does more than head turn. It demands respect. Guess what, you don't need a lot of speed to make your point. All you need is a burst of gas to surge through this car and automatically all: HONDAS (without laptops), TOYOTAS (Minus the Supras), DODGES, FORDS, VOLKSWAGENS, SUBARUS, understand you mean business. This car has a lot of miles but it rides superb. Supercars and hypercars beware. You are not faster than this car. Why, because this car is not as expensive as the top tier models of sports cars, like Mclaren or Bugatti. Even Porsche has a higher price tag. Did I tell you I own a 911? Ha! Well I do and it's a 997.1 not the newer generations that sound like vacuum cleaners. It feels like I have started a little collection. Ok, more on my new purchase. I financed the Vette because the Lexus was financed, and guest what the dealership handled it ALL. What a team. And they do operate as a team so keep it up. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. Alright well our experience was really good. We live about 5 hours away, we were looking for a car out of town and i came across this car online. I called the dealer and talked with a receptionist. She was super nice, she gave our info to the sales man Josè. He was quick to call me back and go over info on the car. After searching for weeks for a second car, Autobahn had one I was interested in. I arranged a test drive, and although I thought the drive could have been a bit longer... The car was ready for me when I arrived, the sales team was very friendly, non intimidating and helpful. I also had another car at a different small dealer i wanted to see before making a decision. I guess sometimes decisions are made by others, and the methods used to sell a car. As much as i thought the car was for me - the dealer was less interested in selling the car to me than I thought he should have been. The car had 4 different brand tires - one tire bald, and needed other repairs. I was willing to make the repairs, but we could not agree on a price. Looking back at the Autobahn method... the car had all same brand tires - 2 brand new front tires, and rears were still less than 1/2 worn. As if they took some time to make the car safe, clean, and fix things before advertising for sale. And... the games the other dealer was trying to play by throwing extra fees on top of the advertised price were not present at Autobahn. This made it an easy decision after talking to the sales team, I decided this was the car for us. I made a call, and asked to have things ready for me when i arrived. From arrival to leaving in the car, its was only about an hour. I can't describe how pleasant and smooth of an experience I had with Hadi at his dealership. Working in sales myself at an Audi store, Hadi is probably one of the only people you will ever meet in this industry who is straightforward and not trying to pull one over on you. He was patient with both me and my girlfriend, let us look at the vehicle, our new X6 M on the lift, and was more than happy to let us get a pre-purchase inspection at any dealer nearby. In terms of pricing, he has his cars listed for a great deal. If you do the research, even with the GPS you get, you are buying one of the lowest priced vehicles in the market, period. Ours, in fact, was the cheapest in the US with under 100k miles. I would strongly recommend doing business with Hadi and this dealership if you are considering it. I was speaking with Hadi, the GM, inquiring about their 2019 Maserati Quattroporte for my son. They are advertising this car on Autotrader as a Single Owner, which is incorrect/LIE. Carfax has 2 owners listed. Not only that, this car has Rear-End collision damage listed as well. Hadi is asking $24,995. I offered $23,999 based on the fact of the Collision damage. Hadi, comes back as if I am insulting him by negotiating a price. I did not ask him to sell me the car for what he paid. I think as a potential customer, who has been "Pre-Qualified for up to $61,000", has the RIGHT to negotiate a price, when in fact that car has Accident damage listed. This guy, Hadi, comes back at me as if I was begging him, or was playing on his emotions, because I said I am buying for my son. Furthermore, Hadi said, if the car sits on his lot another 2 weeks, he will INCREASE the price. This dealership, has NO PROBLEM increasing a price on a car that has "Accident damage listed on Carfax" but, he has problem with "Negotiating a price on a car with Accident Damage listed on Carfax. No thank you, Hadi, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I most definitely would. I went there after conversations with the salesman Ryan was doing the Christmas holidays and I knew that my credit was not good and I was very open and honest with him. The good thing about it is he was opening honest with me. So I went there and when I say what an amazing and professional team they have there. What I like most was no one pressured you into anything the car I went to see it didn't make me say wow I got to have you and they knew that just from the look on my face. I walked a lot I saw something I liked the price was a little bit more but they took the time to go get me financed for that car.
