Under new ownership and not impressed. Stingy on the primer so nails lifted after 2 weeks and a couple fell off. When I went in to have repaired, she used the wrong color powder for the french manicure. So two fingers are obviously 'pinker' than the other two..and I'm a professional woman...so looks pretty tacky. She didn't even bother to fix it..just says something like..'oh it's not too bad'. Let me start by saying that the only reason they get a 2 is that they provide amazing pedicures. Today I got a full set for the first time. Lily was the service tech. She was rude, accused me of being picky, and when I asked for what I wanted she was argumentative stating that I should have told her before. Never-mind the fact that I provided a picture. My first time getting a mani/pedi here and my experience was general. Sunday afternoon busy and only 4 employees total time in the salon was 2hrs but well worth it I called to make an appointment and I was see within the hour I arrived 10 min early I was greeted and seated right away. because it was busy my feet soaked for about 20 minutes once Tina got to work it was amazing I never had someone take there time and be as gentle as she was. She might have been gentle but she cleaned my cuticles and my problem areas without me having to say anything ! She also did an AMAZING Massage on my legs Not only did she do a great job on my pedi she also was very attentive to other customers, she made sure everyone had water and she had people take turns in there self massage chair. I never got the mans name that did my mani but he did a good job too. He did the French tip on my toes and I asked for a clear coat on my fingernails my cuticles look great. I'm only giving 4 stars because it was a bit to quiet no music and the tv was off the employees don't talk much not even to each other which was also a first for me. A different lady did the design on my toes which could have been a little better but it was busy I will be returning because I loved my pedi and they give u a card 5th pedi is $5 off mani/pedi with design and a free small water total of 33 bucks read more

I always take my wife here and she always walks out satisfied with the outcome. The place is very clean and staff is very friendly. They don't have pedi chairs which is good cause people don't realized that bacteria and fugus are a main concern when getting pedicures in those type of chairs. Every time i go , Mimi the owner is alway talkative and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality service. Service is great! They accommodated all 3 of us for mani/pedi 30 minutes before closing. The owner, Tina didn't rush us and made us feel really comfortable. Tina personally did my pedi and took her time with the whole process. She did a great job on my toes. The lady who did my mani, was a different story. She rushed through the whole thing and even asked me if I worked that day. When I answered, "no", she asked "Why didn't you come earlier then?" Esqueeze me??!! She also did a horrible job with the gel and did a too thick, uneven coating. She was such in a hurry that I realized the edge of my nail was stuck to my skin from the super thick gel coating. I showed it to the owner and she promptly fixed it and also gave me a hand and arm massage that the other lady didn't do. She even offered us back massages while our nails were drying. I've been going to this nails place for over a year, and it's been amazing every time I go. They spend so much time on your nails. I primarily go for a pedicure which is about $20. Very good price, as they spend about 1 hour and 1/2 on my feet every time I go. They scrub your feet, put lemon on them, and massage them for a really long time. I've never been to a nail salon that spends so much time on my nails. I would defo recommend this place to anyone, but make sure you go with a lot of time. The only thing I would say is the chairs are a bit outdated and some of the automassage features don't work. Other than that, I walk about with a clean job every time! :) read more

As soon as I walked in I didn't get a very good vibe, the guy there immediately rushed me to pick a color, and I felt uncomfortable with him staring at the back of my head while I looked at the ones to choose from so I just picked some quickly without putting much thought into it. At this point it was too late to turn away because the lady had already waved me over to sit down and get started. I've always bitten my nails, so I know there's only so much one can do, therefore I didn't ask for anything elaborate because my nails are pretty short, I just wanted to get a simple manicure with some cute colors and maybe a little design on a nail or two. The lady just started criticizing my nails which is rude, I'm aware my nails are not the nicest (THAT'S THE MAIN REASON I CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE) I'm not paying you for your opinion, I'm paying you to do your job! I clearly told her that I picked out two colors because I wanted two of them two be blue and the rest green. However, while she was on the phone, she forgot and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt her conversation, so I waited until she hung up to tell her one of the nails was the wrong color. She threw a small fit and asked "Why didn't you tell me?!" and continued to complain that the nail polishes are hard to open. As if CLEARLY, that is my fault. After waiting for my nails to dry for 25 minutes, I paid and left. Only to get in my car and have two of the nails get messed up right away. I have been here twice, and the first experience was okay. But after my recent experience, I will never go back. While getting an acrylic fill manicure, when she was doing the polish one of my fingers accidentally bumped her hand and got smudged. I apologized, but was very surprised by her reaction. I have been to countless nail salons and this is just something that occasionally happens, they do not ever shame their clients for it or get angry, they simply remove the polish and re-do it-- it takes about 30 seconds. This person went "tsk tsk" and tried to just cover up the smudge with more polish. It looked TERRIBLE. I almost just let it go but I had already tipped 30% (I pay before getting the color), so-- no way. I said it didn't look very good, and she said it looked fine. Then she glopped on one more coat of polish while muttering angrily in Vietnamese, then told me "if you don't want it to look bad, don't mess it up." There are some pros to this place-- I really like the decor, and they offer you water, and the prices are good. But based on this one awful experience, no way. Another con is that most of the polishes they have look about 2 years old, the colors are separating or when you shake them the polish is just hard and does not even move. read more

Tim is absolutely great,I love when he is there in the summer and winter break!!I get my nails really long with a coffin shape narrow,tim goes "ham" everytime on my nails!!I love it bc it's family owned and moms and pops always hooks up the pedicures!!Not to mention those bomb ass massages moms gives while getting your nails done,only thing missing is mimosa ahhh.Leon is my back up guy when tim is not in town..I get my fix here lol every two weeks and always look forward to my appt in which I have one today.Its gets crowded on Saturdays and don't let the sun be out they're extra busy!But they work to get you right in,been going here the last 5 years bring thou we are new to concord. read more

Nice place, friendly people. I'm not very picky, but also not easily impressed, however every time I visit them, I leave happy and relaxed. They do amazing manicure and pedicure, shellac lasts for 2 weeks easily, pedicure lasts for about a month, very pleased with their work. Today at 7:05 I rushed in for emergency pedicure, they were about to close, but took me in with the smile, gave me a bottle of water (I think they can read your mind, I was thirsty and really needed a drink) and I've got a good service right away. I've had my acrylic nails for almost 8 years now. I've been to a few nail salons and have had both great and horrific experiences. As we're new to the area, I've been trying out different places to see what I like and don't like about each of them. I've been to the salon twice now, and I appreciate what they provide, and at the most reasonable prices I've found so far. Just to point out - this isn't a spa. The walls are pretty sterile, and there isn't a lot by way of "personality" in the decor. Don't let that put you off. The staff is friendly, but not overly-chatty. Tina will bring out a small bottle of water, and do a great shoulder/neck/arm massage while you dry. The two gals who have done my fill have been efficient, and my nails look great when I leave. I also appreciate the "frequent guest" card that they give out. After 5 visits, you'll receive a discount on the 6th. Manicure: -Hand massage is good -Amazing attention to detail on my hands; My hands were in a recent state of dryness and Tim was great in getting in there and cleaning up the hang nails, my cuticles, all of it! Tina was a little rough with using the brush ( it left me a little pink on the foot ) still despite that the service overrode that minor setback. My favorite place to get a pedicure. The only warning is this it not the place if you're in a hurry, but in a good way! They take their time and really give you the attention I enjoy when I need some "me time." I have got a few manicures done before, which were also good, but I usually stick the the pedi. They always greet me promptly and hand me a mini water bottle to enjoy while I relax. Sometimes they even let me pick the tv channel! I was very satisfied with the service, even though it took two and a half hours for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure and Manicure it was well worth it for the price! They are very meticulous about their work, they even had me sit in the Spa chair next to her and turned the massager on for me while I waited without charge, we were greeted with bottled water as well. I love my nails and the mani pedi combo! They're always great and do a great job on my nails. They take the time to give a great massage for both manicures and pedicures! Sunny and Tina are the best at the overall cleaning of the nails and the massage. Leon and Tim are the best for the nail designs! They're friendly and you can have great conversation with them! This is my new place! Haven't gone anywhere else since I started coming here earlier this year. My nails last for more than two weeks at a time for both regular and gel polish. It's affordable and the service is great and they're always nice! If you're not getting good service from them it's probably because they don't feel respected. Also walk-ins are always accepted. My husband and I went for manicures. I got a gel polish which I was very pleased with. My technician was very efficient and I liked the end result. My husband was less happy with his manicure. His technician got a little to aggressive with the cuticle clippers and cut into his nail bed in two places trying to clean up the corners of his nails. He also had a giant hang nail that he pulled off his thumb on the way home that drew blood. They were very friendly and the massages were a nice extra. read more

The most painful pedicure I have ever had! I really hope my nails don't get infected from all the rough digging. The lady seriously scrubbed my foot and lower leg with a nail brush, WTF? The entire thing was the most painful thing I have ever experienced. They cut the side of my big toe nail all the way down to the nail bed, it bled so much! Update: my nails were infected BAD! The health department needs to come here! My toes were bleeding from how rough they were, and they were touching their antiseptic bottles in the blood, contaminating it for all the people behind me. I am so glad I found this little gem. Tina, the owner, is amazing. She took me on a walk-in and did my mani to perfection, really taking her time. She LITERALLY, without EXAGGERATING, massaged my for over 30 minutes. The shop was quiet and because she did not have any other customers at that time, massaged my shoulders the entire time my nails were drying. She has such a loving, friendly personality. Very Disappointed!!!...While I was getting a pedicure at this place for mother's day the woman who did my pedicure pulled a piece of my nail out. It hurt very bad and is very red, swollen, and painful.. I went to my doctor and he said that my nail is very infected and prescribed antibiotics, but still infected after the treatment and taking pain medication, I am worry because I have Diabetes and I don't want to lose my toe or my feet, The doctor in Emergencies said that the infection resulted from the No -sterilized tools that they use, I called them and give to me another cell phone so. I proceed to send pictures of my toe infected, Dr prescription picture till this time I am waiting for answers about my claim. I called today and the new phone they give to me is false. read more
