This is my 2nd time coming here! But my first experience for a 49ers game was yesterday! A time was had, Screens are huge lots of seating and apparently you can even reserve tables! - The crowd (Friendly) - The staff (Attentive) - The service was good - Food was good (no modifications) At night time this is a club spot (Club Cali) I couldn't order a Hennessy sidecar downstairs Sat downstairs to watch the game vibes were good even met some new friends! We ordered - 2 Cali's Philly cheese (1 to go) - Cali's Smashburger - Sprite - Coke - Garlic Fries (Countless Cocktails)

Food was pretty good, it was a standard burger but it was super juicy! The habanero one wasn't spicy or anything which I was a bit disappointed. Service was good and food got to us really quickly! Ambiance was fun I wish we could have been a part of the event that was Happening but the basement was cool

Came to watch the niners TNF game with friends against the rams and found this place on TikTok. This place seems like the complete sports bar with tv screens, interactive games such as jenga, chess, corn hole, pool, and a dance floor! The bartenders are friendly and welcoming, and the vibes were high! I was surprised it wasn't super packed being right next to the university but my friends and I had a great time and will definitely be back!

Burgers were flavorful. Fries were crispy and full of seasoning. Service was slow but ok since we weren't in a rush. Vibe was good, I'm sure would be jumping during college game day, March madness, a Warriors game, of NFL Sunday. Maybe we'll come back during one of those times.

So we just wanted to be nosey and check out the space downstairs for a possible future event. This was our first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Downstairs has games, a pole, fun photo ops and tv's. Lots of space. Then upstairs has a kitchen with great bar food and a full bar. I think they could use a little more variety in alcohols but what we had was good. I had a great espresso martini. Service was friendly. The music was good. Bathrooms were downstairs and clean. I hope yo go back to watch a Cal game.

    Flavor less btl , dry

Probably the nastiest unflavored food I've ever had in my life . Ordered the Alfredo pasta , added chicken . The pasta was so flavorless , the chicken was bland and chewy . We got a btl to replace it , ever worse . Only thing that had flavor was the bacon.

Was here for a private party in their downstairs level and tried a sampling of food and drinks, all of which DID NOT disappoint. Their Black Mamba cocktail with mezcal, was delicious and different (highly recommend) and the Moscow Mule w ginger, was refreshing and light. The pizzas were really good, so good, I usually don't eat the crust but I ate the crust last night at Cali's (yes, yes, my East Coast raised husband gives me grief all the time). You can ask for side dips for crust too. We had a platter of fries, chicken nuggets, fried ravioli, and fried pickles (OMG a SLEEPER HIT - really yummy), that had ranch, marinara, guacamole, and something spicy I didn't try (see pic). We were there with a gaggle of kids and all the kids enjoyed the food, large space and there is a Connect 4 Game, Ring Toss, and Corn Hole Game. The servers kept the food coming and the area clean. Bathrooms are fun, new, and clean with Ben Franklin bills on the floor of the ladies room which has 3 stalls. Appreciate bars and establishments that have more than 2 toilets. The fun lights and large screens showing the CAL game were a plus, and we got to see a preview of the nightclub scene when a rapper did a few practice sets, which was fun and hilarious with little kids

I ordered one slice of pizza to go, non busy night (a Thursday at 6pm) It's going on ten minutes of my pizza sitting there and nothing happening. One slice premade, plain cheese, heat it up and put it in a box for Christs sake. Also the guy that took my order at the bar walked over to the pizza area to just stand ? I thought he'd get the process started for me since he wasn't occupied with a task, but no. I'm not coming back, this customer service is insulting

Basically the same layout as when it was Pappy's. Still has the giant projector screen and huge tvs behind the bar. Went for weekday lunch so not sure about the evening or weekend vibes. I got the sesame salad with grilled chicken and it was good! The lemonade was also really good.

Having multiple games on at once is a plus for this Sports Bar. I did enjoy our food but for whatever reason I would not eat this without the ranch. That ranch tastes like it was made to go with the meal and I just had to get more. Lastly, don't wait to be served, you will need to take initiative to ask for what you'd want from the menu.

For the appetizers, we got the caprese salad ($19), cheesy garlic bread ($14), chicken wings ($18), and BBQ pork riblets ($18). The caprese salad was one of my favorites. The spring mix was super fresh, and even though I'm not the biggest cheese fan, I really liked the fresh mozzarella. The vinaigrette had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, making this a great spring or summer salad. The BBQ pork riblets and chicken wings were both a little dry. I liked the seasoning on the riblets, while the chicken wings were a bit lighter in flavor. The cheesy garlic bread was, as expected, super cheesy! I didn't realize the roasted garlic was served on the side, and personally wasn't the biggest fan of its flavor, but the focaccia itself had a great texture. We also shared the Aries ($22), Mercury ($21), and Cassiopeia ($25) pizzas. The Aries was a classic pepperoni pizza with a nice thin crust, and the Mercury was a margherita pizza. I liked the fresh tomatoes, although I wish there had been more basil. The Cassiopeia was my favorite of the three, and I can definitely see why it's so popular. The BBQ sauce was super flavorful and paired really well with the chicken and onions. Jupiter has a lively atmosphere and a really nice outdoor patio with live music, making it a fun spot for group dinners. I'd recommend making a reservation if you're coming with a larger group. Street parking is available nearby.

They have a variety of different beer flavors available through dispensers where you simply tap your card and pour as much or as little as you'd like while keeping track of the total $$. Our group shared one card and asked for four cups so everyone could sample different beers, which made it a really fun tasting experience. It's a great way to try multiple options without committing to a full pint of something you're unsure about. For food, we ordered the pizza, chicken tikka masala, naan, and tamarind chili black ribs. The ribs in particular had a nice balance of sweet and tangy flavors. However, the portions felt small for the price point, which was the biggest drawback of the meal. While the food was good, it didn't quite match the value of the drinks and atmosphere. Tap in lounge is a solid place to grab drinks and hang with friends. Just be prepared for food portions that are a bit smaller than expected for what you're paying.

There is a hidden, speakeasy style door that leads to the restrooms and bar taps tucked in the back, which adds to the overall experience. We stuck with cocktails, and they were strong and alcohol forward. We tried the Sipping Into Darkness and the Cane and Cacao, both well made with bold flavors. These are not light, overly sweet drinks, and may not be for everyone. Overall, a unique spot that stands out for its concept, but not necessarily somewhere I would go out of my way to return to.

Decent food menu, even have a decent veggie burger. They've got some nice veggie appetizers, cauliflower, fake chicken tender thingies, and a nice pretzel. Probably the best pretzel I've ever had. Pay the little extra for the cheese dip. Me likes the cheese bites. And I love the shishito peppers. Lotsa interesting folks come up in here, and there's some daily regulars, a real mixed bag , fun people. I met a couple people that turned out to be my good friends for the last few years. Attached is a concert hall that has some pretty interesting live music acts and very diverse from hip hop to jazz to funk to rock and roll and that dark sider stuff, heavy metal, etc. They rent the whole joint out if you have a party or they rent sections as well. Great spot for wedding rehearsal dinners, high school reunions, company parties, etc. Stimulating conversation abounds and a lot of laughter bouncing off the walls. A great place to see sporting events, especially the Warriors. Very nice patio as well with big umbrellas and fire pit. There is an odd set up as you have to go to the bar to get your drinks each time you want something. The downside could be long lines as they don't have table service but they bring you stuff. They don't take orders from the table. Some kind of crowd control thing? Or mis management or local rules? At any rate, it is a fun hang out with killer bartenders and servers. Great spot, get over here and enjoy yourself! Time to leave your crib, get off the sofa, turn off Netflix. And remember, social media is not! Let's go, get out and make Berkeley great again! I went to see the visual kei, Japanese rock band, JILUKA, here with my boyfriend and we lined up beforehand for VIP. The staff walked out, showed us the rules for the VIP that was printed on a piece of paper and explained it to us too, they walked down the line to scan us in as well. Venue itself is pretty neat. The front part is a bar area with lots of tables and seating and outdoor seating as well. Since it was before the concert, we were able to enjoy some food and drinks from the bar and kitchen. It was also during their Happy Hour too which was great. My boyfriend got a drink (not sure what it was, but it was refreshing and citrus tasting?) and we shared a Bavarian soft pretzel with mustard and we got the white cheddar dipping sauce added on for a nominal fee. One of the best pretzels that I've ever had! Deliciously soft interior, nice chew to the texture of the exterior. Comes out hot, warm and delicious. Great on it's own, but great with the sauces too. Perfect dash of the coarse salts on it. I'd get this again for sure and would like to one day order more from their menu. The live house music area is in the back in a separate room. Restrooms were clean too. Enough space for the bands to sell their merch and do a meet and greet. Wasn't a huge venue and insane turn out, but it fit the crowd and I liked how intimate setting was. I was around 3-4 rows from the front and even with a mosh pit and wall of death, I was able to shift around and see the band more clearly. Easy visibility no matter where I was shifted around. Lighting was pretty good and made it easy to take pictures and video. I think the vocals were a bit more muffled than the rest of the band members playing, but that might just be the set up more than anything. Of all the venues I stopped by for the week, this had the most approachable and friendly staff. Greeted going and as we were leaving too. I didn't overheat at this one either, so the AC was A+!! There's paid parking nearby but if you read the signs and go around, you can get free street parking too. Bring more J-rock/over seas acts here, it was so good!
