Price is reasonable given you can attend as many classes you would like or even multiple times in the same day! I tried the hot hatta, inferno hot Pilates, & yin yoga class couple of times each with instructor Kendra J and she's AMAZING! Super easy to book classes and space is clean with plenty of materials that is needed for class but you do have to bring your own yoga mat, water, and towel. But if you happen to not have one or forget.. they have some for rent for reasonable price as well. I highly recommended this place because instructor is great in explaining and showing poses and even challenge those who are more advanced. So it doesn't get boring and is always challenging but in a good way!

Came here for a "Power Sculpt" class and really enjoyed the session…read more The studio is located in the shopping area at the end of Farmers lane (where AAA is located), and there's plenty of parking. One thing to note is that the building is labed B.E. Yoga, not Soul Yoga & Wellness. The studio itself is spacious, clean, and inviting. I especially loved the wooden floors and that the back doors were wide open, bringing in lots of fresh air. My class was with Amy, and she was fantastic. She has such a warm and welcoming personality and made everyone feel comfortable with whatever pace they needed to go at. She was encouraging and I look forward to taking more classes with her. The high-end floors are kept sparkling clean. The Cabin was clean, spacious, and newly renovated with natural light and heavenly views. We were bathed in millions of stars at night, cooled by refreshing fog in the morning, and surrounded by soaring trees and warming sunshine. The staff are volunteers, and delightful without exception. The food was lovingly prepared fresh daily, and absolutely delicious. The Retreat center includes a beautiful lodge, eating area with indoor/outdoor seating and the most enchanting Tibetan Buddhist Temple and we highly recommend the tour and if you are very lucky, George will be your tour guide. Don't hesitate to experience the joy, laughter, and enlightenment of the Ratna Ling Retreat Center. You will remember the experience with reverence.

I have been wanting to try yoga for sometime now, so after seeing a sign for YogaDale on the…read morefreeway the name just stuck & i looked them up. First impression: 10:30am class for beginners with Nancy was so calming & relaxing. It just so happens that they were having a few free classes this weekend so i really lucked out. This particular class had alittle over 10 people in it & the fact that it was my first time i enjoyed how welcoming everyone was, Nancy included. Everything was very clean & organized. Some advice: although drops ins are welcome($15) i can see why registering online would be the better option. Your info is already in their system when you arrive & you're off to pick your spot. Also, parking is limited to what you can find on the main road so try to arrive early if you take one of the afternoon classes i can see someone driving around or walking alittle to get to the studio. They have some mats that you can buy, there were also some mats on the shelves that im assuming you can use for a fee if you dont have one, I'm not sure about the specifics on this one because I took my own, but if you don't have one call ahead and ask. Conclusion: I really enjoyed myself & how patient Nancy was, i will be back.
