On the day of the wedding, our photo booth attendant, Nick, was fantastic--friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. The booth was a total hit with our guests! Everyone loved their photo strips, and it brought so much joy and laughter to the evening. One of our favorite features was that guests received two printed copies of their photo strips, and we received a USB drive at the end of the night with all the photos--both in strip format and as individual shots. As the couple, we were busy soaking in the night and catching up with loved ones, so it was such a treat to relive the fun through those pictures the next day. It really let us see the celebration through our guests' eyes. The booth added such a unique and nostalgic vibe to the party. It was especially perfect for guests who weren't into dancing--it gave them something fun to do and a memorable takeaway. We were not disappointed! In this day and age it's nice to work with people who are great with responding to emails, and they were super responsive anytime I had to send them a question. From the start, I was able to contact them during my own time (3am) and get my questions answered, get a contract signed, and figure out the logistics about the booth/photos for the day of. They have different photo layouts shown on their website, and worked with us to get a layout that we liked, along with our own logo for our wedding. Their booth also supports open-air or closed setups, depending on what you prefer (we went with closed, but it did limit the number of people that could fit in the booth at once). For those who like props for photos, they have those too! The photobooth was a big hit during the wedding! So many of our friends and relatives went to take pictures and we were glad to be given a CD of all the pictures when the wedding was over. The Neato Photobooth staff came, set up the booth, and let people take pictures without a hitch! I was very satisfied with them and would recommend them to all my friends in the future.

The designs were amazing and totally worked for our wedding. They arrived on time and setup quickly. They had a backdrop and studio lighting for when it got dark. I've been in constant communication with Parker and he's the best! Super responsive, personable, and kind. We booked the Gold Package and they were very flexible with hours. We wanted our photobooth to be open during cocktail hour and closed until an hour into reception. We got the white backdrop which turned out great and is a classic! But pro tip for future clients, choose your backdrop early! We chose ours last minute and couldn't get our first choice since it was already booked for another event. We absolutely love the look of the photobooth. The wooden aesthetic really elevates the wedding and on the day of, Parker was there and extremely attentive in making sure the lighting was right and that the guests were positioned well!
