Well I just came back to Champion Chevrolet and saw my beautiful used 2016 Shiny Black GMC Canyon Pick-Up Truck with a beautiful Red Bow waiting for me to drive out of the Showroom. Wow!!! It looks amazing. I Invited my family to come and see me drive off the lot. Gio put on the License Plate Paper and handed me my keys. I signed my last paperwork and they raised the glass door, took a million photos, waved to my family and Drove out of the Champion Chevrolet Showroom. My family and I will be going out to lunch to celebrate a new truck in the family. There was no coverage of cost from service manager Jay Santino prior and when the fraud was discovered and I called to cancel of course he had several reasons why he couldn't. Pay very good attention to EVERY line of quoted work as well as final invoice as they will look to take advantage of you in anyway they can. Where do I even begin? This past week was a rollercoaster. On Monday, my 2022 GMC Terrain went from running perfectly to being declared a total loss. My 3500HD Denali was towed to this dealership for repairs. The vehicle arrived at about 9am on Wednesday and it is now Saturday and they have not diagnosed the issue. I have been told they might be able to get to it on Monday, but that they prioritize customers who buy from them and make no promises. GM has a policy that they do not cover a rental until it has been diagnosed, so I have been paying out of pocket for the rental. I do not live in the area, so I am at a loss for what to do. This dealership has shown that they do not care about me as a customer nor about my situation. I have filed a complaint with GM, but they stated that each dealership is privately owned and they have no control over how they operate. My wife and I bought a 2026 Chev Silverado 1500 from Champion Chevrolet. Loved doing business with Kalani, he was very helpful in getting the truck purchased. Chuck was very helpful on explaining how the truck works and answering all of our questions. Both Kalani and Chuck returned our phone calls when we had questions. 16 days later we hit an extremely large bird and shattered the windshield. Being a new truck most glass repair shops did not even have a windshield nor were they able to order it yet. Kalani was very helpful in getting a replacement windshield thru their parts department as we live 210 miles away. Would recommend doing business with them anytime. Bought a NEW Colorado Zr2. I've been having issues since I got the vehicle. Champion Chevrolet and General Motors repurchased department has been made it incredibly difficult, frustrated and anything to make a customer unhappy. More than three months my vehicle has been in service and I have been paying without using it. The last time I brought my car in for service (faulty sensor), I did not receive any updates for 3 days. It's now Friday and I was unwilling to leave my Chevy Blazer there over the weekend. As it turns out, the repair was completed Wednesday (the day I left it there). I have an extended warrantee and Champion Chevrolet had not received payment from CNA (my extended warrantee). No one bothered to inform me that this was the problem. I called CNA and they said to pay for the repair and they would send me a check. I waited for over three days, thinking the work wasn't done, and only found out after calling multiple times to check. Meanwhile, I had to rent a car just to get to work, which cost me extra money I shouldn't have had to spend. To make matters worse, before anyone told me my car was ready, I got a call from their sales team trying to sell me another vehicle and after telling them I'll never buy a car from them again due to previous experiences there, they finally picked up the phone and told me my car was ready, after 5 days.That was incredibly unprofessional and felt like a sales tactic taking advantage of the situation. No greeting when you walk in, takes 5.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation and diagnostic check, Marvin was NOT helpful- didn't update when my truck was done and seemed bothered I kept asking for updates. When my wife bought a new vehicle from this dealer and they didn't give her a second key we let it pass. When I came in to have the items like floor mats installed because they didn't ship with the vehicle and I was here for over 3 hours, I let it pass, although they still failed to give me the second key. Today I came in for an oil change and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours although I had an appointment. It's now over 3 hours, the only service rep I could find told me to talk to my service rep, who wasn't available. SINGLE FEMALES BEWARE After an awful purchase experience with their manager, Ali we decided to buy our new Tahoe from Sacramento (Epic Chevy is AMAZING, by the way). We typically avoid this dealership like the plague due to Ali still running it, but my purchase from Sac included the first service. Fast forward to my service appointment, I get there early, fiancé is following me and not there yet. I tell the service tech, Wade that I believe one of my tires needs to be patched as there is a screw in it. He immediately tells me I should go elsewhere because they charge $250 for simple tire repairs. I text my fiancé to tell him we need to plan to take it elsewhere, and he showed up and immediately questioned Wade, who stuck to his guns and was adamant it was $250. I call the service department the second we left and got a female. I asked her how much a tire repair is. $30. $30. Not $250, but $30. I immediately tell her what Wade told me and she began to laugh, said he's probably just being lazy, and she'll tack it on the service. I mentioned how inappropriate it was for him to quote me so high, simply because I was a single female in a service department. I can appreciate Wade holding out that it was $250 to keep the show up in front of a man, but really don't appreciate feeling like I can't trust them to fix my car if I'm alone. Come pick up time, fiancé come with me, they tell me they couldn't find a screw in the tire. Fiancé has me back out of a spot slowly, and looook at that there's the screw! DON'T buy a car from Champion Chevrolet all you are going to get is lies and deceipt. I purchased a month ago a red 2019 Chevy Bolt EV. I was advised by the sales rep Chevy (yes that is his name) that I was approved with a $1500.00 down payment. He advised me to come in with a check in the next few days and they would hold it until June 27th. I advised I don't have checks so he told me to go to the bank and have them print me out one and to make sure they put a higher check number on the check as it is frowned upon if a check has as for an example (101) on it. So I did just that. So that same night I was led into an office and spoke with Ivan the finance manager to finalize and sign the papers (aka Bill of Sale). So I did just that and Ivan was trying to close up and he told me that he was going to work on my file tomorrow to try and get me a better rate and he would call me. NEVER did I get that call nor my paper work!!! Then a week or so later, I received a call from the finance company who is finaancing me to go over my information. They asked me if I paid the deposit and I said I gave Champion Chevrolet a check and they are going to deposit it on June 27. So about a week after that, I received a call from a Brent from Champion Chevrolet stating I should have never had said that they were holding my check. (Red flag) He told me that when the finance company calls me back for verification, I was to say that I brought them a check and they deposited it. (Another Red Flag) Basically asking me to lie. (I have bought cars in the past and the check was always held and was asked what day can they deposit the check.) Never had an issue with that before. They are the worst communicators!! So being that I was financed I thought I was done with Champion Chevrolet. However, a week ago, I received a call again from Brent. He told me that they were trying to approve with the IRS for the tax credit that I was supposed to get, that they were trying to keep for the down. However, no one told me anything. He asked for $4,000 from me or a cosigner and I said no to both and that they were already paid by the finance company. He told me that if I can't pay the $4,000 I would have to return the car. I was SHOCKED as to what he was saying to me. I told him I had to do some research and would call back. That night I called Champion Chevrolet was transferred to a Mike another finance manager had to leave a message. Next day I spoke with an attorney (cause I was being tossed around from one liar to another) and it didn't make sense to me. Unfortunately I didn't have the bill of sale to show the attorney. Without that there was not much he could do since I did not retain him yet. So that afternoon I received a call from Mike stating he believes he knows what happened. I said yes you guys dropped the ball. He blamed the IRS for not approving the car for the tax credit. No one had ever told me anything about this. Had they wanted $5,500 for a down payment, this transaction would never had happened. So he told me to come in and to see if there was another car that they could put me in. That is not what I wanted, I wanted the Chevy Bolt that I already had VIN# 1G1FZ6S04K4127323 for over a month. I told Mike I never received my bill of sale and he said he would put it in the mail. (He never did - another lie - Red Flag) They just wanted more money bottom line. I didn't go in when expected but I called to cancel because I was going away (4th of July weekend). Received a call from Mike July 8th and he wanted me to bring in the car in after work. So during the day I called again Champion Chevrolet and asked for the General Manager. I was advised that he was out sick. So the receptionist said I could speak with Clint and he is a Sales Manager that over looks the finance department as well. So I spoke with Clint when I brought in the car and mostly all he could say was "sorry". I poured my heart out how I felt and he agreed with me and that this was no way to treat a customer. I told him no one even showed me how to use some functions in the car. (He rolled his eyes, shook his head and again said I'm sorry). This was such an AWFUL experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Then he said they are going to buy back the car from the finance company and probably auction off the vehicle. (Red Flag). I looked online and there was my car information on and said pictures to come. I looked at the VIN # and it has been changed. I looked again and now it is showing the VIN # that was connected to my car. So right now it is pictured as a black chevy bolt 2019 but when you scroll down it says exterior color is red with gray interior. So I clicked on the red vehicle that I found online and it said Champion Chevrolet for $17,484 and then it showed the black bolt. I called them out on it yesterday and I got, we have to check on that. They were only advertising the 2018 Chevy Bolt they have until I gave mine b read more

Saturday I went with my son to the local auto show. He wanted to see what was available in a smaller SUV. He looked at a couple of cars and checked out the Equinox. The salesperson offered a test drive which ended up taking us to the dealership. This wasn't mentioned at the time of the test drive. My son clearly stated that he was on a fact finding mission and didn't plan on buying a car that day. That started a parade of "managers" one after another pressuring him to buy the car. It was clear they were not listening to him and only wanted to pressure him to buy the car. He again repeated that he wasn't buying a car that day. What I found interesting as I watched this mess is the total disrespect for the customer and the intense pressure they were putting on my son. I would like to point out that my son has more patience than I do. I'd have walked out and called an uber. Every time he would try to wind this up, they would bring in another "manager" to talk to him. By the time number 5 rolled in, even my patient son had had it. They wanted to charge him 7% interest on a car loan and would only give him 2K on his trade in. This is important later. I didn't raise an idiot so I wasn't surprised he declined. Then they started pressuring him to bring in his trade in the next morning (he didn't). At no point would they actually tell him the price of the car. Really telling as to their shyster attitude. My son didn't buy the car. Instead he went to another dealer at the show and got a more expensive car with a 10 year guarauntee instead of the three year they offered at 4% instead of 7% and got $8500 for his trade in instead of 2K. All in all If you like being railroaded into buying a car this place will do it complete with a parade of "manager" all ready to pressure you into a really bad deal. If you shake hands with any of these folks I suggest you count your fingers. Their ethics are horrible and I frankly doubt they could spell the word. read more

We stopped by the dealership to get an opinion on what's going on with our corvette. We've been to 3 different dealerships plus 1 electrical shop for the same problem and nobody seems to know how to fix it. Chris Bowen (service writer) was so helpful and even took the code reader and got Royce (Foreman mechanic) to get his opinion and explained to us what might be the problem. We told both of them that we do not want another throttle body since there's 2 new one installed already. Royce assured us that that's not the problem and he was correct. It was a frayed wire. Chris and Royce by far are the best employees we encountered and dealt with and so happy with their service. Chris Bowen is by far the best service writer at this dealership. My daughter brought her car that she purchased from this dealership for repairs, replace the windshield and back bumper. 5 weeks later I called to see what was taking so long as my daughter was told every week "we're waiting for the bumper to be delivered". A very rude receptionist claimed the car would be ready at the end of the week. I asked for a copy of the request for the bumper which was like pulling teeth. Turned out they hadn't ordered the bumper until 3 weeks after the car had been brought into the dealership. Suddenly, the car was repaired and ready to pick up by the end of the same day I called. I made an appointment for my chevy that I bought from them. It was about a week out which was great. The day of the appointment I was "reminded that there would be a $250 diagnostics fee". I was not told that before but I said okay. By the time I left my diagnostic fee was $430. I did not hear from them for 2 days but had been receiving alerts on my phone. I called them later that day. My service advisor, John Androla advised me that my car had not been looked at and that my appointment was not an appointment but just a spot in the cue. He told me that I should have known that I would have to wait for my car to be looked at. He also informed me that I could just take my car anywhere. He was rude, condescending treated me like I was stupid. My husband has never been treated this way. As a woman I has hoped that the car industry had matured beyond this. I pick up my car that day, took it to a local auto shop where I was welcomed, they listened to my concerns and my charges for fixing my car were less then the "diagnostic fee".
