I made an appointment for someone from Wall 2 Wall to come and inspect for possibility of mold in my house. David, the owner, showed up at the appointment. When I explained the situation and my concern for mold to him, he explained that it is extremely unlikely for any mold to be a problem because two out of the three necessary conditions for mold growth were dealt with immediately and that mold could not continue to grow if those conditions are not present. He said that he would do the test if I wanted, but that he wouldn't if it was his house. These days when people invent problems to charge you, I could not believe that he would be so honest with me even though it meant not getting paid for his trip to my house. I certainly appreciated it and I think it speaks well of his character. read more

Long overdue review after my inspection on 2/16//2018. I wanted to have our house inspected after about 15yrs of staying in it. My goal was to see if there was anything that needs attention and/or possible upcoming issues. Wall2Wall was very professional beginning with the scheduling, sending status updates and how to prepare for the inspection. When the day arrived, inspector arrived on time. He inspected the house thoroughly from the bottom to the top. I received a booklet about home inspection process in the morning. Then at the end of the inspection, he gave me a summary as well as showed me the issues and what to do. I received a copy of the detailed report either same day or the next day (can't remember the exact date). They had the roof inspected by a roof-only inspector (included in the price) and recommended a termite inspection company which I wanted to do (not included in the service). Overall I'm happy with their service, have a peace of mind that the house is overall in good shape (minus a few things needing fixing). If I decide to sell the house or in another 10 years, I plan to go back to them. read more

I have radiant heating installed under hardwood floor and one of the pipes was leaking, but did not know where to start. I was seeing water in the garage, very far from any possible defect. I recently had Wall Inspections do an inspection for a property that I bought. Let me tell you - David was awesome. During the entire inspection, he was super-thorough, and super-clear in explaining everything he saw. Not only did he point out the issues that he saw, he explained thoroughly and clearly how each issue (big or small) should be resolved. As a first-time homeowner, it can be overwhelming trying to understand what's needed to get a house in good shape. But it was definitely made much easier by working with someone like David. Regarding the actual report, it was very easy to absorb and go through, with the last pages of the report containing a summary of the items that need to be addressed. That made it really easy to communicate a synopsis of what the seller needed to address. Oh, and at the end of the real estate transaction, David came back to do a follow-up inspection, on one day's notice (more like the evening before), and he didn't charge. Talk about customer service!
