He didn't have another one so he told me to look online and find one and he'd go pick it up for me at no charge, but I had to pay for the freezer. No problem, I knew the one I got from Jaime was over the guarantee time. After I received the new one, which the seller delivered so Jaime didn't have to go get it, I called Jaime to come and get the old one so I didn't have to pay someone to haul it away. Nobody said anything about a delivery charge but when the washer was fix (or so they say) they expect us (we're in our 60's) to load up their washer, take it to them and get our washer. If a delivery fee was mentioned up front we wouldn't have gotten the loaner.
