Nothing too magical about it, but this busy salon has about 10,000 polish shades to choose from, and a printed menu with prices so you know what you're getting and how much it will be. All the salon chairs have the back massage function which kills two birds with one stone. Easy parking right in front, walk-ins welcome, and no waiting for your mani-pedi. I stuck my nose in to have a look, and was getting beautified just a few moments later. Minus one star for some unnecessary upselling, and a sour face from the greeter when I declined. They do a good job on the service, however both times the nail tech has gotten up to either help another customer (take off their nails) and answer the phone (to schedule appointments). And likely bc of the interruptions, I did not receive the hand massage, which is listed as part of the treatment in the description, on the booking platform. When paying $75, I do not think it's much to ask for technician to focus on the client they are helping. Also, there is a $2 fee for credit card. For a premium nail salon it feels a bit run down and dirty.
