There is no one better than Tammy because she loves what she does and always strives for excellence. She is an artist and is always down to try new designs. Sometimes, I love going to her and telling her to do whatever she wants and they always turn out super cute! You have to make an appointment and she works out of her home but she is very flexible and accommodating. She is one of the most friendliest people you will ever meet and you'll never be disappointed with your nails.

I started seeing Tammy about a year and a half ago and I have followed her wherever she goes since. Her current studio is super cozy and I love the fact that her services are one on one, that means no one else in the studio while you get your services. She also doesn't work with acrylic so there is no bad chemical smell to deal with which is something else I love. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. Tammy has a great artistic sense and her attention to detail is what I love most about her nail artistry. She has helped me grow my nails out with gel overlay and my toes have never gotten as many compliments as they have after I started seeing her for pedis. The nail art Tammy creates is so fun. Like I said before, she is very talented and is a great collaborator whenever I have a hard time deciding on a design. Shes at her most creative when working without limitations but can also easily make an inspiration picture your very own special moment. I enjoy simple yet intricate designs that won't interfere with my mostly active lifestyle. I have made it to 4 weeks in between appointment when traveling but prefer to see her regularly after 2.5-3 weeks to avoid potential breakage since I grew my nails out. It's also super addicting to have gorgeous nails and toes so I try to be as consistent as possible. When I started seeing Tammy I had broken up with my regular manicurist of 5+ years. My nails would often break because of the poor care that my natural nails received, they were being overly filed, my fingers were overly soaked, overly cut cuticles, wrongly shaped nails that would break easily and I would walk away feeling unhappy more often than not towards the end. Tammy changed all that! Getting my nails done is a lovely self care routine now and I would be lost without it! Last thing I'll add is that I drive from Santa Monica to San Gabriel and I don't think twice about it because I value quality and attention to detail above the convenience of and uncertainty of going to a random salon down the street. Oh and one last thing... the charm, jewels, decals, chromes, glitters and shell selection is AMAZING!!!!!

I live in Sacramento but decided to go here to get my nails done since my friend has her nail tech Kevin that does a great job which I had tried once and liked how he did my nails. This time I was expecting for him to do my nails again since my friend had already called them ahead of time to let the owner know that we were both going to be there and requested for the same person to do both our nails. Well, when we arrived Kevin pawned me off to another lady because he said he had another client coming so he decided to work on my friend's nails while she was getting a pedicure at the same time. The funny thing is, they supposedly don't take appointments and it's a first come first serve basis so if we were there first then my understanding is we would both get serviced first. I understand my friend is his regular customer so he would serve her first but I didn't appreciate the fact that he just threw me to some other girl to do my nails instead of asking me if I would prefer to wait for him. Being confused and not wanting to be rude I decided to give the girl a chance. I suppose she felt my resistance and told me not to worry bc she has over 10 years experience. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. Well to my disappointment, my nails design did not turn out to look anything like the picture I showed her which didn't surprise me bc she finished my nails pretty fast and charged me 65.00. Aside from my nails, I also got a pedicure and was charged 48.00 when all she did was remove my cuticles, remove my callous and painted my toe nails. She probably charged me extra for the French tip and two flower designs on my toes but even a basic pedicure comes with a foot massage which I didn't even get except she did put lotion on my leg only. Also make sure you check your receipt bc I was told my full set was 65 and pedicure was 48 which would be 113 but my friend paid for both hers and mine and when she recently looked at her receipt it showed 252 which means they charged her 126.00 for each of us when mine was only 113.00. The 252 was not including the tip that she gave separately so just beware. Will I return as a customer? No!
