Arrived at 530pm on a Wednesday. There were already a few customers waiting. I asked if they had time for a gel mani/pedi. The lady in the first chair told me yes, and said I was the last customer yay, right? So I thought about 4 customers came in after me, and they were told to wait. Once they started on me, I felt as if they were rushing to finish, just to start the next customer. Gel pedi: She was yanking at my foot and nipped my cuticles several times. I told her she was hurting me, and she laughed. Gel mani: took his time, but turned away to talk and cut my cuticle. I did love the thin French tip, but by Friday (2 days later), my gel polish started to chip and peel off. Gel french-mani plus gel pedi plus tip was about $90. NOT WORTH IT. here I am less than a week later and 4 of my nails look awful. WASTE OF MONEY. read more

Don't come here:( My first visit here was great -- Cindy did my pedicure and Jenny did my overlay manicure, and both were wonderful. That's why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, today's experience was very different. Cindy, who did such a good job the first time, barely attended to my feet this time. She didn't scrub them, didn't use hot towels or any of the usual treatments, and the service felt rushed. She also accidentally cut my foot and tried to cover it with what looked like her own personal medication from her cart, which made me uncomfortable. At the end, she put lotion on my feet but continued spraying alcohol on the cut, which stung and didn't feel like proper care. Towards the end at checkout, I already knew that my manicure would be $55 for my refill, and my pedicure should have not been more than $45. They ended my total with $110. Granted they must have added their own additional things due to their sign that said it was $35 for deluxe manicure. I didn't even happen during my appointment. When I stated that I was not paying the amount due to my cut and incomplete service. Jenny who did my nails took off $3 I then proceeded to Zelle them and the lady in the back decided to join the conversation and say that I can't use Zelle anymore. And I knew that she did this because I made a complaint. So she added her federal salon taxes during checkout that is ILLEGAL. I will reporting this salon to the health department. I hope they get better with servicing and PRICES. read more

Never again. Had a different person do my pedicure since the lady who usually does it was busy. Horrible mistake. $25 dollars wasted. First the pedicure was simply a nail cut, file, and cuticle cut, the other lady cleans all my nail and cuts the sides off so it doesnt bother me. When we first started coming here about ending of 2024 my girlfriend and I were greeted by Linda and Cindy who are our favorite people to have us do our nails. My girlfriend is really pleased with how they leave her Gel nails, they really take their time with each customer from what I noticed. I've been a long time client of magical nails. I can't live without Ms.Cindy and Ms. Linda. They are my go to's!

I've been coming here on and off for a few years now. Not because it's bad, but because I'm in college and it's a drive to come here. I've tried with several places and always come here when I'm in town. I've noticed that there isn't necessarily a "good" or "bad" shop. It just depends who your nail tech is. Usually my go to's would be Cindy and Julie. Cindy is great at doing my toes and I also like how she does my Gel manicures. Julie is great as well, but she would be booked most of the time. (She is no longer here) The place is under new management, and Linda did my nails. They looked great, really. I paid about $87.00 plus tip for a Gel mani and pedi. As much as I l hate to say it, I obviously compared her work to what I would get done. She was very kind and helpful when it came to choosing a color. She was also very gentle. I've been to a couple of shops ever since I moved away. I don't expect my mani to last forever, but at most 2 weeks. Julie and Cindy really set the bar for me. I shower every day, wash a few things around the house with bleach, and although I do expect some discoloration with time, I've had mani's last me 3 weeks with no chips. Here is my mani 5 days in: It's not bad, but it didn't make the week. Maybe an extra clear coat might help. read more

Never come here. First, the lady doing my toes cut them so short and cut into my skin THREE times. Each time I told her something and she justified herself until the last time when I pulled myself away and told her not to touch me at all anymore. My toes feel sore from how short they are. As for my hands. How uncomfortable, this lady was doing my hands at the pedicure station and kept having me reach across with no support for my arm so I'm just holding it in the air the whole time. I've had good luck every time I come here. I love their pedicures. I get acrylic toe nail and they do it perfect. They take their time even if there's a long line. This is the only spot I know that does a real callus remove with a cheese grater.. lol. So it really gets the job done. They make sure you leave happy with the shape and color. I got the worst nail technician. He is the only male in the shop amongst 8 or 9 other all female technicians. I thought he was good in the beginning as he was gentle, but minutes into his work it changed. He had the worst eye to detail. I asked for all black, as he applied the nail polish he got sloppier and sloppier. The nail polish he was using was dried up and still decided to continue to use the old dried up nail polish until I said something about how the nail polish most likely was old. I ended up getting clear pink, and he left residual black nail polish under the clear pink because he didn't clean up the black nail polish off well. Definitely not satisfied with his work. I feel that the shape and wear should be better but their prices are extremely reasonable and the ladies in the shop can sculpt nails and are talented. But the main issue is the cleanliness. I think they did a great job and for the price it is great, the man was really patient with listening to what we wanted and took his time hand painting our french tips.
