Kathy is the best nail tech I have ever had in my entire life. After coming to her as a Life long nail biter and acrylic abuser and she rehabbed them with gel x for about 3 months (note- I've never had had a lift or a break and her sets stayed for a month easy. Probably longer but I would need a fill) and now my friends- I am proud to say THESE ARE MY NATURAL NAILS ( ok ok with builder gel and polish but still!) I GOT AN INFECTION! I recently got my nails done bc i was going on vacation which led to a complete nightmare. The younger lady with glasses did my pedicure, it was my first time getting serviced by her. To start, she cut my big toe nails way too short, cut my cuticles incorrectly WITH un-sanitized tools that caused an infection. My toes were completely swollen filled with pus & blood. I had to go to the ER, get antibiotics to cure the infection i got from this salon. My toenails had to be removed due to the severity of the infection. 0 out of 10 experience. Didn't have an appointment but I was in the area and needed my nails to be removed asap. Saw this place with a huge sign that says parking in back. So why not right. I got seated immediately. I didn't have an issue with the nail tech that worked on the removal. Soak, remove. Easy stuff. No big deal. The receptionist sitting right across from my table was a different problem. She said out loud to my nail tech in Vietnamese that she didn't like my eyebrow tattoo. And also asked my nail tech to look but don't make it obvious. I speak Vietnamese but I thought it was really funny so I didn't say anything and pretended like I didn't understand. When it was time to pay, I gave her my card. The receptionist saw my last name and started kissing my a$$. She said wow you're Vietnamese. Do you speak Vietnamese and started smiling and being really friendly touchy. I replied IN VIETNAMESE yes I do and asked politely for a new pen so I can sign my receipt. So yes. This is one of those nail salons that talk sh$t about their customers. Oh and before they comment back asking me if I was at the right nail salon and tells us that their employees are not rude to their customer. Yes. This is the shop. From the parking lot there's an entrance to the salon from the back. Once you get in there's a bathroom in the back. Keep walking and you'll see the pedicure stations along with tables. Vivian and Lisa helped me 8/17/24 around 5:45 pm, and my experience was satisfactory enough. The only major thing that bothers me is how some of my nails look like they're pointing upwards instead of being straight or curving slightly down, as they normally do. Besides that, I had no problem during the experience. Vivian gave me a pedicure and did my toe nails and Lisa did my acrylics. Vivian was VERY detailed, which I liked a lot. Lisa was very nice in the beginning but then seemed to become a little irritated after there was an exchange of money between her and some other woman. She would quickly grab my hand to pull it closer to her or move it, seeming impatient. This changed immediately after I gave her tip, though. She got nicer lol. I had no problems with Vivian whatsoever. She was so sweet. I don't think the quality of my nails is worth $55+ in all reality. The shape on some of them is really wonky and inconsistent, and I had to ask a couple of times for Lisa to fill in the powder a little more because my nail was still slightly showing underneath, and I wasn't going to put color besides the French tip. She also wasn't being very mindful about grinding my skin because it was hurting a few times, and oh gosh it especially burned when she put some liquid stuff on my nails. overall, wasn't a bad experience, but I don't think I'm going to come back. I've been coming here for about 10 years and I will not go anywhere else for a pedicure. They are always very detailed. Every time I leave I feel like a new woman. I am forever grateful for their kind staff. I appreciate that they never try to sell me services I don't need. They always make sure I am comfortable and taken care of. This was my second time coming here and it was a horrible very stressful so instead having a good bday start out. It was ridiculous and I will never be coming back. DON'T RECOMMEND! There no structure, everyone coming in late making everyone who has an appointment wait, they skip manicure to do pedicure. You'll be waiting for 25-30 minutes even with an appointment. Horrible experience at this salon. It has new owners and I was open to it. I made an appointment the day before. When I showed up my appointment wasn't acknowledged I was not given the nail tech I requested. Apparently my appointment wasn't noted. I was lied to when they said I could have an appointment. I waited at a pedicure chair with my feet in water and no tech. They were going to have me wait for another nail tech I had already been there for 45 min. I got up and left I will never come back. Parking is horrible prices vary and there is no respect for the time that as a customer we set aside. I went down the street to Magical Nails where the price was better and the staff respected my time and took care of me. read more

I came in with hard gel nails that I got done somewhere else and they were bad lol. I came in to Le nails (never been here) and they immediately suggested I remove the existing gel (to which I agreed) and it will be $10 more. She buffs off a tiny bit of nail and says "it looks better right?" And I asked if she's done taking them off and she said yes. I then said no, this isn't removed and they need to come off completely. From that point on, there was a lot of huffing and puffing and she kept laughing and all the other employees kept looking over at me and laughing. Then when I asked for French tip, she was really annoyed. She said it was too hard and I was making her work too hard. Mind you I'm getting a pedicure at the same time and it's horrible. Gel polish flooding my cuticles and it's not an even coat on any nail. My French tip wasn't good and the hard gel has bubbles and hairs in multiple nails which is driving me crazy. Couple friends and I came here to get pedicures. One regular. One with floral design and last with French tip and floral. $12, $17, $21. The price for floral increased to $5. The ladies were very nice, when I told my esthetician I wanted flowers and I picked one from the plastic display board of nails she admitted that she couldn't do many of them and suggestion another design. The pictures of manicures they've done seemed good and the price was great. When I got there, I saw that they had virtually no OPI and zero Essie, just really cheap brands, so I almost left. I decided to take a chance with the cheap stuff and sure enough, the night after I got my nails done, the paint was already peeling off. I returned yesterday and they somewhat reluctantly redid them with OPI polish, only for the paint on my nails to start peeling off this afternoon. Their massages are excellent and a great deal ($10 for 15 minutes), or I would give them one star. I tiled generously, so I spent $49 on a manicure and pedicure that has already half peeled off or is starting to, plus a ten minute massage. Ugh. Go here if you want paint that chips after 36 hours. read more

I got a mani pedi with gel polish and a french tip for my mani. The total came out to 54$. My french tips are crooked and uneven. My nails aren't filed down evenly and they aren't rounded like I asked for. I had high hopes for this place, but I left so the salon pretty disappointed. They also had a regular customer who booked an appointment at 9 but the person who was supposed to do her nails showed up around 9:30. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
