I called Critter Control to handle a raccoon that entered our crawlspace - they promptly called us…read moreback, scheduled a visit to place a trap for the critter. They also did a great job explaining the process, including what I should do if the trap caught a different animal and how to open the trap if a neighborhood cat went for the bait - fortunately this didn't happen. After trapping the raccoon, they also reset the trap and added a temporary barrier on the crawlspace to see if there were other raccoons - after several days without the barrier being disturbed they sealed up the crawlspace with better barriers, and on my request took away the trap. Overall a great experience - solid communications, clear pricing, and the folks doing the work showed up on time and were willing to explain things clearly. I could not recommend Rywen Insulation more highly for rodent control work. We've had rodent control people here before, but never at the level that Rywen takes things to. They put in place genuine long-term preventative measures to keep rats and mice out, not just patching holes. And that has made all the difference. No more smell in our under-the-stairs closet! And, I'm not sure if it is always a part of their service, but they offered us a one-year warranty. Rats and mice did return --- probably due to a contractor leaving our crawlspace door open overnight with the lights on, several times (oops).
