They have great personalities and are so genuine when talking to you and make you feel safe with them taking care of you. I had tripped on a metal rod a month ago and was wanting to get my great toe checked on. I called a podiatrist but their next available appointment would be in January and that was too far out. Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were all huddled and talking for a min or two not one of them acknowledged me. Then someone said they will be with me shortly, there after they broke their gathering Carla checked me in and gathered my insurance information etc. then about 10mins after checking in I was called back. Jaime was the MA who did my initial assessment. He was very kind and personable. Dr. Malvini was the physician who saw me. She came in with a bright smile and was just so upbeat, friendly and welcoming. She listened to my concerns, provided her recommendations and 5mins later I was out the door. I was there a total of 30mins from start to finish. Besides my first initial encounter entering I had a great experience! I didn't wait long, thankfully and the Dr. Malvini was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend and return to this location for all my UC needs.

They also did an X-ray and found that I had pneumonia. The doctor was very helpful and did his very best to treat me. He gave me antibiotics, and I am forever grateful. The medical assistant and doctor were both easy to talk to and I really appreciated the doctor's calm and knowledgeable demeanor. One of my visits was for a moderately embarrassing issue and the doctor and MA helped me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any sort of judgement from either of them. My concerns were addressed both times I visited this urgent care and my issues were resolved. This isn't the closest UC to my house at all (I don't even live in this city!), but if time allows, I would absolutely choose this office again. And they are open an hour later than many other urgent cares!

I was diagnosed with strep throat here 1.5 weeks ago and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. After…read morecompleting the full course of medication, my strep throat came back with visible white patches and severe pain when swallowing. When I called to request a refill on antibiotics, the front desk ladies Vivi & Siri refused to help unless I paid another $150 for an in-person appointment, $140 for another test, and $100+ for telehealth. They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn't relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up care. All I wanted was another prescription of antibiotics since the one they gave me didn't fully work on me. I don't see how that should be my fault & why I should pay another $240+
