The more I tried to fix it, the worse it got. I called Dr. West's office for an emergency walk-in appointment (I'd never been a patient before), and they got me in right away. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous -- from Amber, who helped me on the phone and during check-in, to David and Devon in the back office, Dr. West, who's expertise immediately diagnosed me, and all the way to Kimberly who helped check me out at the end of my appointment. Walk into the office the day of the appointment the office manager Sara. Seem like she was very uninterested in having our business to begin with we weren't that important for an appointment. You were helping me rudely stop helping me tell you need to go check these people out and then you come back to me. So I said you coming back to me after you don't check the people out you sent your other little work over there talking about some have them fill out people like I'm literally literally sitting less than 3 feet away from you. I'm trying to give you my insurance information you saying that y'all can't find us in the system because we have superior and then all of a sudden now you Insurance but when I called them back on August 7 says she claims she's the only person that make appointments. She wasn't in the office and she is superior superior superior in network with us. Superior changed their website that's not what our car says. Our cards says MetLife and then it says superior on there and I'm giving you the information off the back of the card trying to show it to you and you're still interested. So now I'm pissed off and I'm heated because why would I even waste my time knowing that I have a lot of stuff that I have to do to even come up here for an appointment with y'all don't accept our insurance and you gave me a price telling me what My co-pay was going to be.
